Aim. It will be determined the level of patient safety culture of the surgical center of the Hospital San Juan de Lurigancho, Lima 2020. Materials and method. The following research work will have a quantitative approach, descriptive type, in terms of the methodological design it is a non-experimental cross-sectional research. The population is made up of 30 nurses and they were selected according to a non-probabilistic sampling because it is a finite population and having the inclusion and exclusion criteria set out in the research, an inclusion criterion is that the Nurses have a work relationship with the Hospital San Juan de Lurigancho in the operating and recovery room area. The technique to be used in the research is the survey in which relevant data for the study will be obtained, the data collection instrument "Questionnaire on patient safety in hospitals version 2.0" from AHRQ (Agency for Health and Safety) will be used. Research and Quality) which is made up of 40 questions and one open question which are grouped into 8 dimensions and the vast majority of the questions are formulated for responses on a Likert measurement scale.
Resumen
Objetivo. Será determinar el nivel de cultura de seguridad del paciente del centro quirúrgico del Hospital San Juan de Lurigancho, Lima 2020. Materiales y método. El siguiente trabajo de investigación será de enfoqué cuantitativo, tipo descriptivo, en cuanto al diseño metodológico es una investigación no experimental de corte transversal. La población está constituida por 30 enfermeras y fueron seleccionadas de acuerdo a un muestreó no probabilístico por ser una población finita y teniendo los criterios de inclusión y exclusión planteados en la investigación, un criterio de inclusión es que las Enfermeras tengan vínculo laboral con el Hospital San Juan de Lurigancho en el área de sala de operaciones y recuperación. La técnica a utilizarse en la investigación es la encuesta en la cual se obtendrá datos relevantes para el estudio, se utilizará el instrumento de recolección de datos el “Cuestionario sobre la seguridad de los pacientes en los hospitales versión 2.0” de AHRQ (Agencia para la Investigación y Calidad) el cual está conformado de 40 preguntas y una pregunta abierta las cuales están agrupadas en 8 dimensiones y la gran mayoría de las preguntas están formuladas para respuestas en escala de medición Likert.
