Materials and methods: This research has a quantitative approach, in terms of the methodological design it is descriptive and cross-sectional. The research was carried out at Norbert Wiener University who were enrolled in the course of their clinical practices for the semester of 2022, which includes students of the seventh cycle of the degree, the total number of enrolled students is 215 students.

Study that aims to "determine the relationship between addiction to virtual social networks and social skills in adolescents who attend the La Victoria Community Mental Health Center, September - December 2021." Methodology: the hypothetical-deductive method will be used, with a quantitative approach, basic type research and a descriptive and correlational scope of cross-section and non-experimental design. There will be a population of 200 adolescents who attend the La Victoria Community Mental Health Center, for which the survey technique will be applied to them through the social skills questionnaire and the social media addiction scale, validated and reliable by the author Domínguez (34) and the author Quicaña (1); to then process the results through the SPSS 21 program, and then present tables and graphs that demonstrate the correlation by Hypothesis formula.

Adherence to treatment and quality of life in people with high blood pressure living in an area of San Martin de Porres, 2021

The objective was to determine the relationship between treatment adherence and quality of life in people with arterial hypertension who live in an area of San Martin de Porres, 2021. Materials and methods: This study was quantitative, its methodological design was correlational-cross-sectional. The sample consisted of 114 participants. The data collection technique was the survey and the instruments used to measure the variables were the Morisky Green Scale and the MINICHAL Questionnaire. Results: Of the 114 participants, 70.2% were female (n = 80) and their average age was 50.61 years. Regarding the general hypothesis, it was found that there is a significant relationship between adherence to treatment and quality of life (p <0.05). According to the specific hypotheses, there is a significant relationship between adherence to treatment according to its dimension of frequency of taking medications and quality of life (p<0.05) and finally, there is a significant relationship between adherence to treatment according to its dimension of mood with the evolution of the disease and quality of life (p<0.05).

Objective: The objective of the study is to determine the relationship between anxiety and adherence to hypertension treatment in patients of the Cardiology Service of the Villa Salud Lurín Polyclinic, 2021 Material and method: This is an investigation that presented a quantitative approach, with a basic level, of a descriptive correlational type and a non-experimental cross-sectional design, likewise the sample was 80 patients that will be included in the present study, who attend the cardiology service of the Villa Salud Lurín polyclinic, during the months of September and October, 2021. The survey technique was used and questionnaires as an instrument, which had a reliability of 0.879 for anxiety and for adherence to hypertension treatment.

OBJECTIVE: to determine the relationship between anxietyand depression in relatives of patients hospitalized in the intensive care unit of a hospital inLima, 2021. Materials and methods: The study will have a quantitative approach,descriptive-correlational scope, with a cross-sectional, non-experimental design. The samplewill consist of 60 people. Anxiety of nurses in two public psychiatric hospitals in the covid 19 context, Lima 2022

The covid 19 virus has been under research for a short time, there is no specific treatment and the means of contagion are not very clear. Nurses who are on the front line of care every working day are in contact with patients carrying the covid 19 virus, therefore they are experiencing frequent symptoms of anxiety, which is why there is a latent fear of carrying this virus home. Objective: To compare anxiety in nurses at the Hermilio Valdizán Hospital and the Víctor Larco Herrera Hospital in order to timely recognize the signs and symptoms of the mental disorder anxiety. Methods. The study is quantitative, cross-sectional and descriptive comparative type, it has a non-probabilistic sample of 80 nurses who work at the Hermilio Valdizán Hospital and 80 nurses who work at the Víctor Larco Herrera Hospital. The ZUNG instrument will be used to rule out anxiety; the same one that establishes a frame of reference for anxious behaviors, based on a questionnaire of 20 phrases that are referred by the patient in this case to the nurses to rule out anxiety.

Attitude towards newborn care and resilience in adolescent mothers at a Health Center in Lima.

Objective: To determine the relationship between attitude towards newborn care and resilience in adolescent mothers attending a health center in Lima, 2022. Material and method: This research was applied, descriptive, cross-sectional, prospective and quantitative with a correlational design. A measurement was carried out using the research questionnaire "Relationship between knowledge and attitude of adolescent mothers in newborn care at the Belén de Trujillo Hospital 2016". The instrument consisted of 5 parts: General data of the mothers, general data of the newborn, Instructions, Content of the dimensions being dimensions personal satisfaction, equanimity, feeling good alone, self-confidence. The application is personal in an approximate time of 30 minutes. The research questionnaire "attitude towards newborn care in first-time mothers who attend the Ascensión Huancavelica Health Center 2019" was also used. The instrument consisted of 5 parts: General information about the mothers, general information about the newborn, instructions, content of the 3 dimensions, being cognitive attitude, affective attitude and behavioral attitude. The application is personal and takes approximately 30 minutes. Result: It has not yet been verified until its application. Conclusion: It needs to be applied to reach a conclusion.

