Methodology: A quantitative study with a correlational cross-sectional design. The population consisted of 405 university students with a sample of 108 students. To collect information, the Situational Alcohol Consumption Inventory (ISCA) with 100 items divided into 8 situational categories was used, with prior coordination with the teachers of each cycle. Next, the correct filling of data in SPSS 23 was verified. Results: A correlation between the two variables, alcohol consumption and academic performance, was found with a Pearson R of 148 and a significance of 0.127. In alcohol consumption, 67.6% of the university students had a moderate risk of alcohol consumption. Regarding the dimensions, in the unpleasant emotions dimension, 66.7% showed a very high risk of alcohol consumption. In academic performance, 56.5% showed average academic performance. El presente proyecto de investigación tendrá como Objetivo general Determinar la relación entre el consumo excesivo de alcohol y la violencia doméstica en pacientes de un centro comunitario metal del distrito de Vila María del Triunfo, 2025, Metodología siendo una investigación de enfoque cuantitativo, método descriptivo correlacional y transversal, con una muestra de 92 pacientes del centro comunitario mental , 2025, aplicando la técnica de la encuesta donde se contará con dos Instrumentos cuestionario por cada variable, bajo la escala de Likert donde se evaluará ambas variables, validado por Pozo Flores y Romy Yarcelia 2018 y el segundo instrumento fue de J. Higgins Biddle y M. Methodology: A quantitative study with a descriptive, cross-sectional design. Population: The population consists of 25 nursing professionals from the Emergency Department of a hospital in Huacho, who will be selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The sample size was not calculated. Data Collection Techniques and Instruments: The technique will be a survey, and the instrument will be a questionnaire titled "Prevention of Adverse Events by Nursing Professionals." Procedures: Data collection will take place at the Essalud Huacho hospital, focusing on nursing professionals in the emergency department, and will be conducted in August 2021. Validation: The instrument was subjected to an expert judgment test with an ordinal scale, and is therefore considered applicable to the study. Materials and methods: This is a systematic, observational, and retrospective review, subjected to analytical reading and using the GRADE evaluation system to assess the level of evidence of articles published in the following databases: Scielo, Sciencedirect, PubMed, Epistemonikos, Researchgate, and Scielo. Of the 10 articles systematically reviewed, 100% are of high quality as described below: 40% (n=4/10) are meta-analyses, and 60% (n=6/10) are systematic reviews. The articles come from the following countries: England (60%), Germany (10%), India (10%), the United States (10%), and Brazil (10%). Results: 100% (n=10/10) of the articles (11-20) indicate that brief interventions are effective in reducing alcohol consumption in alcohol-consuming patients. Conclusion: Brief interventions are effective in reducing alcohol consumption in alcohol-consuming patients.Publicación Acceso abierto Estilo de vida y control glucémico en pacientes con diabetes mellitus tipo II del centro de salud Santa Fe de Totorita, 2024(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2025-06-25) Camones Cabrera, Jean Pierre Gustavo; Cossio Villar, Mery AnnLa presente investigación se planteó como objetivo general determinar la relación entre el estilo de vida y el control glucémico en pacientes con diabetes mellitus tipo II en el Centro de Salud Santa Fe de Totorita. La metodología aplicada fue de tipo básica, con enfoque cuantitativo y diseño no experimental, la muestra estuvo compuesta por 104 pacientes a quienes se les aplicó la encuesta IMEVID, además de una revisión de las historias clínicas para conocer los valores de glucosa plasmática en ayunas y hemoglobina glucosilada. Como resultado se encontró que la mayoría de los participantes (55%) presento un estilo de vida desfavorable, además, solo el 15% mostró un control glucémico adecuado. La prueba de Chi – cuadrado arrojó un coeficiente de X 2=80.025 y p-valor de 0.000, concluyendo que existe una relación significativa entre las variables estilo de vida y control glucémico. Dimensión nutrición, 86% hábitos nutricionales favorables, la prueba de Chi – cuadrado mostró una asociación significativa con el control glucémico, con un X2=6.146 y p=0.010. Dimensión actividad física, el 29% actividad física favorable, se demostró que la práctica de ejercicio se relaciona con un mejor control glucémico, con X2=72.199 y p=0.000. Dimensión consumo de cigarro y alcohol, el 100% nivel favorable, la prueba de Chi – cuadrado no fue concluyente porque no hay variabilidad entre ambas variables y, por tanto, imposible el cálculo estadístico. Se aplicó un enfoque cuantitativo, no experimental, deductivo, básico, descriptivo y transversal. Se describió que los factores