Publicación Acceso abierto Legitimidad para obrar en la demanda de alimentos contra los progenitores en representación del menor Lima, 2022: Plenario Jurisdiccional 2017(Universidad Norbert Wiener, 2023-07-12) Soto Salas, Luis Ángel; Sánchez Ortega, Jaime AgustínIntroducción: Vivimos en una sociedad de padres irresponsables, donde el abuelo es el que toma la función de padre alimentista, por lo que para poder criar a su nieto tiene que tomar acciones legales a los progenitores del niño. Objetivo: Analizar los impactos de la legitimidad para obrar en la demanda de alimentos contra los progenitores en representación del menor. Metodología: Se realizó un trabajo de enfoque cualitativo, de diseño de investigación de estudio de caso, usando la técnica de recojo de información, análisis documental, con un nivel de investigación exploratoria, descriptiva de método inductivo, paradigma naturalista, del pleno jurisdiccional Lima este 2017. Resultado: Si el menor vivió más tiempo con el abuelo tendrá la tenencia. De esta manera podrá reclamar los alimentos en representación del menor, viendo el interés superior del niño, Conclusión: Se determinó que,si existe impacto en la legitimidad para obrar en la demanda ya que, en dicha legitimación, existe la legitimidad extraordinaria, esta ampara a una persona ajena en el derecho de demandar por otra y donde el juez decidirá en el fondo de la demanda. The method used was hypothetical-deductive, with a quantitative approach and a descriptive, correlational, and explanatory type of study, using a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. 174 students of both sexes, aged 11 to 12, participated. The Aggression Questionnaire (AQ) by Buss and Perry and the Parenting Styles Scale by Steinberg, adapted for the Peruvian context, were used as instruments. The main results showed a significant relationship between parenting styles and aggression, with higher aggression found in the neglectful style and lower aggression in the authoritative style. Additionally, the predominant style among the sample was authoritative, and it was found that the greater the commitment, behavioral control, and psychological autonomy perceived by the students from their parents, the lower the aggression levels.Ítem Acceso abierto Parenting styles and emotional intelligence in adolescents from a public educational institution in the district of Comas, 2021.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-05-10) Reyes Guerrero, Ayrton; Tamayo Toro, Mónica AlexandraThe primary goal of this research was to identify the association between authoritarian, democratic, mixed, permissive, and neglectful parenting styles and emotional intelligence in adolescents at a public school in the Comas district, 2021. The research approach was quantitative, descriptive, and correlational, with a basic level and a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The Parenting Styles Scale by Steinberg and the Bar-On Emotional Intelligence Inventory (Ice BarOn NA) by Ugarriza and Pajares in its abbreviated version were used. The population consisted of 113 students from 1st to 5th year of secondary school, both male and female, aged 11 to 17 years. It was concluded that there is no relationship between parenting styles and emotional intelligence.
