Communication quality and patient satisfaction with the care of the nursing services of the Santa Clara ate health center, Lima - 2023

The present study aimed to determine the relationship between communicative quality and patient satisfaction with nursing services. Methodologically, it was structured under a hypothetical deductive, applied, quantitative, cross-sectional, non-experimental, and correlational approach. The sample consisted of 96 patients selected through intentional non-probabilistic sampling. Questionnaires were used as instruments for each variable. The results showed that 89.5% of the participants were female, aged between 20 and 30 years (36.5%), married (42.7%), and had a technical level of education (52.1%). Additionally, it was observed that communicative quality was rated as regular by 69.5% of participants, while 61.5% expressed satisfaction. Statistically, verbal and non-verbal communication, as well as empathy, showed significant correlations with satisfaction (p-value of 0.000, with correlation coefficients of 0.677, 0.579, and 0.677, respectively). In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between communicative quality and satisfaction, with a p-value of 0.000 and a "Rho" value of 0.738. Therefore, improving the quality of communication can have a positive influence on overall satisfaction.

Early stimulation level and psychomotor development in children under 1 year of age treated in a health center, Huaral 2022

Early stimulation implies a variety of strategies, tactics and activities that constitute one of the priority tools for improving the development of the child population. In addition, it is crucial in the psychomotor development of the child, as well as his cognitive development; facilitating very useful learning during his life. Objective: To determine the relationship between the level of early stimulation and psychomotor development in children under 1 year of age treated at a Health Center, Huaral 2022. Methods: quantitative approach, hypothetical deductive method, non-experimental, cross-sectional and correlational design. The population will be made up of mothers of children under 1 year of age treated in a health center, Huaral. The sample will be equal to the population. The instrument to assess knowledge about early stimulation was developed by Cajusol et al., in their thesis. This instrument consists of 18 questions divided into 2 dimensions: generalities and specific concepts about the 4 areas. For the evaluation of psychomotor development, the Peruvian Development Evaluation Test for Children 0-30 months was ensured, which the Ministry of Health prepared in 2017. This test evaluates psychomotor development in 5 areas: motor, language, social, visual-motor, intelligence-learning.

Knowledge and practice of parents on asthma care at discharge from the pediatric emergency service EsSalud - 2023

Introduction: Asthma is a condition that mainly affects the lungs and is usually a chronic disease that occurs more frequently in children, although adults can also suffer from it. This disease carries various symptoms such as shortness of breath, wheezing, feeling of tightness in the chest and coughing, especially during the night or in the morning. There are multiple factors that can trigger asthma symptoms. Objective: To determine the relationship between parents' knowledge and practice on asthma care upon discharge from the EsSalud Pediatric Emergency Service -2023. Methods: The research approach adopted will be the hypothetical-deductive method, using a quantitative approach. The study will follow a descriptive, cross-sectional and correlational design. The target population will consist of 80 parents, and convenience non-probability sampling will be used to select the study sample. In the process of processing and analyzing survey data, priority will be given to keeping the information collected organized and orderly. Subsequently, the data will be coded according to the study variables, using both the Excel 2019 statistical software and the SPSS version 26.0 program. From this coded data, a set of statistical frequency tables will be generated that will reflect the relevant indicators. In addition, the Spearman Correlation Test (Rho) will be used to examine and specify the relationship between the variables considered.

Level of knowledge about the management of the polytraumatized patient and the practice of the nursing professional in the emergency service of the national dos de mayo hospital, in Lima, 2023

Objective: "To determine how the level of knowledge about the management of polytraumatized patients is related to the practice of the Nursing Professional", population will be made up of 89 nursing professionals, who work in the Emergency Service of the Dos de Mayo National Hospital. Methodological Design: The type of research will be applied. Design will be non-experimental, descriptive, cross-sectional, correlational. Instruments: To evaluate the variable "Level of knowledge about the management of the polytraumatized patient" the questionnaire designed by Carranza in 2019 will be used, reliable through Cronbach's Alpha with an index of 0.69 and to evaluate the variable "Nursing professional practice" The observation guide designed by Maquera and Vidal in 2018 will be applied, reliable through Cronbach's Alpha with an index of 0.804. The data collection techniques will be the survey and observation. Statistical processing and data analysis: it will be carried out using descriptive techniques and frequencies expressed in percentages, the statistical analysis will be according to its distribution through the non-parametric statistical test Spearman's Rho correlation.