personales con mayor frecuencia son: el grupo etario un 39.6% tienen de 20 a 25 años, respecto al género un 61.8% son masculinos, estudia y trabaja 61.1%, con estado civil soltero 50%, ingreso económico del salario mínimo 37.1%, del 9no ciclo 22.1%. Se determinó que los factores familiares con mayor frecuencia son: en estudiantes que viven solo con 33.6%, respecto al tipo de maltrato que recibió es psicológico con 27.9%, los que tienen problemas familiares con 71.8% y los estudiantes que tienen problemas sentimentales con 70%. Los factores sociales son: alumnos que tienen buena relación con sus compañeros con 46.1%, los que asisten a reuniones sociales dos veces por semana con 33.2% y con respecto a fuentes de información son los amigos con 42.1%. Methodology: The systematic review of the 14 scientific articles reviewed were found in the databases Lipecs, Lilacs, Scielo, Medline, Adolec and BDENF, all of them correspond to the type and design of studies Systematic, cohort, cross-sectional, correlational and descriptive reviews, The search was restricted to articles with full text and they were subjected to critical reading to identify their level of evidence. Results: In the final selection, 14 scientific articles from different countries were chosen, 43% corresponding to Brazil; 14.5% Spain and Colombia; 7% Cuba, Argentina, Bolivia and Peru. Of the articles reviewed, 100% (14) agree that adolescence is one of the stages where alcohol consumption begins (between 8 and 16 years with an average age of 12 years), frequent use from the age of 15, 50%(7) of studies refer to the presence of risk and protective factors for alcohol consumption mediated by family influence; 3(21%) influence from friends and peers, 8(57%) social pressure. Methodology: Study with a quantitative descriptive approach, cross-sectional correlational, population It was made up of 380 adolescents who attend the SADA program (Different Care Service for Adolescents), a sample of 121 adolescents was taken, by non-probabilistic sampling by convenience. The Wagnild and Young questionnaire was used and for Alcohol Risk AUDIT, these instruments are validated. Results: Regarding the resilience variable, 76% presented a high level, 24% a medium level and 0% a low level; Regarding their self-confidence dimension, 73% presented a high level of resilience, 26% a medium level. Regarding the alcohol consumption variable, 40% (48) of adolescents surveyed presented medium risk, followed by 57% (69) who presented low risk. Regarding the dimensions, the highest score was harmful alcohol consumption and the lowest score was alcohol risk. The correlational statistical test was Chi square 13.509, df 3, P value 0.004, indicating an inversely proportional, statistically significant relationship between both variables. The Approach is quantitative, with a cross-sectional correlational, non-experimental design. The sample is made up of 192 students, the instruments to be used are the Social Skills Questionnaire and the AUDIT Test. The statistical analysis method is through the Descriptive statistics analysis process using SPSS and Microsoft Excel for coding, qualification, tabulation and interpretation from the data obtained. The majority of articles are case-control studies with 70% and 30% cross-sectional studies. These articles were obtained from the Pubmed and scielo databases. Results: the 10 articles reviewed show that the risk factors for gastric cancer are: 40% salt, 30% alcohol consumption, 20% having a family history, not using adequate refrigeration to preserve food and low level of education, as well as foods exposed to smoke, cooking with firewood, consuming reheated foods, low consumption of fruits and vegetables and tobacco respectively. And 10% have inadequate eating habits, physical inactivity and a sedentary lifestyle, stress, pharmacological habits, as well as low socioeconomic level, being over 50 years old, having H. Pylori, consumption of red pork meat and sausages. 3 times a week and be female. Materials and Methods: The systematic review synthesizes the results of multiple primary studies. It is an essential component of Evidence-Based Nursing, involving a systematic investigation of findings in the research. Scientific articles selected to support this objective were analyzed using the GRADE method, an instrument that evaluates the effectiveness of evidence. Results: The final selection included 10 articles, which found that alcohol consumption affects MDR-TB treatment in the following countries: Belarus (37.8%), South Africa (64%), Kerala-India (87.5%), Western India (22%), Karnataka-India (52.2%), South Africa (26.8%), Ethiopia (29.6%), Peru (23.6%), Baltic countries (70%), and the Philippines (75%). Most of the studies were case-control or cohort studies (100%). All 10 articles reviewed found that alcohol consumption leads to non-adherence to MDR-TB treatment. Conclusions: All the articles analyzed (100%) confirm that alcohol consumption negatively impacts treatment adherence in adults with Multidrug-Resistant Tuberculosis.
