Ítem Acceso abierto Ergonomic risks and their relationship with musculoskeletal disorders in nursing staff in the operating room of the Uldarico Rocca Fernández Hospital, 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-04-17) Soncco Romero, Hector Junior; Mori Castro, Jaime AlbertoObjective: To analyze how the ergonomic risks and musculoskeletal disorders in the nursing staff in the operating room of the Hospital, 2023. Material and Method: it has a quantitative approach, descriptive type, the population was 80 nursing professionals, 2 instruments were used, for the ergonomic risks variable it was a questionnaire, prepared by the MINSA in 2005 and validated by the Peruvian researcher Lic. Nora Melgar Vilca statistically resulting in DPP, the same one that gave DPP=3.07 and a reliability with Cronbach's Alpha and obtained α=0.99, having 4 dimensions and 16 items with 3 Likert scale alternatives. For the musculoskeletal disorder variable, the questionnaire developed by Bach was used. Rosa Santamaria Ynoñan, with a qualitative validation of acceptable in 80% and reliability through Cronbach's Alpha and obtained α=0.909, having 5 dimensions and 24 items with Likert scale-type alternatives. The results: 2.5% present a low level in terms of ergonomic risks; 46.3% present a moderate level, while 51.2% show a severe level; Regarding the musculoskeletal disorders variable, 16.3% present a low level, 42.5% moderate, while 41.3% show a severe level in sick personnel in the operating room of the Hospital, 2023. Conclusions: there is a statistically significant relationship between ergonomic risks and musculoskeletal disorders, with a Spearman coefficient of 0.710 and a significance of 0.000 < 0. .05, therefore, the null hypothesis is rejected in favor of the alternate hypothesis.
