    Psychosocial risk factors related to the work performance of health personnel in a health facility, Lima 2023

    Currently, globalization has caused great changes in the conditions and characteristics of work, when these changes are considered unfavorable for the worker, psychosocial risk factors are generated, causing not only health problems but also affecting work performance, the appearance personal and social. Therefore, the present research is titled “Psychosocial risk factors related to the work performance of health personnel of a health establishment, Lima 2023” whose main objective is “to determine the relationship between psychosocial risk factors and the work performance of health personnel. health of a health establishment, Lima 2023”. The methodology of the study will be quantitative, non-experimental design, applied cross-sectional and correlational level. The population will be made up of 80 health professionals, including healthcare and administrative personnel. The technique to use will be the survey where 2 already validated instruments will be applied: SUSESO/ISTAS 21 short version questionnaire and Work Performance Questionnaire. The reliability of both instruments was checked using the Cronbach's Alpha statistical function, yielding for the psychosocial risk factors questionnaire the reliability is 0.711 and for the job performance questionnaire the reliability is 0.813, which means that both instruments have good reliability. The results will allow the identification of psychosocial risk factors and the level of performance, as well as the relationship between both variables in health personnel in a health facility.
