    Academic anxiety and its relationship with academic commitment in students of a university in Lima, 2023

    Determine the relationship between academic anxiety and academic commitment in Nursing students. It has a quantitative, applied and non-experimental methodology applied to 100 students, with which the following results are available. It is evident that, within the general data of the application of the survey to nursing students, 79% of the participants belong to the female gender, 21% to the male gender. Finally, young people aged 25 or over only correspond to 25% of the participating population. Likewise, it is evident that academic anxiety is at a high level in 59%. Likewise, it is observed that the commitment of students is high at 65%, likewise, it is identified that the relationship between the State Anxiety dimension of Academic Anxiety with academic commitment in Nursing students is positive (Rho= 0.771) and statistically significant, with a significance value calculated from p=0.000 < 0.05”). It is determined that the relationship between academic anxiety and academic commitment in Nursing students is positive and good (Spearman's Rho = 0.678), and is statistically significant with a calculated significance value of p = 0.000 < 0.05.).
