Aceptación del programa de formación en valores de la policía nacional por parte de docentes y estudiantes de escuelas públicas del Espinal, Tolima en Colombia en el año 2014

The National Police provides within its Institutional Educational Project the development of the essential role of Social Projection, being one of his actions the implementation of educational programs offered by the institution to the communities, for this project is of particular interest the development of formation around values in schools in the region. The objective is to analyze the level of acceptance of the formation Program in Values of the National Police by students in public schools in El Espinal and police teachers that develop the program. With a descriptive transactional design, 131 students from four schools in the city and 19 teachers responded previously validated instruments for assessing the acceptance of formation programs on values, and their demographic characteristics. We found that the evaluative perception of the program is not significantly different between students and teachers, which allows to conclude that there is a consensus in the rating given to the Formation Program in Values of PONAL with a high level of acceptance. As a general conclusion it can be stated that the Community Formation Program in Values of the National Police has a high level of acceptance by students of public schools in El Espinal in which it develops, as well as by police teachers deployed in the community context.

The objective of the present research is to identify the influence that the accompaniment of parents has on the education in values in the sixth-grade students of a public institution of the municipality of Montenegro, Quindío, Colombia. The approach from which it was developed was quantitative, descriptive level, through the application of an instrument that allowed knowing the perceptions of the students about the accompaniment of their parents in regard to their educational process and the transmission of values, and the interrelation between parental accompaniment (independent variable) and education in values (dependent variable) was analyzed. The values that were privileged in the study were, on the one hand, responsibility, solidarity, honesty, respect and tolerance. On the other hand, the accompaniment in time and support that parents provide their children. The study is based on an analysis of sources close to the perspective of this research. As a conclusion and discussion, the importance of the support of parents in the processes of education in values in students is highlighted, because they are beginning another stage of their academic formation and the presence of the values that was mentioned on the research will help them to obtain better academic results and a more successful life.

La actividad física y el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes de la especialidad de Terapia Física y Rehabilitación en una universidad privada, 2019

The objective of the study determined the relationship between Physical Activity and Academic Performance of the students of the Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation specialty of the Norbert Wiener Private University, 2019. The design of this study was nonexperimental, cross-sectional because the data collection was performed in a single moment. Correlational level because it determined the degree of relationship between these two variables, it also corresponds to the hypothetical-deductive method. The statistical data that support this research have been obtained from the World Physical Activity Questionnaire (GPAQ) proposed by the WHO, and from the report cards of university students. The study was carried out with a population of 678 and a sample of 245 students. From the statistical test it can be seen that the significance value of p = 0.000; and a Rho Spearman degree of correlation of 0.291; with which it is affirmed that there is a low positive correlation between Physical Activity and Academic Performance.

Adaptación escolar mediante estrategias de articulación vinculadas a las transiciones armónicas en la I.E. Guillermo Valencia de Cali, 2019

One of the constant concerns of those who are part of the public education system is the access, retention and successful continuity of children from early years. Reason why it has been recognized that harmonic transitions play an important role in the assurance of their social, psychological and biological stability, essential factors in the teaching and learning processes, both at the initial level and form the following academic degrees. Based on this recognition, it is intended to determine how the application of articulation strategies linked to harmonic transitions improves school adaptation in children passing from early childhood to first grade, at Guillermo Valencia school in Cali, in 2019. Therefore, an applied type research was carried out, whose quantitative approach, presented an experimental design, of quasi experimental level with pre-test and post-test in intact groups, with census sample. As a result, it was established that articulations strategies joined harmonic transitions impact positively scholar adaptation in biological, psychological and social aspects.

Adaptación universitaria y procrastinación académica en estudiantes de medicina humana de una universidad privada de Lima Metropolitana, 2023

The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between the university adaptation variables and academic procrastination in students of cycles I and II of human medicine at a private university in Lima for the period 2023; Regarding the methodology of the study, the quantitative approach, non-experimental design and correlational level were used; The sample for the study was made up of 100 students, the questionnaire was the technique for data collection and the instruments used were the reduced version of the Academic Experiences Questionnaire (QVA-r) adapted by Márquez et al. (2009) and the Academic Procrastination Scale (EPA) questionnaire adapted by Domínguez (2016), both instruments met the validity and reliability criteria to be applied. The results found existing tension between the proposed variables, obtaining a p= 0.034 < 0.05 and a Spearman’s Rho correlation analysis = -0.148, concluding that there is indirect or inverse tension of weak intensity between the variables.

