Ítem Acceso abierto Ergonomics and job satisfaction of the nursing service of the Clínica San Bernardo de Lima 2024(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-03-03) Valero Castro, Norma Maria; Pretell Aguilar, Rosa MaríaThe objective of this quantitative study is to determine the ergonomics and the correlation with job satisfaction of the nursing service of the San Bernardo clinic in Lima, 2024. Methodological Design: observational, correlational, transversal and prospective. The population is made up of 50 people from the nursing service at the San Bernardo clinic in Lima, 2024. Likewise, non-probabilistic sampling will be used according to convenience criteria. Instruments: To evaluate the ergonomics variable, the questionnaire adapted by Alex Ruiz Gómez and Zavaleta Ruiz in 2017 will be used. It is structured by 45 questions divided into four dimensions. To measure them, the values are applied according to the Likert Scale. In the second personal satisfaction variable, the questionnaire developed by Font-Roja modified by Lizárraga and Panez will be applied; its purpose is to measure staff satisfaction. 19 items divided into 3 dimensions structure it. For the present study, Crombach's Alpha was used, which resulted in a measurement of 0.802 in ergonomics and 0.945 in job satisfaction, defining it as high reliability.
