Actitud, conocimiento y uso de tecnologías de la información y comunicación y la práctica docente en una Universidad Privada – 2022

This research study had as general objective to determine the relationship between attitude, knowledge and use of information and communication technologies and the teaching practice in a private university - 2022. The methodology used in the study was based on the positivist paradigm, hypothetical deductive method; this research is applied´s type, descriptive, with quantitative approach, non-experimental design, cross-sectional, observational and correlational. tThe population consisted of 250 teachers and the sample was 114 teachers, using two highly reliable instruments that went through the validity and reliability being highly reliable. The results demonstrated the existence of low levels for the variable attitude, knowledge and use of ICT with 43% and for the practice it was 55.3% teaching, The non-parametric test of Spearmen's Rho was applied for the correlation between the variables, obtaining a p value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). Therefore, it is concluded that there is a significant relationship between the study variables, so, university teachers are not prepared in the attitude, knowledge and use of ICT; and this makes it difficult for the teacher to carry out a good teaching practice.

Alineamiento curricular: experiencias en la formación inicial docente de educación primaria de un Instituto Superior Pedagógico - Lima 2021

The aim of the research is to analyse the process of curricular alignment in the formative proposal of the primary education syllabus of an Institute of Higher Pedagogical Education in Lima. The approach of the study is qualitative with a phenomenological design. The information was collected through the analysis of curricular documents and semistructured interviews applied to managers and teachers of the primary education curriculum involved in the processes of curriculum management, which allowed the description and interpretation of the experiences of the participants on the phenomenon of study. The discussion describes the meaning and specific nature of the curriculum alignment processes related to achieving coherence in the incorporation and approach of the National Basic Curriculum Design (DCBN) of Initial Teacher Education (ITE) in the institutional training proposal, as well as the implications of assuming the transversality of research and preprofessional practice, and its alignment in the syllabuses of the courses and modules of the curriculum. The conclusions show the starting point of the process of curriculum alignment from the experience of the training institution, the importance of the consistency of the messages for constructive alignment, the relevance of integrative projects in the articulation of the curriculum and for the development of research skills and reflective pedagogical practice.

(2002) in his article: Importance of Emotional Intelligence, a new challenge for educational guidance cites Salovey and Mayer (1990, p.189) who coined for personal intelligence (in Gardner's terminology) the denomination of emotional intelligence (lE), which they defined as «the capacity to supervise the feelings and emotions of oneself and of others, to discriminate between them and to use this information for the orientation of one's own action and thought »Here emerges self-management, which is the capacity for individual action, the freedom to handle one's own affairs. The objective of the study was to evaluate the self-management in emotional intelligence and its relation with the teaching performance in the Professional Academic School of Medical Technology of the Norbert Wiener University, 2017. The type of research is applied, the nonexperimental design, the population was conformed by the students of the specialty of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation and the sample was represented by 40 students, the type of sampling is intentional or nonprobabilistic for convenience. With respect to the techniques, the survey was used and the questionnaires as instruments. As a result of the study, 0.461 is obtained by applying the Spearman correlation coefficient test, corroborating the general hypothesis.

Burnout y satisfación laboral en los docentes profesionales de salud que dictan clases virtuales en una Universidad de Lima, 2021

To determine the relationship that exists between burnout syndrome (SB) and job satisfaction (SL) in health professional teachers who teach virtual classes at a university in metropolitan Lima, was the purpose of this study. In addition, to know how burnout symptoms affect job satisfaction perceived by said health professional teachers. The quantitative, correlational and cross-sectional method was applied to a population of 80 health professional teachers in August 2021. The instruments used were the MBI survey for burnout and the SL – SPC Questionnaire for the job satisfaction. The linear correlation coefficient R = - 0.597. found that there is a moderate inverse significant correlation between the related variables, the higher the symptoms of chronic stress or Burnout syndrome in health professional teachers who teach virtual classes, the lower their job satisfaction. It was also concluded that the dimensions of burnout: emotional exhaustion, cynicism or depersonalization, and lack of personal fulfillment were also negatively correlated with job satisfaction, but they did so in a different way.

