    The child's care is carried out in the CRED office, where the nurse provides care to ensure adequate growth and development. This provides its optimal conditions so that children can have better opportunities in current and future life; Furthermore, it teaches the caregiver to remake their eating, care and breastfeeding habits and customs that will smooth out early morning child development. The objective of the work is to identify the biocultural, socioeconomic and institutional factors related to the mother's dropout in the growth and development control program in children from 2 to 4 years old. Barranca Hospital 2020. The study has a quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional correlational approach. The study population will be made up of 176 mothers of children from 2 to 4 years old. For data collection, the survey will be used as a technique measured in a checklist that will evaluate the independent variable Biocultural, socioeconomic and institutional factors, a questionnaire will be used as a data collection instrument to measure the dependent variable Dropout of Growth and Development , a form will be used to collect information from the child's control card, all of this will be done through the home visit.

    La cultura tributaria y el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias de las empresas del sector textil, Rímac 2022

    El objetivo principal de este estudio, fue examinar las prácticas tributarias y el cumplimiento tributario en diversas empresas textiles del distrito de Rímac, 2022. El estudio en mención, presentó un modelo de enfoque cuantitativo de tipo descriptivo, con diseño no experimental; de alcance correlacional, debido a que busca medir la relación de ambas variables. La muestra está compuesta por 45 colaboradores de las empresas del sector textil del distrito de Rímac. El método utilizado fue la encuesta y como herramienta el cuestionario, que constaba de 45 preguntas. Los resultados obtenidos comprueban la hipótesis planteada, dado que, ambas variables se relacionan directamente con un coeficiente de correlación de R de Pearson 0,817 con una significación de 0,000. Por lo que, se puede precisar con un 99% de certeza que existe una correlación verdadera entre ambas variables. Está bien establecido que la idea de una cultura tributaria reacciona favorablemente a las obligaciones tributarias y, en consecuencia, a mayores ingresos tributarios.

    Culture of patient safety and quality of care in the nurses of a Specialized Pediatric Hospital, Lima 2022

    Introduction: The patient safety culture is one of the hospital management indicators that allows identifying the risks that nursing care can produce and favors the offer of quality nursing care. Materials and methods: Non-experimental design, correlational level, cross-sectional and quantitative approach. In relation to the population, 60 nursing professionals who work in emergency and hospitalization services were considered. Regarding the technique, the survey will be used and there will be two measurement instruments that will be applied. In relation to the instrument that measures patient safety culture, it contains 42 questions and covers five dimensions, within which are teamwork, communication, safety culture, supervision, and management and direction. Similarly, the nursing care quality instrument comprises 21 items and covers three dimensions defined as technical, operational and human, taking into consideration that the two questionnaires are valid in terms of reliability and validity. Regarding the conclusive values, the levels of good, average and bad are defined for the patient safety culture variable, and in relation to the variable quality of nursing care, its conclusive levels will be low, medium and high.

    Desafíos legales en la protección de los derechos humanos de los pueblos indígenas por la conservación de sus áreas naturales Puno, 2022 (EXP. N.º 03066-2019-PA/TC)

    Introducción, el derecho de las comunidades indígenas a ser escuchadas y a no ser vulnerados sus derechos cuando se emprenden actividades comerciales puesto que también se enfrentan a los cambios climáticos qué amenazan su permanencia y subsistencia. Objetivo fue establecer cómo influyen los desafíos legales en la protección de los Derechos Humanos de los pueblos indígenas por la conservación de sus áreas naturales Puno, 2022, donde analizamos un caso real y así encontrar posible vulneración. Metodología es de enfoque cualitativo, usando también el método inductivo de nivel exploratoria basándonos en el razonamiento, se usó el análisis documental EXP.N. º03066-2019-PA/TC. Resultado En el marco del caso jurídico, de la preservación de la cultura de Chila Chambilla y Chila Pucará en Puno, se evidencia una vulneración de su identidad cultural y religiosa debido a las concesiones mineras que se superponen sobre las áreas de la comunidad. Conclusión se estableció una necesidad de reformas legales y políticas puesto que la sentencia pone de manifiesto estas, relacionadas con la consulta previa y los derechos indígenas en el Perú. Esto podría implicar una revisión legal para garantizar una protección efectiva de los derechos de las comunidades indígenas y un proceso justo de consulta previa.

