Objective: "To determine the relationship between interpersonal relationships and job satisfaction in nursing graduates who work in the Intensive Care Unit of a public hospital, Lima 2023". Population: it will be 43 nurses from a public hospital in Lima. Methodological design: the type of research will be applied. The method will be deductive, observational, descriptive and transversal. The design to be used will be correlational. Instruments: The instrument to use is the job satisfaction questionnaire S4/23 prepared by Meliá and Peiró in 1998, at the University of Valencia in Spain. The questionnaire consists of 5 dimensions and 27 items, its Cronbach alpha was 0.921. The following questionnaire will be the one elaborated by Galdós et al., in their thesis "Interpersonal relations in nurses of the Honorio Delgado Regional Hospital III, Arequipa". Said questionnaire consists of 27 items and 3 dimensions, its Cronbach alpha was 0.91. The data collection technique will be the survey. Data processing and analysis: It will be carried out by applying the statistical description that will present the results and inferential statistics according to levels by applying the Chisquare test to verify the hypothesis raised in the study.
Resumen
Objetivo: “Determinar la relación que existe entre relaciones interpersonales y satisfacción laboral en licenciados de enfermería que laboran en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos de un hospital público, Lima 2023”. Población: Será de 43 enfermeros de un hospital público de Lima. Diseño metodológico: el tipo de investigación será aplicada. El método será deductivo, observacional, descriptivo y trasversal. El diseño que se utilizará será correlacional. Instrumentos: El instrumento a utilizar el cuestionario de satisfacción laboral S4/23 elaborada por Meliá y Peiró en 1998, en la Universidad de Valencia en España. El cuestionario consta de 5 dimensiones y 27 ítems, su Alpha de Crombach fue 0,921. El siguiente cuestionario será el elaborado por Galdós y colaboradores, en su tesis “Relaciones interpersonales en enfermeras del Hospital III Regional Honorio Delgado, Arequipa”. Dicho cuestionario consta de 27 ítems y 3 dimensiones, su Alpha de Crombach fue 0,91. La técnica de recolección de datos será la encuesta. Procesamiento y análisis de datos: Se realizará mediante la aplicación de la descripción estadística que presentará según niveles los resultados y la estadística inferencial mediante la aplicación de la prueba Chi cuadrado para comprobar la hipótesis planteada en el estudio.