Overload and quality of life in the family caregiver of the patient with chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis treatment in a private clinic in Lima in 2023

Introduction: The overload of the family caregiver triggers health problems that afflict life. The patient with chronic kidney disease becomes dependent on the different changes during the disease process, which makes the caregiver a servant to her care, leaving aside his personal care that puts his quality of life at risk. Objective: To determine how the overload is related to the quality of life in the family caregiver of the patient with chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis treatment in a private clinic in Lima, 2023. Methods: This research will be of a hypothetical - deductive method with a quantitative approach, applied, with a non-experimental or observational, correlational and cross-sectional design. The sample was made up of 60 relatives of the patients to whom two instruments were applied; the Zarit Scale to measure overload, made up of 22 items measured on the Likert scale, grouped into three dimensions. The other instrument will measure the quality of life with the Olson and Barnes scale, consisting of 25 items measured on the Likert scale and grouped into seven dimensions.

Overload of the family caregiver and the degree of dependency of elderly patients hospitalized in the medicine service of the hospital Regional Huacho, 2022

Objective: To determine how the overload of the family caregiver and the degree of dependency of elderly patients hospitalized in the medicine service of the Hospital Regional Huacho 2022. Material and method: study with a quantitative, correlational approach, non-experimental design, with cross-section. The population and sample will be made up of family caregivers of patients hospitalized in the medicine service of the Huacho Regional Hospital who meet the inclusion criteria. For the family caregiver variable, the Zarit test will be used, and for the second variable degree of dependency, the Barthel index will be used. Finally, the Sperm's Rho parametric correlation test will be applied in the IBM SPSS 25.0 program. For the research background and the state of the art of the study, they will be taken into account for the interpretation and discussion of the results.

Perception of humanized nursing care and the relationship with the level of stress of hemodialized patients in a specialized renal health center. Lima, 2022

Objective: Objective: To determining the relationships between the perceptions of humanizes nurses cares and the stress of level the hemodialysis patient in specialized kidney health center of Lima, 2022. Methodology: The type of research would be applied, the proposed approach would be quantitative, and the determined design would be nonexperimental, observational, correlational levels, and cross-sectionals. Population and Sample: The population addressed corresponding to 310 patients with a representative sample in 172 threatened at the specialized kidney health center. The corresponding instruments would be applieded to said samples on the period from December 2022 to January 2023. Technique and Instruments: The techniques to be applied would be in survey and the instruments to be applieded corresponds to the Perceptions Questionnaires of Humanized Nurses Care and Scale Stress Assessments, the same ones that had a reliability of Cronbach's Alpha and Kuder Richardson KR20 equivalents to 0.592 and 0.727 respectively. Data processing and analysis: The data would be records in an Excel template for classifications and control, being processed, on the existing relationships between the variable treated on the investigations would be established, through the Chi Square statistical test for counting the study with qualitative variables.

Quality of care and satisfaction with nursing care perceived by the relative of the patient attended under observation - emergency at San José Chincha Hospital - 2023

The objective of this research project is to determine how the quality of care is related to the satisfaction with the nursing care perceived by the relative of the patient treated in observation emergency at the San José Chincha-2023 hospital. Methodology: It corresponds to a study under a hypothetical deductive method, with a quantitative approach, applied type, nonexperimental and cross-sectional design, while the level was correlational, where 152 relatives will participate as a sample; To collect the information, the survey was used as techniques and a questionnaire was used as an instrument, the first for the quality of care variable and for the satisfaction variable, both validated and reliable in Peru, where a high level of acceptability is reflected. In the case of validity applied by expert judgment and reliability, it had values of 0.835 and 0.800, demonstrating that it has a high level of reliability for its respective application. The results will be obtained in a descriptive way according to the established objectives determined according to the score achieved according to the high, regular and low level for the quality-of-care variable and for the good, regular, bad satisfaction variable, likewise, cross tables will be built and graphs which will be interpreted and the hypothesis contrast will be made through the Rho Spearman statistic. The conclusions will be determined according to the objectives set.

This investigative work developed the objective "Determine the relationship between the quality of nursing care and satisfaction of the hospitalized patient in thoracic and cardiovascular surgery at the Hospital Dos de Mayo in Lima, 2021". The study was raised from the practice of the nursing profession theorized by Leininger, which supports the patient-nurse interconnection and Orem's theory that establishes patient satisfaction from the action of the nurse with the human condition to meet the needs of the other. The study used the hypothetical-deductive method, quantitative approach, non-experimental design, applied type and correlational-descriptiveobservational scope. The sample consisted of 152 patients hospitalized at Hospital Dos de Mayo, in the area of thoracic and cardiovascular surgery; to whom the SEQUAL test was applied to measure the nursing care quality variable and the PSI test for the customer satisfaction variable. The statistic used for data processing was SPSS 25.0.