Adicción a internet y procrastinación académica en estudiantes adolescentes de una institución educativa de Lima Sur

El objetivo del estudio fue determinar la relación entre adicción a internet y la procrastinación académica. La metodología fue de tipo básico con diseño no experimental y de alcance correlacional, además, la muestra fue de 200 estudiantes que cursan entre 1ro a 5to grado de secundaria en una institución educativa de Lima Sur. Se empleó la Escala de Adicción a Internet – EAIL de Lam et al. (2010) y la Escala de Procrastinación Académica – EPA de Busko (1998). Los resultados hallados determinaron que adicción a internet y procrastinación académica se correlacionan positivamente (rho=.162), así mismo, se encontró que adicción a internet se asocia con las dimensiones de procrastinación académica cómo autorregulación académica (rho= -.250) y postergación de actividades (rho=.242). Conforme a lo hallado, se concluye que el uso desmedido del internet se relaciona con la procrastinación en los adolescentes.

Afrontamiento al estrés de las madres de recién nacidos hospitalizados en la unidad de cuidados intermedios neonatales en un hospital de Lima, 2020

El afrontamiento se considera a toda acción que manifiesta un esfuerzo para poderenfrentar el estrés, pero también es importante ya que puede servir de protección ante algunaadversidad que se puede presentar en la vida. El objetivo de la investigación es identificar lacapacidad de afrontamiento al estrés de las madres de recién nacidos hospitalizados en launidad de cuidados intermedios neonatales del hospital de Lima. la metodología estaráenmarcada con enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo, de corte transversal, la muestra fueconformada por 50 participantes, se les aplicó el cuestionario elaborado por Enrique GarcíaFernández-Abascal para evaluar el afrontamiento. Fueron analizados los datos según elmétodo estadístico descriptivo. de acuerdo con los resultados obtenidos, el 44% de lasmadres encuestadas tuvieron baja capacidad de afrontamiento al estrés. Además, se pudodeterminar que, se encontró evidencia con respecto a la dimensión Método empleado, el 42%de las madres presentaron baja capacidad de afrontamiento al estrés, en relación a ladimensión Focalización de respuesta el 44% de las madres presentaron una baja capacidadde afrontamiento y finalmente en relación a la dimensión Actividad movilizada, el 40% delas madres tuvieron una baja capacidad de afrontamiento. Concluyendo en esta investigaciónes más evidente que las madres de manera general y en relación a las dimensiones,evidenciaron una baja capacidad de afrontamiento al estrés.

Análisis de la doctrina para la educación E-Learning en los programas académicos de la Policía Nacional de Colombia 2022

The master's thesis "analysis of the doctrine for e-learning education in the academic programs of the National Police of Colombia 2022", focused on a phenomenological research with a qualitative approach, seeking to respond to the training needs developed in the Directorate of Police Education, which had as general objective to analyze how the doctrine contributes to e-learning education in the academic programs of the National Police of Colombia. This work allowed the participation of thematic experts to identify the categories required in the development of the research process and it was possible to prioritize the categories with the greatest need for research. The results obtained indicate that e-learning contributes substantially to the doctrinal training processes in the Colombian National Police. However, it is necessary to establish and unify clear guidelines on E-learning training and police doctrine that allow not only teachers but also students to have clarity on how to carry out this training modality and also to have clear aspects on doctrine by the academic community in order to be transmitted from generation to generation.

Análisis de la reforma educativa en el diseño curricular durante el gobierno militar en el Perú, en los años 1972- 1980

The study aimed to describe how the educational reform addresses the curricular design during the military government in the years 1972-1980. The research method used is functionalist, the research approach is qualitative, the research design corresponds to the case study. For the analysis of the data, three main themes raised in the research were chosen, namely, educational reform, curricular design and military government. In this sense, the educational reform of the military government proposed the total eradication of illiteracy and the schooling of the entire population. In this way, it was proposed to bring new elements taking as a reference the Peruvian reality, the isolation of a large part of the population, the lack of educational coverage, the shortage of teachers and the need for a curricular reform in which the first thing is knowledge of the country, topics that none of the previous ones had proposed. This educational reform had an accelerated end after the death of Augusto Salazar Bondy, who was one of the main leaders and ideologues of the reform, the fall of the Velasco regime, the conflict with the teachers' union that was not consulted, the lack of of continuity during the second phase of the military government with General Francisco Morales Bermúdez and the sudden death registered in 1980 with the return of Fernando Belaunde who proposed its total destruction.