    La presente investigación tiene como objetivo identificar la relación entre Etnoeducación y Formación de Identidad en los estudiantes del Técnicos Profesional en servicio de Policías de la Escuela “Miguel Antonio Caicedo Mena” de Yuto – Chocó – 2015. Está enmarcado dentro del tipo de investigación básica, descriptivo y correlacional. Para recoger datos de la etnoeducación y formación de la identidad, se recurrió a los archivos documentarios de la Escuela de Yuto – Chocó, institución donde se encuentra las actas de evaluación sobre los procesos formativos del personal de estudiantes aspirantes a ingresar al escalafón de la Policía Nacional y de igual manera se recurrió a la aplicación de una encuesta. Entre los resultados se observa que las variables etnoeducación y formación de la identidad de los estudiantes del Técnicos Profesional en servicio de Policías de la Escuela de Yuto – Chocó, son dependiente una de la otra, ya que en líneas generales el 89% de la población objeto de estudio tiene como percepción que la falta de proyectos etnoeducativos en el plan institucional de la escuela de policía, es el principal factor que afectan la formación de la identidad étnica de sus estudiantes, la cual resultó ser significativa (p<0.05) lo que implicó rechazar la hipótesis nula (Ho) por lo que se sostuvo la asociación entre dichas variables. El valor estadístico de prueba en la tabla de distribución de Chi Cuadrado para un nivel de significancia del 5% y un grado de libertad de 3 es de 7,8.

    Factores que influyen en el desinterés por la cuarta vacuna del Covid-19 en población adulta en Pamplona Alta distrito San Juan de Miraflores – Lima Metropolitana, 2022

    La investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar los factores que influyen en el desinterés por la cuarta vacuna del COVID- 19 en población adulta en Pamplona alta distrito de San Juan de Miraflores en el periodo 2022. El tipo de investigación fue básica, con método deductivo y diseño No experimental. El corte del estudio fue transversal y el nivel fue descriptivo. Con población conformada por 350 usuarios de la botica ABC Farma y muestra de 252 personas, los mismos que fueron sometidos a un cuestionario. Como resultados se evidenció que de los factores que influyen en el desinterés por colocarse la cuarta vacuna contra la COVID- 19 fueron los efectos adversos los preponderantes según el 73%. Concluyendo que se determinó que los efectos adversos (73%) fue el factor con mayor influencia en el desinterés por la cuarta vacuna del COVID- 19, según la población adulta en Pamplona Alta.

    Factors related to adherence to growth and development controls in children who attend a Health Center of the Pachacutec Micronetwork, window 2023

    In the component of growth and development control, nursing work plays a primary role since it is the condition for evaluating its effectiveness at all levels of care. However, there are factors that can condition adherence to growth and development controls, which may be related to the mother's lifestyles; including your habits, customs and beliefs; In addition, conditions in their environment that determine the development of attitudes that can lead to the absence of said controls. The study to be carried out aims to determine the factors related to the adherence of growth and development controls in children who attend a Health Center of the Pachacutec Micronetwork, Ventanilla 2022. It will have a quantitative approach, cross-sectional descriptive-correlational level . The population will be made up of 800 mothers, of which a sample of 260 will be taken through simple random probabilistic sampling. For data collection, the survey will be used as a technique and a questionnaire validated by Rosillo and Zapata (2019) will be used as an instrument, which will allow the data to be collected and then processed in statistical programs, analyzed and responded to the posed hypotheses.

    Factors that influence treatment abandonment in patients with arterial hypertension

    Materials and Methods: Systematic review of 10 articles, finding that 40% (04) correspond to Canada, 40% (04) correspond to Brazil, 10% (01) correspond to Spain, and finally with 10% (01) to USA. Most of them have been Systemic reviews type studies, with 50%, mainly in the countries of Canada and Brazil, and with 30% we have case control, cohort and analytical studies belonging to Spain, the United States and Brazil analyzed according to the Grade system, with a maximum age of 5 years. Results: Of the total number of articles reviewed, it was identified that 40% (4/10) reported that the factor that influences abandonment of treatment with arterial hypertension is forgetfulness, and 30% (3/10) reported that the factor What influences the abandonment of treatment with Arterial Hypertension is the level of knowledge, finally 20% (2/10) report that the factor that influences the abandonment of treatment with Arterial Hypertension is due to beliefs.Conclusions:It was evident in the research that 90% (n = 9/10) of the factors that influence abandonment of treatment with Arterial Hypertension are for personal reasons (forgetfulness, level of knowledge, beliefs), 10% ( 1/10) are for reasons of dissatisfaction with the health care service.

