Lima, Peru – 2021.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-12-03) Ventocilla Aguilar, Dayana Nicole; Mauricio Alza, Saby MarisolIn Peru, the sale of processed foods, fast foods and sugary drinks has increased up to 107%; these are responsible for the development of overweight, obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes, among others. Therefore, a healthy diet is one that will provide energy and essential nutrients, which is commonly known as a balanced diet, which will help us have a good quality of life in the long term. For them, the study "knowledge and attitudes of the front nutritional labeling of processed and ultra-processed foods in teachers of the "Public Educational Institution 6050 José Olaya Balandra" of the district of Chorrillos, Lima - Peru - 2021", aimed to demonstrate the relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes of the front nutritional labeling of processed and ultra-processed foods in teachers of the “Institución Educativa Pública 6050 José Olaya Balandra”. The study is analytical, descriptive, cross-sectional, non-experimental and has a quantitative approach. For this purpose, a virtual survey was used as a data collection tool where general questions were considered, ten knowledge questions and ten questions on attitudes towards front nutritional labeling. The results were 3.85% (n=4) a low level, 76.92% (n=80) a medium level and 19.23% (n=20) a high level of knowledge and attitudes 2.88% (n=3). ) have a bad attitude, 31.73% (n=33) have a fair attitude and 65.38% (n=68) have an excellent attitude. Concluding that there is no significant relationship between knowledge and attitudes since the p-value is equal to 1 and at a significance level of 5%, so we can conclude that there is no linear relationship between the two variables.
