Internal control in public institutions has always been one of the pillars for better administrative functioning at the Public Management is compromised in organized and effective work for | the service of the community. The cycle of administrative functions such as planning, organization, and integration of staff are optimized for a good Internal control. The Internal Control is an integral process carried out by the owner, officers and servants of an entity designed to address risks and to ensure that the following management objectives are met: To promote efficiency, effectiveness, transparency and economy in operations entity and the quality of public services provided; as well as care for and safeguard the resources and assets of the State against any form of loss, damage, misuse thereof and illegal acts, as well as against any irregular act or situation that might affect them and ensuring the reliability and timeliness of information. That is why we based on earlier work by the Comptroller General of the Republic and other conducted an investigation of correlational descriptive where the Internal Control involved and the Process of Public Administration found a good correlation (rho = 0.686) indicating that there plus a direct link to the review of administrative is that they indicate that within your institution is poor governance.

Estrategias didácticas usando software Matlab para mejorar el aprendizaje de variable compleja en estudiantes de ingeniería - Universidad Peruana-2022

The knowledge society implies that teachers reinvent themselves and adapt their content to new technological demands. The present investigation proposed to elaborate a program with the use of the Matlab software in the didactic strategies to favor the mathematical learning of the Complex Variable course in Engineering students of a Peruvian university, 2022. The quantitative approach was used; the study was of the applied type and the design was preexperimental. The research was carried out through an academic program of 20 pedagogical sessions directed to 64 students; in them, mainly the didactic strategy, problem solving, making the use of said software was implemented. The results when applying the contrast statistical technique of the Wilcoxon test yielded a sig=0.000<0.05; therefore, the alternative hypothesis was accepted: the scores obtained in the prost and pretest tests were 18.36 and 11.05, respectively, which show that there were substantial improvements when applying the academic program. It is concluded that the didactic strategies using the Matlab software significantly improve the learning of Complex Variable in Engineering students of a Peruvian university.

Implementación de recursos digitales Youtubers para desarrollar la literacidad crítica en estudiantes de una institución educativa colombiana, 2019

Results derived from international, national, regional and institutional tests show significant shortcomings in the critical reading process. The general objective of this research was to analyze how the pedagogical use of digital resources Youtubers influences to develop critical literacy, in 10th grade students of the Instituto Técnico Superior Industrial de Barrancabermeja, Colombia, in 2019. Applied research was proposed, with a quantitative approach, experimental design, longitudinal section and hypothetical deductive method. The population consisted of 320 tenth grade students; 160 students are part of the sample, determined by the random cluster sampling system and distributed in 4 groups, two experimental groups and two control groups. The T-Student test was applied for the hypothesis test, from the three indicators defined for critical literacy: philological, psychological and critical perspective. The instruments were the test and the observation guide, validated by experts and reliable according to the results of the Conbrach´s Alpha test. It is concluded that the implementation of digital youtubers resources to develop critical literacy in students of this Colombian educational institution was very significant, assertive and effective, as it increased determining factors such as motivation, achievement orientation, participation and the level of performance in the activities. The permanent incorporation of information technologies in these pedagogical processes is recommended.