Calidad de sueño y desempeño académico en estudiantes de Maestría en Docencia Universitaria de una universidad privada de Lima, 2020

The quality of sleep is a crucial factor in people's physical and mental well-being, since its lack of renewal would affect cognitive abilities, triggering an effect at the level of their academic, work and family performance. The objective of this research was: To determine the relationship between sleep quality and academic performance in master's students in university teaching at a Private University of Lima, 2020. It is a study with a quantitative approach, applied type, descriptive-correlational level, cross section, non-experimental design and hypothetical-deductive method; with a census population of 100 students of both sexes, whose ages ranged from 25-65 years. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), which has a validity of 89% and a reliability of 0.733, and the academic performance questionnaire, a validity of 88% and reliability 0.897, were applied, so both were reliable. For your application, Microsoft Office Excel 2013 and the statistical program SPSS version 25 were used for data collection for processing and analysis; the results show that there is a significant relationship between quality of sleep and academic performance; Most of the dimensions presented significance (p <0.05) and a degree of correlation between weak and moderate, however the dimensions, habitual efficacy of sleep and use of hypnotic medication, did not show a relationship. It is concluded that sleep quality is related to academic performance in students with r = 0.564 and p <0.002.

Clima institucional y su relación con el desempeño docente en la facultad de ciencias administrativas de la Universidad Nacional del Callao, año 2014

The general objective of the present research was to determine the relationship between the institutional climate variable and the teacher performance. Likewise, the relationship between dimensions: communication, motivation, trust, and participation of the institutional climate variable was determined: with the teaching performance in the Faculty of Administrative Sciences of the National University of Callao. This research corresponds to the study of the basic type, correlational level and non-experimental design, the study population were the teachers of the administration faculty whose sample was 62 teachers, who were surveyed with an instrument to measure alternative questions Of the Scala Likert. The descriptive analysis of the dimensions of the institutional climate: communication, motivation, trust and participation and their relationship with teacher performance determined that 81% of teachers indicate that communication in the faculty is inadequate. Likewise, the findings state that 53% of teachers feel that the motivation is good on the part of the faculty authorities. Meanwhile 77% believe that there is too much mistrust in the group of teachers. Finally the participation is quite good in 67% in the academic work of teaching and research. The study also showed the high correlation of the variables institutional climate and teacher performance with a Spearman Rho coefficient of 0.712.

Educational institutions such as productive enterprises are formed by work teams and interpersonal relationships are given in order to carry out actions directed to the achievement of the objectives established in each one of them; Understand the impact that individuals, groups and structure have on the behavior within the institution allows to improve the effectiveness of the institution and the achievement of its goals, this behavior is due to the prevailing work climate, this is the reflection of the Teacher satisfaction, so it is necessary to know the perceptions of teachers in relation to their work environment. The present research work has as general objective to determine the relationship between work climate and teacher satisfaction in the El Carmen - Colombia Technical College in 2016; For which, the quantitative approach was used, being the type of basic research of correlative descriptive level, of non-experimental design; The entire population of the 90 teachers was considered, to which two questionnaires were applied to measure both study variables, with the Spearman Rho correlation coefficient being used for the hypothesis test. It was found that there is a significant relationship between the working climate and teacher satisfaction (Rho = 0.474 and p = 0.035). In the analysis by dimensions it was found that: There is a direct relationship between motivation and teacher satisfaction (Rho = 0.525 and p = 0.021); There is no relationship between leadership and teacher satisfaction (Rho = 0.208 and p = 0149); There is a direct relationship between conflict resolution and teacher satisfaction (Rho = 0.497 and p = 0.033).

Coaching y motivacion en los docentes de la escuela profesional de Administracion, Universidad Privada Telesup, Lima, 2017

The main objective of this research was to determine the relationship between coaching and motivation in the teachers of the Professional School of Administration of the Telesup University of Lima, 2017. The type of research is applied, the level of research is descriptive correlational; the sample comprised 60 teachers and a census-type survey was conducted, where 2 questionnaires were applied, the first to measure the coaching variable, based on 14 questions and the second survey that measured the motivation variable called EME (Educational Motivation Scale) , created by Robert Vallarand, consisting of 28 items. The reliability analysis was determined using the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, which results in 0.877 for coaching and 0.915 for motivation. The Spearman correlation coefficient test to measure the variables coaching vs. Motivation, establishes the existence of direct correlation because the result is positive and equal to 0.665, determining that the coaching is related in a direct and statistically significant way to the motivation in the teachers; concluding that 45% of the teachers of the professional school of Administration, are highly motivated and the remaining 25% have a medium motivation.

