n the present study, "Perception of organizational climate and quality of user care at BOTICA FARMALUZ, Rímac-2022," the objective was: To determine the relationship between organizational climate and the quality of user care at BOTICA FARMALUZ - 2022. Methods: The research utilized a quantitative approach, non-experimental design, basic type, correlational level, and cross-sectional scope. The sample consisted of 80 users of BOTICA FARMALUZ. The survey technique was applied, leading to two Likert-type questionnaires with five dimensions each. The relationship between the results of each survey and its dimensions was identified through Spearman's correlation test. Results: The statistical analysis revealed that there is no significant correlation between organizational climate and the quality of user care at BOTICA FARMALUZ, as the p-value was 0.835. Conclusions: It was concluded that there is no significant relationship between the variables. Similarly, no relationship was found between the organizational climate variable and its dimensions (reliability, responsiveness, safety, empathy, and tangible aspects) and the quality of care variable and its dimensions (communication, comfort, leadership, structure), except for an inverse correlation between the quality of care variable and the remuneration dimension, with a p-value of 0.004. The findings of the study reflect the diversity of results that can be obtained in investigations of this nature, which heavily depend on various factors.
