    Quality of nursing care and external user satisfaction, La Huayrona health center, Lima 2022

    This thesis aimed to determine the relationship between quality of nursing care and user satisfaction in a health center in Eastern Lima. It is an applied type of research, with a non-experimental design of descriptive correlational scope and cross-sectional time. Its population was 289 external users, its sample was made up of 165 users and the sampling was probabilistic, mixed random. Its technique was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire. The results were obtained that in quality of care the good level predominates (94.5%) while in user satisfaction the prevalence was at the satisfied level (97.6%), there is a moderate positive correlation (rho= 0.483) between quality of care and user satisfaction, there is a low positive correlation (rho= 0.202) between the technical-scientific dimension and user satisfaction, between the environment dimension and user satisfaction (rho= 0.304), between the interpersonal human dimension and patient satisfaction. (rho= 0.361). Therefore, we conclude by accepting the alternative hypothesis and questioning the null hypothesis.