Competencia digital y desempeño laboral de los docentes de un programa académico en una universidad de Lima, 2023

Objective: Determine the relationship between digital competence and job performance in teachers of an academic program at a university in Lima, 2023. Methodology: The study was hypothetical deductive, quantitative, basic and correlational. The sample was 102 teachers. To measure the digital skills variable, a questionnaire with 21 items was used and to measure the job performance variable, a questionnaire with 25 items was used; In both cases, the validation and reliability processes were carried out, obtaining a Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of 0.877 for instrument 1 and 0.816 for instrument 2. Results: a rho = 0.822 was found, which indicates a high and positive relationship; thus also a significance value (sig. = 0.003) lower than the value corresponding to the theoretical significance (α = 0.05). Conclusion: there is a high and significant relationship between the variables of digital skills and job performance.

The main objective of the research is to determine the relationship between digital competencies and teaching performance from the student's perspective in a graduate school of a university in Lima, 2023. The study was framed in the quantitative approach, applied type, non-experimental design and cross-sectional, descriptive-correlational level. The population consisted of students studying for a master's degree with a mention in University Teaching, the sample consisted of 96 students selected by non-probabilistic convenience sampling, the instruments used were two questionnaires validated by five experts and with high reliability. As a result, a significance value of 0.01 and Spearman's Rho of 0.506 were obtained. In other words, there is a moderate positive relationship between digital competencies and teaching performance. In conclusion, the greater the development of digital competencies, the better the teaching performance.

Las competencias docentes y el desempeño académico de los estudiantes de la segunda especialidad en Nefrología de una universidad privada de Lima, 2021

The objective of this research work was to determine the relationship between teaching competence and the academic performance of students of the second specialty of nephrology at a private university in Lima, 2021. The research had a quantitative approach, not experimental with a method hypothetical deductive. The study consisted of 80 students (nurses) of the second nephrological nursing specialty of a private university in Lima, using two questionnaires as an instrument whose purpose was to evaluate the level of teaching competence and the academic performance of the students. The results determined that there is a significant relationship between the teaching competencies and the academic performance of the students of the second specialty of nephrology of a private university in Lima with a significance p = 0.000 <0.05; in addition to a Spearman coefficient of 0.974. It was concluded that there is a significant and positive relationship between teaching competence and the academic performance of students in the second specialty of nephrology.

The topic of research competence and teaching performance focuses on how these two variables interrelate to improve the quality of education. Research competence refers to the training of teachers in research methodologies and approaches that allow them to improve their educational practice and generate knowledge in their field. On the other hand, teaching performance implies the continuous growth of educators in competencies, skills and knowledge throughout their career. The main objective of this study is to analyze how research competence relates to teacher performance. A quantitative methodology is used to collect and analyze data, which allows obtaining measurable and objective results on the effectiveness of research competence in relation to teaching performance. The results of this research show that there is an asymptotic significance less than equal to 0.001, which leads to the decision to reject the hypothesis raised and concluding that there is a significant relationship between research competence and teaching performance at a probability level of 0.05. According to the Spearman Rho statistic, the calculated value is equal to 0.520, indicating a moderate and positive relationship between both variables.

Compromiso organizacional y estrés laboral en docentes de la Institución Educativa Secundaria Independencia Nacional Puno, 2025

La investigación desarrollada tuvo como propósito establecer la relación existente entre el compromiso organizacional y el estrés laboral en los docentes de la Institución Educativa Secundaria Independencia Nacional de la ciudad de Puno, durante el año 2025. El estudio se desarrolló bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo correlacional y con un diseño no experimental de corte transversal, buscando identificar la forma en que ambas variables interactúan en el contexto educativo. La muestra estuvo integrada por 37 docentes, quienes fueron seleccionados a través de un muestreo no de tipo no probabilístico. Para la recolección de datos, se aplicaron los cuestionarios de Meyer y Allen (1997), que evalúan el compromiso organizacional en sus tres dimensiones (afectiva, de continuidad y normativa), y el instrumento propuesto por la OIT/OMS, que mide el nivel de estrés laboral. Se utilizo el coeficiente Rho de Spearman para el análisis estadístico, considerando un nivel de significancia de p < 0.05. Los resultados mostraron que no existe una relación significativa entre el compromiso organizacional y el estrés laboral (Rho = 0.308; p = 0.063), aunque se evidenció una tendencia positiva débil. En las dimensiones, la afectiva obtuvo Rho = 0.231, la de continuidad Rho = 0.321 y la normativa Rho = 0.176, todas sin significancia estadística. Se concluye que el compromiso y el estrés coexisten en el entorno docente, pero no se condicionan directamente. Los resultados destacan la necesidad de fortalecer la salud emocional, el reconocimiento institucional y las políticas de bienestar laboral, para consolidar un compromiso organizacional equilibrado que favorezca el desarrollo profesional y humano del docente.

