The research methodology had a quantitative approach, was basic in type, descriptive in level, with a non-experimental and cross-sectional design. The study population consisted of 1,600 users who attended the Farmaclas pharmacy located in the Villa El Salvador district. A probabilistic sample was taken, applying a statistical formula, resulting in 310 users. These users were evaluated using a research instrument validated through a panel of three subject-matter experts and reliability confirmed using Cronbach's alpha, with a pilot test conducted prior to data collection (α = 0.868). Las dietas hiperproteicas son esenciales para prevenir la pérdida de masa muscular durante la hospitalización; sin embargo, muchos establecimientos carecen de evaluaciones recientes sobre su contenido y adecuación nutricional. Objetivo: Determinar el contenido nutricional, la adecuación y la aceptabilidad de las dietas hiperproteicas brindadas a pacientes oncológicos hospitalizados en el Hospital Regional del Cusco durante agosto y setiembre del 2025. Materiales y métodos: Estudio descriptivo, transversal y cuantitativo, con muestra de cien pacientes seleccionados por conveniencia. Se realizó pesaje directo de alimentos, análisis mediante tablas de composición peruanas y evaluación de consumo y aceptabilidad mediante encuesta estructurada. Los datos fueron analizados con estadística descriptiva y comparados con recomendaciones del MINSA, ASPEN y ESPEN. Resultados: El 90 % presentó aceptabilidad media y el 70 % alta ingesta. No obstante, la adecuación energética y proteica fue baja en el 68 %, con un promedio de 80 %. Se identificó correlación positiva muy fuerte entre consumo y adecuación (Rho = 0.8649; p < 0.001), y ausencia de relación entre aceptabilidad y consumo. Conclusiones: La dieta hiperproteica no cubrió los requerimientos de la mayoría, evidenciando la necesidad de aumentar la densidad nutricional y optimizar estrategias que mejoren la tolerancia y la ingesta.Publicación Acceso abierto Factores sociodemográficos y la aceptación de la vacuna contra la COVID-19 en personas que acuden al mercado Santa Rosa – distrito de Chorrillos. The main objective was to identify the relationship between sociodemographic factors and the acceptance of the COVID-19 vaccine among people visiting the Santa Rosa Market in the Chorrillos District from January to April 2022. The methodology was a correlational level and an observational-cross-sectional type. A questionnaire was used to analyze a sample of 384 people, with the evaluation focused on 15 questions across two variables, using the dimensions of sociodemographic factors. Results: Among the sociodemographic factors, it was determined that 48.2% were aged 36 to 64; 59.9% had a secondary education; 64.8% were employed; and 81.8% had a history of health conditions. In conclusion, a relationship exists between both educational level and acceptance of the COVID-19 vaccine, as well as between employment status and vaccine acceptance among people visiting the Santa Rosa Market in Chorrillos, Lima, in 2022.Publicación Acceso abierto Grado de aceptación de los medicamentos genéricos en la población mayor de 18 años del distrito de Junín en el año 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-03-23) Díaz Bueno, Rosario del Pilar; Caldas Herrera, EmmaThe objective of this research was to analyze the degree of acceptance of generic drugs in the population over 18 years old in the Junín district in 2021. The research used a quantitative approach, a descriptive level, and a cross-sectional observational design. The sample included 297 residents who provided verbal informed consent. Results: Of the total respondents, 50.5% (N=150) had a medium acceptance of generic drugs, and 37.0% (N=110) had a poor acceptance. Regarding the access dimension, 10.1% had no access to generic drugs, and 60.6% had fair access. For the information dimension, 28.3% had no information, and 58.9% had fair information. For the consumption dimension, 40.1% consumed generic drugs regularly, and 33.0% did not consume them. For the safety dimension, 44.4% felt unsafe consuming generic drugs. Conclusion: The degree of acceptance of generic drugs among the population over 18 in the Junín district was fair due to a lack of information, lack of confidence, fear that they would not achieve the desired therapeutic effect, low availability of generic drugs in health facilities, and very high prices.Publicación Acceso abierto Nivel de aceptación de medicamentos genéricos durante la pandemia COVID-19 en usuarios que acuden a la botica Sudameris’t – distrito de Ate Vitarte – Lima Metropolitana, 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-10-06) Churampi Pardo, Analí Roció; Gamarra Zurita, Ida Rossana; Ñañez del Pino, DanielThe Objective of this research was to determine the level of acceptance of generic drugs during the COVID-19 pandemic among users visiting