This research revolves around two variables: values education and school life, contextualized topics in grades eight and nine of the school Policarpa Salavarrieta (Municipality Quimbaya, Quindío). The structure of this document is part of qualitative research from a descriptive perspective; the methodology aims to identify existing and potential relationships between variables related impacts and the current educational model. It searches other investigations that regard values education and school life. Besides, this paper takes a conceptual approach to the importance and significance that have the value in the lives of students, something that is embodied and transformed in the school life. Themes that cut across the teaching / learning process and constitute one of the main topics of education today, given the guidelines on peaceful coexistence have been issued by the Ministry of Education

Eficacia del programa de mediación de conflictos, como forma de convivencia pacífica, para mitigar la violencia escolar en las instituciones educativas públicas de secundaria en Girardot, Cundinamarca – Colombia, 2015

In this research, the main objective is to determine the efficacy of conflict mediation program as a form of peaceful coexistence to mitigate school violence in public secondary educational institutions in Girardot, Cundinamarca - Colombia, 2015. Starting applied to a sample of 359 students of the official educational institutions questionnaire Girardot - Cundinamarca (Colombia), which allowed to generate levels of reflection and change that would facilitate the mobilization of behavioral patterns and both graduate program effectiveness. By the rate applied research design quasi-experimental, considering that in school behaviors are not limited and they are not restricted and can not be manipulated, so research allowed to have a greater understanding of the dynamics of relationship that there emerge; equally from the quantitative and statistical approach T-Student, it was extended from a statistical analysis using SPSS version 2.2 software Statics. It was observed that the value of reliability assessment tool research, obtained through the statistical program Alfa Cronbach, is in the range of 0.8 to 1, indicating that the instrument is reliable for the collection of information. Problem solving has been covered in several studies and theories of authors who have allowed to have a holistic understanding of the phenomenon, which led to consider the need to set up a program of conflict mediation in educational institutions, which is a priority generate actions of educational, training and reflective type, to reduce violence, bullying and other situations affecting coexistence in the educational context, where the main actors are students and their peers.

The present work about factors of labor harassment, labor harassment or mobbing and its influence on the right to integrity. It aims to describe the phenomenon, analyze its causes and consequences regarding the worker and the institution, as well as analyze the various theories that have tried to explain it from organizational, psychopathological and relational perspectives. In order to achieve the proposed objectives, an exhaustive bibliographical review of the national and international literature has been carried out, from the first investigations on the subject, observing that the studies deal fundamentally with the factors that determine the appearance of workplace harassment or workplace harassment, its consequences and the duty of organizations to adopt internal policies and measures to prevent and punish them. For the development of the investigation, two structured questionnaires based on previous instruments have been used as instruments, so that they address the factors that generate the hostilization appropriate to the Peruvian reality, which were applied to administrative workers of the central headquarters of the Public Ministry of the Fiscal District of Ica, with which it is intended to know the perception of the behaviors related to labor harassment, how often they feel affected by said phenomenon and finally to know what consequences in their physical or psychological integrity they have perceived.

La prueba en el delito de proposiciones con fines sexuales a menores de edad a través de medios tecnológicos

La tesis titulada “La prueba en el delito de proposiciones con fines sexuales a menores de edad a través de medios tecnológicos”, se planteó como problema: ¿Cómo regular la prueba en el delito de proposiciones con fines sexuales a menores de edad a través de medios tecnológicos?, cuya hipótesis fue: La implantación de la modificación regulará la prueba en el delito de proposiciones con fines sexuales a menores de edad a través de medios tecnológicos. Siendo el objetivo general: Plantear la modificación para regular la prueba en el delito de proposiciones con fines sexuales a menores de edad a través de medios tecnológicos. Se trabajó con un tipo de estudio descriptivo en el proceso cuantitativo, con una muestra poblacional no probabilística de 62 operadores del derecho. Se aplicó la técnica de observación y la técnica de la encuesta. Conforme a los resultados y el análisis de la discusión la norma debe modificarse a efectos de que el fiscal al obtener todas las pruebas pueda sustentar una buena acusación y lograr la condena de estos criminales que asechan a nuestro niños, niñas y adolescentes.

Relación entre la aplicación de estrategias institucionales para controlar el bullying en los estudiantes de primaria y el clima escolar de las instituciones educativas del departamento de Santander 2017

The main objective of the present investigation is to determine what is the relationship between Bullying and School Climate of Primary Students of the Institutions of the Department of Santander year 2017. The present research is of basic type, with correlational research design of quantitative approach. The research includes a population of 342 questionnaires of fourth and fifth elementary students from three institutions of the department of Santander with a sample of probabilistic type, which responds to the interest and the intentionality of the researchers, to contribute to the problematic that is presented in Educational institutions. Finally, the general hypothesis is fulfilled with a Spearman correlation coefficient of 0.513 with its respective value of p <0.001 indicating that there is a significant association between the institutional strategies to handle bullying and the school climate. Likewise, each of the specific hypotheses between the institutional strategies and each of the dimensions is fulfilled.
