    The objective of this research work will be to determine the factors associated with non-compliance with the vaccination schedule in children under 1 year of age who are treated at the San Luis EsSalud Polyclinic, San Luis, 2021. The research study was of the Applied type, the design The research is non-experimental, at a transversal relational level. The technique used in this research is the Survey, for which documentary analysis will be used, the instruments will be: the Questionnaire of factors associated with non-compliance with the vaccination schedule, which was constructed based on the review of the scientific literature, which consists of 16 items that are divided into 3 dimensions, and the Vaccine Compliance Checklist in children under one year of age is made up of one dimension, 12 indicators and 19 evaluation items, The population will be made up of children under 1 year of age, which are 80 children under 1 year of age who are cared for over a month. The data collection instruments will be applied to mothers of children under 1 year of age who attend the Growth and Development service to receive vaccines according to the vaccination schedule. Said application will be carried out with the prior informed consent of the mother, will be administered individually with compliance with biosafety protocols to avoid the spread of SARS-CoV-2, and will take 10 to 15 minutes to apply.

    Motivación para el cuidado del paciente y productividad del enfermero en una clínica privada de Lima - 2024

    Esta investigación tuvo como Objetivo “Establecer la relación del nivel de motivación para el cuidado del paciente y la productividad del enfermero en una clínica privada, Lima - 2024”. Materiales y métodos: la investigación utilizó el método hipotético-deductivo, siguiendo un enfoque cuantitativo para medir y analizar datos numéricos. Se desarrolló como una investigación aplicada, con un diseño no experimental de corte transversal para evaluar variables en un momento específico. El nivel de investigación fue correlacional, la población objeto del estudio incluyó 138 enfermeros profesionales de una clínica privada en Lima, con una muestra calculada de 81 enfermeros. La investigación definió la motivación laboral como la variable independiente, medida mediante la técnica de encuesta utilizando un cuestionario de escala tipo Likert. La variable dependiente fue la productividad laboral, también evaluada a través de encuestas con un cuestionario de escala tipo Likert. Estas técnicas permitieron obtener datos cuantitativos para analizar la relación entre la motivación de los trabajadores y su productividad en el entorno laboral. Resultados: La mayoría de los enfermeros (67,9%) tienen una motivación alta para el cuidado del paciente, un 24,4% tiene una motivación regular y un 7,4% reportando motivación baja. En términos de productividad, el 81,5% tiene una productividad elevada, mientras que el 12,3% muestra productividad regular y por último el 6,2% tiene una productividad reducida. Conclusiones: Se encontró una correlación alta y significativa entre la motivación laboral y la productividad del enfermero en una clínica privada de Lima (coeficiente de correlación de Kendall = 0,861, p-valor < 0,001).