The objective of the research is to determine the relationship of the organizational culture with the desertion of students of the sixth grade of the Post-Primary, Balcones IE Educational Headquarters Agricultural Technical Institute of the Municipality of Norte de Santander Convention, Colombia 2016. Taking as reference This thematic axis, the research focused on elucidating the multiple factors that have made this problem lodged in the usual course of school dynamics of the institution. In this sense, the research managed to identify some factors at the Academic level such as low school performance and low personal economic resources, as high triggers in the school dropout of the Institution under investigation. In the period 2015 - 2017, whose percentage is 55%, being the rural sees where the increase of this situation is mainly the students of 6th grade of the postprimary, having this precedent takes the Balcones institution headquarters where they are exercised the functions of teacher, for which a sample of 100% is taken being of non-probabilistic census cut; that corresponds to 26 being the totality of sixth grade students, which for the aforementioned are at risk of dropping out. The research is applied, which in turn corroborated that the greatest responsibility in the problem lies in the influence of the social in the family and vice versa; hence, it has been a pedagogical, didactic and sociological challenge to try to unveil its causes and solve them.

Cumplimiento de las condiciones básicas de calidad en su extremo referido al personal docente de una universidad privada peruana 2019

The objective of this research is to know the basic quality conditions at its end referring to the teaching staff fulfilled by a private Peruvian university 2019, this within the framework of its institutional licensing process before the National Superintendence of Higher University Education (SUNEDU). For which it has started from the interpretive paradigm, thus considering a qualitative approach, the inductive method and systematic design; Thus, arriving as the main result, the verification of compliance with the basic conditions of teaching quality of the private Peruvian university under study and the existence of other standards of teaching educational quality necessary to be considered, thus concluding the maximum importance of the teaching staff as a indicator of educational quality, the need to include training and/or constant pedagogical training as a necessary requirement for the exercise of university teaching and its requirement as a basic condition of educational quality.

Desempeño docente en las habilidades emprendedoras de los estudiantes en un Instituto Superior Tecnológico Público del Callao, 2020

The present research aimed to determine the incidence of teaching performance on the entrepreneurial skills of students in a Public Higher Education Institute of Callao, 2020. The study had a quantitative approach, descriptive explanatory level, nonexperimental design, cross-sectional. The sample was made up of 100 students from a Public Higher Education Institute in Callao. The technique used was the survey and the instrument two questionnaires that made it possible to measure the study variables. The results showed that of 100% of those surveyed, 59% consider that teaching performance is very high, 35% is high, 4% is medium, 1% is low and 1% is low. Very low, regarding the entrepreneurial skills of the students, we observe that 58% present a very high level, 35% a high level and 7% a medium level. Being an explanatory research, the hypothesis test was carried out using ordinal linear regression, whose results indicated according to the Nagelkerke pseudo square that the dependent variable entrepreneurial skills is explained by 17.9% by the independent variable teacher performance. Therefore, the null hypothesis is rejected and the research hypothesis is accepted. Concluding that it was determined that teaching performance positively affects the entrepreneurial skills of students in a Public Higher Education Institute of Callao, 2020.