the Sudameris’t drugstore in the Ate Vitarte district, Metropolitan Lima, in 2022. Methodology: The research was an applied type at a descriptive level, with a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The instrument was a questionnaire, and the technique used was a survey, which was applied to a sample of 384 users. SPSS version 25.0 was used for statistical analysis. Results: Of 384 users surveyed, 51.6% were female, 79.7% were aged 30–59, and 42.7% had a higher education degree. Regarding the acceptance of generic drugs, 50.3% presented a medium level. Similarly, the information dimension showed a medium level of 47.7%, the access dimension a medium level of 53.1%, the consumption dimension a medium level of 52.3%, and the safety dimension a low level of 44.5%. Regarding the methodology, the study was applied, with a deductive method, non-experimental design, quantitative approach, and cross-sectional scope. The sample consisted of 218 residents, who were surveyed using a questionnaire to measure the study variable. Results: The level of information about generic medications among residents was medium (53.2%), the level of consumption was medium (69.7%), the level of trust in generic medications was high (53.2%), and the level of accessibility to generic medications was medium (72.9%). Methodology: An inductive method was used, with a quali-quantitative approach. The research type was basic prospective, and the design was non-experimental. The sample consisted of 150 people visiting the drugstore during September and October 2021. Non-probabilistic convenience sampling was used. The data collection technique was a survey, and the instrument was a questionnaire validated by three university professionals. Data processing was performed using Excel and Word. Results: Of 384 people surveyed, 74.22% were female, 56.66% were married, 63.54% had a secondary education, and 64.03% had a history of COVID-19. Regarding knowledge level, 74% had good knowledge of the vaccine type, 55.7% had good information about the vaccine, and 56.3% had good knowledge about vaccine myths. For attitude, 82.6% agreed with the cognitive disposition toward vaccination, 75.5% agreed with the behavioral disposition, and 77.3% agreed with the emotional disposition. The objective of this research was to evaluate the level of knowledge and acceptance of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine among parents of children under 11 years old in the Sicuani Municipal Human Settlement. The methodology was hypothetical-deductive, quantitative, basic, and employed a cross-sectional, non-experimental design with a correlational scope. Spearman's Rho statistical test was used for the correlation. A sample of 388 parents of children under 11 years old was studied, and a questionnaire on the level of knowledge and acceptance of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine was administered. Reliability was assessed using the test-retest method. Results: 46.6% of respondents demonstrated a medium level of knowledge about the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine. Regarding acceptance, 49.7% neither agreed nor disagreed with its approval, and only 20.9% agreed to accept the vaccine. Objective: To determine the level of knowledge and attitude toward SARS-CoV-2 vaccination in the adult population visiting the Pharmavital drugstore in Villa las Palmas-Lurín, 2022. Method: The method was deductive, with a quantitative approach and an applied, non-experimental design. The population consisted of adult participants, and the sample was 384 people. The technique employed was a survey, and the instrument was a questionnaire. Data were processed using Excel and SPSS systems. Results: Of 384 people, 74.22% were female, 56.66% were married, 63.54% had a secondary education, and 64.03% had a history of COVID-19. Regarding the level of knowledge, 74% had good knowledge of the vaccine type, 55.7% had good information about the vaccine, and 56.3% had good knowledge about vaccine myths. Furthermore, 82.6% were in agreement with the cognitive disposition toward vaccination, 75.5% with the behavioral disposition, and 77.3% with the emotional disposition. The research method was hypothetical-deductive and of an applied type. The approach was a non-experimental and cross-sectional design. The study population consisted of adults aged 18 to 59 residing in the Villa María del Triunfo district, with a sample of 200 adults. The main results showed that the level of knowledge was 8.5% low, 23.0% medium, and 68.5% high. For the degree of acceptance variable, 75.0% had a low level of acceptance, 24.0% a medium level, and 1% a high level. It was determined that a relationship exists between the level of knowledge and the degree of acceptance of therapeutic alternatives used during the COVID-19 pandemic in adults in the Villa María del Triunfo district, Lima, in 2022.
