(p.302) One of the elements that underlies the success of an organization is the motivation, for a long time it has been considered that the main motivator is money, the studies carried out in this regard indicate the opposite, the work environment being the one that relieves the stability of the employees. The objective of the research was to establish the level of relationship between the motivation strategies with the work performance in the sales area of the Norbert Wiener University, 2017. The population was formed by the employees of the educational institution and the sample by 30 employees. The technique used was the technique and as an instrument, the questionnaire. As a general conclusion, it was shown that there is a direct relationship between the motivation strategies with the work performance in the sales area of the Norbert Wiener University.Publicación Acceso abierto Factores asociados que influyen en la motivación de los estudiantes de posgrado en una universidad peruana, lima- 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-11-20) Secada Fischer, Judith Carmen; Yangali Vicente, Judith SoledadThe research entitled associated factors that influence the motivation of graduate students in a Peruvian university, Lima - 2020, had as a general objective to determine how the associated factors influence the motivation of graduate students in a Peruvian university, Lima - 2020. The study was of a non-experimental design of correlational scope, cross-sectional, applied type and hypothetical deductive method. The population consisted of 480 and the sample of 80 graduate students at a Peruvian university in Lima, during the year 2020. Data collection was carried out through the survey technique and two questionnaires were used as instruments, one for evaluate the associated factors and another to evaluate motivation, with a high degree of reliability each. Statistical analysis was performed with the SPSS-25 statistical software. For hypothesis testing, the Ordinal Logistic Regression test was used; the results determined a significant influence (p = 0.018 <0.05) of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The study concluded that the associated factors significantly influence the motivation of graduate students at a Peruvian university, Lima – 2020.