    Knowledge about intestinal parasitosis in mothers of children aged 3 to 5 years from an initial educational institution in Lima Este - 2019

    Aim. Determine the knowledge about intestinal parasitosis in mothers of children aged 3 to 5 years from an Initial Educational Institution in Lima Este -2019. Material and method. The study has a quantitative approach and a descriptive non-experimental design, the sample was made up of 72 mothers of children from 3 to 5 years old from the I.E.I. N°0041 El Bosquecito, the survey technique was used and the instrument was a questionnaire. Results. It was found that of 100% (72) of mothers, 53% (38) do not know and 47% (34) know about intestinal parasitosis. In the case of conceptual aspects; 69% (50) do not know and 31% (22) know; Regarding clinical manifestations, 61% (44) do not know and 39% (28) know; Regarding transmission routes, 65% (47) do not know and 35% (25) know and about prevention measures, 60% (43) do not know and 40% (29) know. Conclusions. The majority of mothers do not know about intestinal parasitosis, making healthy habits difficult for mothers to avoid intestinal parasitosis that would affect the growth and development of their children. In particular, most mothers do not know about conceptual aspects, limiting the recognition of a parasite and the different intestinal parasites that their children can contract; Also, the majority of mothers do not know about the clinical manifestations, making it difficult to early identify symptoms of a parasitic disease that would cause possible complications in the health of their children; Furthermore, the majority of mothers do not know about the transmission routes, making it difficult for mothers to avoid the spread of intestinal parasitosis; and finally, the majority of mothers do not know about preventive measures, limiting the acquisition and development of a culture of healthy behaviors in the person, family and community that would generate the appearance and/or increase in cases of intestinal parasitosis.

    Knowledge, beliefs and attitudes in first-time mothers with exclusive breastfeeding from the Peru III zone health center, San Martin de Porres - 2019

    Objective: Determine the level of knowledge, beliefs and attitudes in first-time mothers with exclusive breastfeeding at the Peru III Health Center in the San Martín de Porres area–2019. Material and methods: The focus of the study was quantitative and the design is non-experimental, descriptive and cross-sectional. The sample was 70 first-time mothers taken for convenience. The technique was the survey and the data collection instrument was the questionnaire. Results: Regarding the knowledge obtained from first-time mothers regarding breastfeeding, 25.7% had low knowledge, and 51.4% had intermediate knowledge. Regarding beliefs and myths, 90.6% believe that it is shameful to breastfeed in public, in terms of attitude. 22.9% adopt an unfavorable attitude, 51.4% adopt a doubtful attitude and 25.7% a favorable attitude with which we could say an attitude of disposition of love prevails. Conclusions: breastfeeding is suffering from inconsequentiality, the level of insufficient knowledge, deep-rooted beliefs that minimize the great protein value, which are in direct relation to the benefits that could be given, and good attitudes of attachment disposition prevail. The study aims to "describe the level of knowledge about breastfeeding in postpartum mothers at the Puquio Support Hospital, 2021. The quantitative approach, descriptive and cross-sectional design, the study population will be made up of postpartum mothers who are hospitalized in the joint accommodation service of the Puquio hospital, during the month of November, the questionnaire will be used as an instrument, with its survey technique validated by Palomino, in 2019 and consists of 14 items, with two dimensions of general knowledge and specific knowledge. In health establishments, the person in charge of the life stage of the elderly is the nurse and the work must be carried out under a scientific foundation and based on theories, such as that of Dorotea Orem in this case. The objective is to determine what the lifestyles of older adults are like, seen from their dimensions of nutrition, activity and exercise, stress management, interpersonal support, self-actualization and health responsibility. The information obtained will encourage the development of strategies and activities. preventive - promotional aimed at this age group.     Patient safety culture and prevention of adverse events by the pediatric emergency nurse in a MINSA hospital - Comas, 2021

