Population: 120 medical records of newborns who must meet the inclusion criteria. Instrument: the data collection sheet, where the information obtained from the assessment of the 4 dimensions will be placed through the responses to the 21 items. Results: Of the 70 patients evaluated, 57.1% present a moderately Healthy Quality of Life, among the patients who use the Confronte coping strategies, 77.5% present a moderately healthy physical quality, among the patients who use the Confronte coping strategies. Confronte coping, 84.6% present a moderately healthy quality of social life, among the patients who use Confronte coping strategies, 79.3% present a psychological quality It's healthy. Material and Method: This study was carried out based on systematic reviews that are an observational and retrospective research design, which synthesizes the results of multiple primary investigations. And it is constituted by the bibliographic review of 10 scientific articles published and indexed in scientific databases, no older than ten years and that respond to articles published in Spanish. Data collection was carried out through a bibliographic review of both national and international research articles, whose main topic was psychoeducation for families with mental disorders. Results: it was determined that 90% of the families who received psychocoeducation improved their family member's acceptance since it allowed them to better understand the disease and respond appropriately to its manifestations, promoting clinical improvement and adherence to treatment. Results: According to results obtained from the 10 articles of which they were systematically reviewed, 100% of which are of high quality 50% point out that cognitive behavioral therapy is more effective than interpersonal psychotherapy in reducing depressive disorders in psychiatric patients. 40% mention that cognitive behavioral therapy is similar to interpersonal psychotherapy in reducing depressive disorders in psychiatric patients. 10% point out that interpersonal psychotherapy is more effective than cognitive behavioral therapy in reducing depressive disorders in psychiatric patients. Conclusions: taking into account that 100% of the articles are of high quality, there is not enough evidence to affirm that one of these therapies is better in addressing depression; However, cognitive behavioral psychotherapy could be recommended due to its proven effectiveness.Ítem Acceso abierto Efficacy of high-level disinfection in safe disinfection of endoscopes(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 1905-07-09) Rubio Ampuero, Rosa Elena; Gómez Gonzales, Walter EdgarObjective: Determine the effectiveness of High Level Disinfection (HLD) in the safe disinfection of endoscopes. Methodology: Systematic review whose population is made up of 06 published and indexed scientific articles, data collection was carried out through Lilacs, Scielo, Cochrane Plus, Medline, the analysis was carried out through a summary table, evaluating the quality of evidence and strength of recommendation in a critical and intensive manner for each article according to the established technical criteria, guaranteeing compliance with ethical principles. Results: At the national level, the Herediana Medical Journal concludes that the bacterial load before the cleaning and disinfection process of 50 endoscopes was positive in 88% and after the process positive in 26%. At the international level, the Chilean Journal of Infectology refers to infections exogenous pneumonias such as post-bronchoscopy pneumonia, which reach incidence rates, according to the authors, between 0.6% and 6.9% of the procedures.(6).The Spanish Society of Gastroenterology refers in 02 studies that DAN is not sufficient, both for endoscopes and accessories. The predominant bacteria in the positive cultures were Pseudomona Aeruginosa and Klebsiella Pneumoniae. The present research project will be developed with the objective of determining the emotional impact on the health personnel of the intensive surveillance unit for COVID-19 in a hospital in Lima, 2020. The person has to use their emotions, guiding them appropriately in activities that are constructive, as well as in personal performance. Emotional intelligence is a good predictor for success in life, as well as a key component for maintaining quality intra- and interpersonal relationships. Objective: Determine emotional intelligence in nurses who work in the intensive care unit with Covid 19 patients of a private clinic in Lima, 2021. Type of study: This research assumes a quantitative approach, descriptive design and cross-sectional, it is constituted by 50 nursing professionals working in the Covid 19 intensive care unit of a private clinic in Lima. Data will be collected through a survey and the instrument that will be used to determine emotional intelligence is the Traid Meta-Mood Scale (TMMS-24), which is made up of 24 items and three dimensions. This instrument was validated in our country by Chang Mey, obtaining adequate results and has a reliability of 0.959 using Cronbach's Alpha. Data processing: The data will be exported to a data matrix designed in the Microsoft Excel 2019 program. The findings will be presented in statistical tables and graphs to be analyzed and interpreted.