Desempeño docente y actitud hacia la investigación en discentes de terapia física y rehabilitación de una universidad privada de Lima, 2024

This research aimed to establish the relationship between teaching performance and attitude towards research in students of physical therapy and rehabilitation at a private university in Lima, 2024. The methodology was framed in the quantitative approach, basic type, nonexperimental design, correlational level and cross section. The study included a population of 114 physical therapy and rehabilitation students who were in the ninth cycle and a sample selected through non-probabilistic convenience sampling made up of 95 students. The technique carried out was the survey and the instruments were the Competency-Based Teaching Performance Survey and the Attitude Towards Research Scale (EACIN – 32). The results showed, from the perception of the students, that 52% consider teaching performance based on competencies at a regular level and in relation to the attitude towards research, 70% perceive that it is at a regular level; Likewise, a significance of 0.001 and Spearman's Rho of 0.831 were found. Concluding that there is a very strong positive trend correlation; That is to say, the better the teaching performance, the better the attitude towards research will be and the same behavior will occur if one of the variables decreases.

Desempeño docente y calidad educativa en docentes de Terapia Física y Rehabilitación de un instituto nacional, 2025

El desempeño docente en la formación de profesionales de Terapia Física y Rehabilitación es un factor central para asegurar una calidad educativa acorde con las demandas actuales de la educación superior en salud. El estudio “Desempeño docente y calidad educativa en docentes de Terapia Física y Rehabilitación de un Instituto Nacional, 2025” tuvo como objetivo determinar las relaciones entre desempeños docentes y la calidad educativa en el Instituto Nacional de Rehabilitación “Dra. Adriana Rebaza Flores”, Amistad Perú–Japón. La indagación asumió enfoques cuantitativos, de tipos básicos, con diseños no experimentales, de cortes transversales y correlacional, aplicando dos cuestionarios, validos por criterio de experto, y con adecuada confiabilidad a la población de docentes de Terapia Física y Rehabilitación. Los resultados evidenciaron una correlación positiva, alta y estadísticamente significativa entre el desempeño docente y la calidad educativa, de modo que la mejora en las estrategias pedagógicas, las prácticas evaluativas y el apoyo–comunicación se asocia con una mejor percepción de la calidad educativa institucional. Asimismo, se identificó que estas dimensiones no se desarrollan de forma homogénea, destacando debilidades en el uso de metodologías activas y en la evaluación formativa orientada a competencias. Se concluye que el desempeño docente, mediante desarrollo profesional, evaluación pertinente y apoyo comunicativo, se asocia significativamente con mayor calidad educativa en Terapia Física y Rehabilitación (Rho = 0,623). Las dimensiones estrategias pedagógicas, prácticas evaluativas y apoyo-comunicación muestran correlaciones positivas significativas, consolidando su papel como factores determinantes de la formación.

The present research is about the teaching performance and research competence of the Master of University Teaching of a Private University of Lima, 2021. The objective was to determine the relationship between teaching performance and research competence. A hypothetical-deductive method was used, with quantitative approach, applied research type, descriptive-correlational level, non-experimental, cross-sectional, which seeks to establish whether teaching performance is related to research competence, with a sample of 98 students, using a Likert-type scale questionnaire according to the variables raised in this research work, The data processing will be done through a tabulation in a matrix, then the IBM SPSS version 25 program was used, applying it according to the relationship that the established variables present, being applied to the students of the Master's Degree in University Teaching of a Private University of Lima, 2021. Resulting that the Rho Spearman correlation coefficient is ,565** indicating that there is a high positive correlation between the variables, being the bilateral significance level p=0.000>0.05 (highly significant), concluding that: There is a significant relationship between teaching performance and research competence of Master of University Teaching students of a Private University of Lima, 2021. The importance of the study is the relationship between teaching performance and the management of research competencies is notorious in many universities, which motivated me to carry out this research work to innovate and improve as future teachers, thus increasing our knowledge in a reality that demands many personal and professional competencies.

The objective of the study was to "Determine the level of relationship between teaching performance and emotional competencies of nursing students at a private university, Lima 2023", for this purpose the research took a quantitative approach, non-experimental design and was correlational. The sample consisted of 60 nursing students, and was obtained through intentional non-probabilistic sampling; As instruments, two questionnaires were considered, the first being the Questionnaire on students' perception of teaching performance authored by Gonzales (2021) and the Questionnaire to assess emotional competencies in university students by Aguirre (2020), both met the rigor criteria to be applied such as validity and reliability, the first was carried out through expert judgment and the second through Cronbach's Alpha; As a result, a pvalue = 0.000 < 0.05 and a Rho = 0.765 were obtained between the variables, and as a conclusion, there is a significant, direct and very strong relationship between teaching performance and the emotional competencies of nursing students at a university. private, Lima 2023.