Between family support and adherence to the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis in patients who attend a Health Post in Cerro El Pino, Lima, 2021

Objective: To determine the relationship between family support and adherence to pulmonary tuberculosis treatment in patients attending a Health Post in Cerro El Pino, Lima, 2021 Methodology: The method will be hypothetical-deductive, quantitative approach, basic type, correlational design, the population will be made up of 50 patients with a positive diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis selected applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria defined in the research, the sample size was not calculated. Data collection techniques and instruments: To collect information on the variable: Family support, the survey technique will be used, with the instrument "Family Support Questionnaire for Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis", consisting of 13 items grouped into 3 dimensions. To collect information on the treatment adherence variable, the survey technique called "Tuberculosis Treatment Adherence Questionnaire" will be applied, it contains 21 items in total which evaluate three dimensions. Procedures: The data will be collected in the Tuberculosis Control Program (PCT), at the Cerro El Pino Health Post, during the period of one month, once the information is collected, the data will be processed in the statistical program SPSSV26. Statistical analysis: Frequency tables, graphs, summary measures and central tendency will be obtained. In addition, the hypotheses will be contrasted with the Spearman Rho Correlation Statistical Test, having as margin the level of statistical significance of p < 0.05.

Biopsychosocial factors associated with depression in the elderly of the San Juan de Lurigancho community mental health center, 2021

Depression in the life of the elderly is usually more chronic than in a young person, leading to higher risks of mortality and suicide than in non-depressed older adults. Throughout their life, each individual faces diverse factors such as: social, psychological and biological, which determine their mental health. Objective: To determine the biopsychosocial factors associated with depression in older adults at the San Juan de Lurigancho Community Mental Health Center 2021 Method: Research with a quantitative approach, correlational level, cross-sectional and prospective, the instrument that will allow the collection of data will be the biopsychosocial factors questionnaire and the Yesavage Geriatric Depression Test. The hypothesis will be tested: There is a significant relationship between biopsychosocial factors and depression in older adults at the San Juan de Lurigancho Community Mental Health Center 2021

March - 2021 Method: A quantitative approach will be used, with a type of basic research, with a correlational level with a non-experimental research design, the population was taken from mothers hospitalized in rooming-in at the San Juan de Lurigancho Hospital with a sample of 30 mothers, observation and a survey will be used as techniques, where two instruments will be used, for the variable Breastfeeding Techniques the observation guide will be and for the variable level of knowledge about breastfeeding in primiparous mothers it will be the questionnaire, both instruments belong to the researchers which have their validation and a reliability that will then be processed using the SPSS statistical program to obtain the descriptive analysis and inference.

The present investigation aims to establish the relationship between the type of breastfeeding and the nutritional status of 6-month-old infants in the district of Ate. Objective: To determine the relationship between the type of breastfeeding and the nutritional status of 6-month-old infants in a health center in Ate, 2022. Material and method: The method used in the research is deductive, with a quantitative approach, of a basic, correlational, non-experimental, cross-sectional type; The study will be carried out on a sample consisting of 246 6-month-old infants who are treated in the CRED service of a Health Center in the jurisdiction of Ate - Vitarte, who come in the company of their respective mothers, to whom a survey will be applied in addition to using the anthropometric form in their minor children. The data obtained will be coded in an Excel database and subsequently analyzed in the SPSS program.

Burden and quality of life of caregivers of patients with cancer in home palliative care at the Oncosalud Clinic, 2022.

The purpose of the study is to determine how the level of care overload is related to the quality of life of caregivers of cancer patients in palliative care who are cared for in the home area of an Oncology Clinic in Lima, 2022. A quantitative, applicative study with a correlational design. The population will be finite and will be made up of all 60 primary caregivers of terminal cancer patients who belong to the home service of an Oncology Clinic in Lima, during the period April and June 2022. For data collection, the "Zarit Care Burden Perception Interview - ZCBI" and the "Quality of life scale, family caregiver version of the cancer patient" developed by Betty Ferrell will be used, both have high validity and reliability. Finally, Spearman's correlation coefficient will be used for hypothesis testing, which will be shown in tables and figures for analysis and discussion.