    Objective: Determine the relationship between patient safety culture and the prevention of adverse events in pediatric emergency nurses. Materials and methods: Quantitative approach, non-experimental, cross-sectional and correlational design. The population will be represented by 40 nurses who work in the emergency area. The survey will be the technique used and the instruments used will be two questionnaires. The patient safety culture questionnaire consists of 42 items and includes 5 dimensions: safety culture, communication, teamwork, management and direction, and supervision. The adverse event prevention questionnaire consists of 17 items and includes 4 dimensions: errors in documentation, care procedure, clinical administration and medication errors. Both instruments have acceptable validity and reliability values. The final values ​​of the patient safety culture variable will be bad, average and good; and the variable prevention of adverse events will have as final values: poor, average and excellent.

The technique to be used in the research is the survey in which relevant data for the study will be obtained, the data collection instrument "Questionnaire on patient safety in hospitals version 2.0" from AHRQ (Agency for Health and Safety) will be used.     PERCEPCION DEL CLIMA ORGANIZACIONAL EN LA CADENA DE BOTICAS MIFARMA DEL DISTRITO DE SAN JUAN DE MIRAFLORES, LIMA- JUNIO 2017

    El objetivo de la presente investigación es determinar el Clima Organizacional percibido por los trabajadores de la Cadena de Boticas MIFARMA en el distrito de San Juan de Miraflores - Junio 2017. La investigación es de tipo descriptivo, el diseño fue observacional, la población estuvo constituida por 114 trabajadores, como instrumento de recolección de datos se usó la encuesta, considerando tres niveles del Clima Organizacional, mediante una escala de valores: No saludable 1.00 a 2.00, Por mejorar de 2.01 a 3.00 y Saludable de 3.01 a 4.00.En conclusión el nivel percibido de Clima Organizacional de la cadena de Boticas Mifarma ,presentan en promedio un nivel “Por mejorar” en sus tres dimensiones siendo los siguientes resultados: El personal de la cadena de Boticas Mifarma , percibió un nivel Por mejorar en la Dimensión del Potencial Humano (x = 2.52) encontrando en sus cuatro indicadores (recompensa, confort, liderazgo e innovación) por mejorar. El personal de la Cadena de Boticas Mifarma, percibió un nivel Por Mejorar en la Dimensión Diseño Organizacional (x = 2.63) encontrando en sus cuatro indicadores (remuneración, toma de decisiones, comunicación organizacional y estructura) por mejorar. El personal de la cadena de Boticas Mifarma, percibió un nivel por mejorar en la Cultura de la Organización (x = 2.77) encontrando en sus tres indicadores (conflicto y cooperación, motivación e identidad) por mejorar

Material and Method: The methodology used was a qualitative bibliographic review. Results: Social characteristics associated with postpartum depression included lack of social support, low socioeconomic status, age under 20, single marital status, alcohol and/or drug consumption, family death, job loss, and unwanted pregnancy. Cultural characteristics included incomplete education, domestic violence, and personal or family history of depression. Furthermore, family dysfunction, conflicts, and lack of emotional support from the partner were determining factors in postpartum depression. Conclusion: This study concludes that there is scientific evidence proving the association between sociocultural characteristics and partner support in patients with postpartum depression.

    Resistance to the use of personal protective equipment in workers at the “Torres” carpentry shop, Carabayllo- 2021

    Individual safety clothing is a tool that protects different parts of the body, directly exposing workers to risk factors that can cause injuries and illnesses. Workplace accidents help reduce the severity of injuries, but there are different types and forms, each with its own purpose and use. Personal protective factors prevent the employee from being directly exposed to the risk agents exposed in the course of their work activities, even if it is proven that the worker does not use them. “Resistance to the use of personal protective equipment among workers at the “Torres” carpentry shop is one of the most common obstacles that we discovered in charge of advising and verifying the use of equipment. Rejection is caused by a variety of factors, such as annoyance, resistance to change, embarrassment or employee behavior, I don't know, I don't know or I can't. The verification of the practical, effective and reliable tool that can measure not only the worker's tolerance for protective equipment, but also the classification scale was carried out. All of these are very useful and important benefits to attack and reduce resistance, points for the greatest interests and occupational culture of local companies. It can strengthen safety and health to attack and reduce the level of opposition and thus strengthen the OSH culture.
