Ítem Acceso abierto Interpersonal relationships and job satisfaction in nursing graduates who work in the intensive care unit of a public hospital in Lima 2024(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-01-14) Tito Ccori, Daria Flora; Morillo Acasio, Berlina del RosarioObjective: "To determine the relationship between interpersonal relationships and job satisfaction in nursing graduates who work in the Intensive Care Unit of a public hospital, Lima 2023". Population: it will be 43 nurses from a public hospital in Lima. Methodological design: the type of research will be applied. The method will be deductive, observational, descriptive and transversal. The design to be used will be correlational. Instruments: The instrument to use is the job satisfaction questionnaire S4/23 prepared by Meliá and Peiró in 1998, at the University of Valencia in Spain. The questionnaire consists of 5 dimensions and 27 items, its Cronbach alpha was 0.921. The following questionnaire will be the one elaborated by Galdós et al., in their thesis "Interpersonal relations in nurses of the Honorio Delgado Regional Hospital III, Arequipa". Said questionnaire consists of 27 items and 3 dimensions, its Cronbach alpha was 0.91. The data collection technique will be the survey. Data processing and analysis: It will be carried out by applying the statistical description that will present the results and inferential statistics according to levels by applying the Chisquare test to verify the hypothesis raised in the study.Ítem Acceso abierto Level of knowledge about contraceptive methods in fifth grade high school adolescents at the “Peruvian Suizo “School in Villa El Salvador, 2020(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020-11-08) Tito Ccori, Daria Flora; Mori Castro, Jaime AlbertoAdolescence is a public health, sanitary and social problem where we face an unwanted pregnancy, either because of the greater risk that adolescent women have in having pregnancies and single mothers, but also because of family problems and also of their adolescent partner (1). However, the stage is associated with many risks, such as in their activities carried out by adolescents at all stages of their life, this can lead to disorders that compromise their lives and can even compromise the emotional health status in both sexes. (2) Adolescents have behaviors according to their lifestyle since childhood and therefore as young people they begin to have sexual relations on their own initiative or through the influence of external factors. According to the World Health Organization (WHO) 16 million adolescents between 15 and 19 years give birth each year, most in low and middle income countries. Therefore, complications during childbirth is the second cause of death in adolescents in the world. It is said that each year, 3 million undergo unsafe abortions. This is why it is mentioned that babies born to teenage mothers have a higher risk of dying than those born to women aged 20 to 24.
