Methodology: A quantitative study with a descriptive, cross-sectional design. Population: The population consists of 25 nursing professionals from the Emergency Department of a hospital in Huacho, who will be selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The sample size was not calculated. Data Collection Techniques and Instruments: The technique will be a survey, and the instrument will be a questionnaire titled "Prevention of Adverse Events by Nursing Professionals." Procedures: Data collection will take place at the Essalud Huacho hospital, focusing on nursing professionals in the emergency department, and will be conducted in August 2021. Validation: The instrument was subjected to an expert judgment test with an ordinal scale, and is therefore considered applicable to the study. Reliability: To determine the reliability of the instrument, the Kuder-Richardson (KR 20) coefficient was used, with a result of 0.86, indicating that the reliability of the instrument is acceptable.Ítem Acceso abierto Efficacy of brief interventions to reduce alcohol consumption in consumer patients.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-07-14) Valdez De la Cruz, Rosario Irma; Quispe Taya, Patricia Rosario; Arevalo Marcos, Rodolfo AmadoObjective: Systematize evidence on the effectiveness of brief interventions to reduce alcohol consumption in patients who are alcohol consumers. Materials and methods: This is a systematic, observational, and retrospective review, subjected to analytical reading and using the GRADE evaluation system to assess the level of evidence of articles published in the following databases: Scielo, Sciencedirect, PubMed, Epistemonikos, Researchgate, and Scielo. Of the 10 articles systematically reviewed, 100% are of high quality as described below: 40% (n=4/10) are meta-analyses, and 60% (n=6/10) are systematic reviews. The articles come from the following countries: England (60%), Germany (10%), India (10%), the United States (10%), and Brazil (10%). Results: 100% (n=10/10) of the articles (11-20) indicate that brief interventions are effective in reducing alcohol consumption in alcohol-consuming patients. Conclusion: Brief interventions are effective in reducing alcohol consumption in alcohol-consuming patients.Publicación Acceso abierto Eficacia del peritaje del dosaje etílico en accidentes automovilísticos en hombres de 20-40 años en Lima, 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-10-22) Canchari Pillaca, Judith Jhazmin; Neyra Rivera, Carlos DavidLa presente investigación se concentró en determinar la relación de la eficacia del Peritaje del dosaje etílico con los accidentes automovilísticos en hombres de 20-40 años, Lima 2023. La metodología fue hipotético deductivo, diseño no experimental, muestra de tipo censal, población 100 operadores de justicia, enfoque cuantitativo, recolección de datos cuestionario. Los resultados se observa relación al género y años de labor, un 4.0% grado de doctor. La relación entre los requisitos legales del peritaje de dosaje y los accidentes automovilísticos fue 0,579 e inferior al margen de error (1%), además relación entre los requisitos técnico-científicos del peritaje de dosaje y el valor de los accidentes automovilísticos fue de 0,236 con una significancia (bilateral p) de 0,018 y una cifra bajo el margen de error permitido (5%), dando por válida la segunda hipótesis. Se concluye que los requisitos técnico científicos del peritaje de dosaje tienen una relación directamente proporcional y baja con los accidentes automovilísticos, además hay relación directamente proporcional y moderada con los accidentes automovilísticos en el examen de peritaje de dosaje etílico. Los encuestados sostuvieron que el peritaje del dosaje etílico relacionado con los accidentes automovilísticos a menudo cumple con los requisitos legales, técnicos científicos y de perito.Publicación Acceso abierto Funcionalidad familiar y consumo de alcohol en adolescentes de un centro de salud mental comunitario, Lima 2024(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-10-06) Loayza Basallo, Stephany Katherine; Molina Torres, José GregorioIntroducción: El consumo de alcohol se considera un problema complejo, en el que la funcionabilidad familiar desempeña un papel tanto a inicio como en la continuación de este comportamiento. Por ello el Objetivo: Determinar de qué manera la funcionabilidad familiar se relaciona con el consumo de alcohol en adolescentes de un Centro de Salud Mental Comunitario Lima 2024. Materiales y Métodos: Se seguirá una investigación hipotético deductiva, cuantitativa, no experimental, transversal y correlacional. Población: 150 adolescentes y muestra de 109, las técnicas que se aplicarán incluyen la encuesta para ambas variables de estudio y como instrumentos dos cuestionarios, tomando en cuenta un estudio aplicado nivel nacional por Castilla et en el año 2023 donde los autores determinaron la validez a través de la técnica de juicio de 3 expertos, cual aplicaron la prueba V Aiken para determinar la validez del instrumento, Cuyo resultado 100% para el instrumento 1 y 94 % para el instrumento 2. Para la confiabilidad el instrumento presentó un coeficiente de alfa de Crombash de 0,82 para el instrumento 1 y 0,93 instrumento 2. Recolectados los datos se vaciarán en la hoja de cálculo Excel, se utilizará el paquete estadístico SPSS-26, que permitirá procesar la información y obtener los resultados en tablas, gráficos y barras estadísticas. Confeccionar tablas/gráficos estadísticos, realizando la prueba de hipótesis correspondiente, para finalmente brindar las conclusiones y sugerencias de la investigación realizada. Regarding the design, it is a non-experimental correlational study of an observational and cross-sectional type. The population was made up of 737 adolescents from Educational Institution 6062-Peru-USA. The instrument used was the Connor – Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC), which allows knowing the level of resilience of adolescents and the Instrument of Alcohol Use Disorders Identification (AUDIT), which allows you to recognize symptoms of dependence and problems related to alcohol. Result: A medium level of resilience was obtained in 62.1% of those surveyed; However, when obtaining results according to their dimensions, it was found, in the spirituality area, that the majority presented a medium level (60.7%). Likewise, it was determined that 65.8% of the students are without an appreciable risk of alcoholism; When obtaining results according to their dimensions, it was found that in the area of dependency symptoms there are 81.0% of students. When we talk about quantitative research, we refer to the statistical field, where this approach is based on analyzing an objective reality based on numerical measurements and statistical analysis to determine predictions or behavioral patterns of the phenomenon or problem posed. For this, the Audit Test approved by the WHO will be used.