Objective: to determine the relationship between burnout syndrome and job performance in the nursing staff of the 5th hospitalization service of the National Institute of Neoplastic Diseases in Lima, 2022. Material and method: it will be correlational, quantitative, observational, cross-sectional and descriptive, the population that constitutes it makes a total of 50 nurses, and the sample will be made up of the same number. The survey technique was used and the instrument uses the Likert scale, which describes the presentation, instructions, sociodemographic characteristics and the questionnaire called Nursing Stress Scale (NSS) and job performance evaluation questionnaire, its content validity was made and submitted to expert judgment, reliability was found by applying Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient obtaining a value of 0.800 and 0.932 respectively. Data processing will be at the Norbert Wiener Private University, to obtain the required permits and to be able to present them to the ethics committee and then to the research area.

Burnout syndrome and job performance in surgical center nurses at Hospital I Carlos Alcantara Butterfield - Lima, 2021

The objective of the research is to determine the relationship between Burnout Syndrome and job performance in nurses from the surgical center of Hospital I Carlos Alcántara Butterfield – Lima, 2021. The type of research is applied, with a hypothetical-deductive method and a quantitative approach. The population will consist of a total of 25 nurses working in the surgical center of Hospital I Carlos Alcántara Butterfield during the period from March to October 2021. The instruments to be used are: the first one is the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), where the reliability of the subscales emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and personal accomplishment were 82, 80, and 85, respectively; the second instrument is the Job Performance Questionnaire, with a Cronbach's alpha of 0.936, indicating very high reliability. The hypothetical-deductive method will also be employed.

Burnout syndrome and job satisfaction in nurses in the emergency area, in a hospital in Lima level III-1, 2021

Introduction: Nurses in the emergency area are more likely to suffer from burnout syndrome, which affects their emotional health and is developed by extreme situations in their profession such as: critical care, personal factors, workload and work environment. Therefore, it is crucial to know the level of stress that nurses experience regarding their work, since it will affect their job satisfaction later on, bringing negative personal, professional and institutional consequences. Objective: To determine the relationship between burnout syndrome and job satisfaction in nurses in the emergency area of a Level III-1 Hospital in Lima. Methods: The study will be applied, non-experimental and correlational design. The population will be made up of 114 nurses, the sample size consisting of 88 nurses working in the emergency area. Two questionnaires will be applied to the sample: the Maslach Burnout Inventory questionnaire to measure the level of burnout syndrome, whose reliability is good with 0.86. And the Red Font questionnaire to measure the level of job satisfaction with good reliability of 0.80. After that, statistical tests will be used to contrast the hypotheses under study.

The study will have a quantitative approach, with an observational and correlational-cross-sectional design. The technique used will be applied, and the instruments to be utilized are the Burnout Inventory and the Job Satisfaction Scale, both validated in Peru.

Burnout syndrome and quality of care emergency service of a maternal and child center of MINSA-Lima 2021

Objective: To determine the relationship between burnout syndrome and the quality of care in the emergency service of a Maternal and Child Center of the Minsa-Lima 2021 Methods: the study will be observational, descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional. The population is 105 nursing professionals from the Emergency Service of a Maternal and Child Center of the Minsa-Lima 2021 and the sample of 83 nursing professionals for data collection, the Maslach Burnout Inventory of 22 items will be used considering the following dimensions; Emotional Exhaustion (9 items); depersonalization (5 items) and professional frustration (8 items) for the case of the quality of care variable, a 22-item observation sheet will be used considering the following dimensions; Interpersonal component (10 items); technical component (6 items) and environmental component (6 items). The data will be statistically processed with Spearman's correlation coefficient and presented in tables and figures.

The objective of the study is: "To determine the relationship between burnout syndrome and the quality of life of nursing professionals in the intensive care service of the Sergio Bernales Hospital, Lima 2022". Likewise, the hypothetical deductive research method will be used, with a quantitative approach, the correlational, non-experimental and cross-sectional design. The population and sample: the population is made up of 80 nursing professionals, the sample will be census, so no statistical formula will be applied, for the statistical analysis the Microsoft Excel program will be used, then the SPPS version 26, the results will be shown in tables and / or graphs. For the hypothesis test, the non-parametric chi square test will be applied, which seeks to relate two variables.

Objective: To analyze the relationship between Burnout Syndrome and Job Performance in the face of COVID-19 of the nursing staff of the surgical center of the Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen Hospital, Lima - 2021. Material and method: This research has quantitative approaches, since the data collections are used to demonstrate the hypothesis based on statistical analysis and the analysis of the qualities or attributes described to determine the results of the behavioral models in a population. When talking about quantitative research, it refers to the statistical level, this indicates the approach, when we refer to objective realities from a numerical measurement through statistical analysis that determines a prediction or a behavior pattern of the problem or phenomenon that is posed.