Anemia en niños menores de cinco años y su relación con las características individuales y la educación de la madre, 2017

La pobreza en Perú, se ha reducido, pero los casos de anemia se mantienen muy altos. La anemia por deficiencia de hierro es aproximadamente la mitad de todas las causas de los casos de anemias, la otra mitad es causada por trastornos sanguíneos hereditarios o las infecciones parasitarias y la malaria. Se trabajó con la encuesta Nacional demográfica de salud del año 2017. La población estuvo conformada por los niños de 0- 59 meses. La construcción del modelo procedió de la siguiente manera, las características individuales (edad, sexo, numero de nacimiento) y los determinantes proximales como lugar de procedencia, altura, así como una variable indicadora propia de la madre como el nivel educativo, junto a los grados de anemia, (leve, moderada y severa). Los resultados muestran Las variables edad del niño (p=0,000), la altitud (p=0,000), se asociaron con la anemia severa. La edad del niño (p=0,000), un cambio entre sexo femenino o masculino (p=0,000), un cambio en el orden de nacimiento (p=0,025), cambio en la residencia urbano o rural (p=0,005), la altitud (p=0,000), y el nivel educativo de la madre (p=0,000), se asociaron con la anemia moderada. La edad del niño (p=0,000), un cambio entre sexo femenino o masculino (p=0,002), un cambio en el orden de nacimiento (p=0,003), cambio en la residencia urbano o rural (p=0,000), la altitud (p=0,000), y el nivel educativo de la madre (p=0,000), se asociaron con la anemia Leve. Se concluye con estos resultados que se deben considerar estos factores asociados según el nivel de anemia.

La aplicación de estrategias de educación emocional en el desempeño académico de los estudiantes de grado quinto de educación básica primaria de la Institución Educativa Técnica Sumapaz del Municipio de Melgar en el departamento del Tolima

This research is focused in to stablish a correlation between emotional development methodologies whit children and the impact they have in their academic performances. This research wants to favor the acquisition of scholar knowledges and promote the affective development through the understanding and the emotional management of own and other’s feelings. This study is almost experimental, it takes two groups of students from both sexes, their ages are around 9 and 12 years old, and they belong to fifth grade of elementary school. In one group, I applied some strategies for strengthen their emotional development, and in the other group, whit similar characteristics, I decided not to intervene the scenario with the purpose of make comparisons between these groups and analyze their academic achievement. As a method, I used an emotional intelligence test and an instrument for following the student’s academic performance. The results of this experiment evidenced that the group in which were applied emotional education strategies, conformed by 35 students, the 57,14 % got a superior academic performance and none student got the lowest level. It’s important to keep in mind that pre-test that it was applied, the same group got a 17,2% of low academic achievement and the 17,2% in high academic level, this shows up an evident improvement in their academic performance. The analytic verification of the results in both groups allows the acknowledgement of one important fact: the affective development have an influence in the student’s academic performance, and open up a road to strength a more integrate educational development of children.

Aplicación del método de aprendizaje basado en problemas y su influencia en el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes de la asignatura de traumatología del 4to ciclo del Instituto Superior Tecnológico “Daniel Alcides Carrión” de Lima, semestre 2015-1

The present research had as main objective to determine the influence of problem based learning PBL method in academic performance of the students of the course of Traumatology of the 4th cycle of the of the Higher Technological Institute "Daniel Alcides Carrión" of Lima, 2015-I semester. The study was quantitative because I use the collection of data to test the hypothesis based on statistical analysis and type of quasi-experimental, the type of sampling was probabilistic. To carry out this research was taken a sample of 120 students, divided into two groups, applied to which a pre test and a post test. PBL teaching method was applied to the experimental group and the group control the traditional teaching method was applied. It was used as an instrument the survey technique, using a questionnaire is collected qualitative data and records through chips technique or payroll notes to collect quantitative data. The statistic was used for hypothesis testing student's t, obtaining a t=45,426 and the value of p=0,000 .The research concludes that the academic performance of the students has significantly improved by applying PBL teaching method according to the performance, the levels obtained, in the pretest the 83.3% (50) were low and 13.3 (8) on the middle level and 3.3% (2) in the high level; Unlike in the post - test where there were no any low level 0% (0), the 40.0% (24) were found in a middle level and 60% (36) at a high level. Which shows that the use of the ABP has a positive influence with the academic performance of students in the course of Traumatology of the 4th cycle of the of the Higher Technological Institute "Daniel Alcides Carrión" Institute of Lima, 2015-I semester.

Aplicación del proyecto de educación sexual y construcción de ciudadanía para mejorar la convivencia escolar de los estudiantes de educación media del instituto Rafael Pombo de Floridablanca Colombia 2014

The present study called “application of the sexual education´s project and construction of citizenship to improve the school coexistence of the students of secondary of Rafael Pombo school of Floridablanca” determined the influence of the dimensions: emotions expression, decision making and respect for the difference in the improvement of interpersonal relationships, projected to the exercise of sexual and reproductive rights. The problem was objectively treated, formulating working hypotheses to develop them from the cuasi-experimental intervention of explanatory level, in actions of exploration description and correlation, of 183 students, was taken a sample of 39%, equivalent to 72 young people. The instrument was a survey of 22 items, applied as pre-test and post-test. The percentages improvement level in the young people behavior was established from the difference between the results of the pre-test and the post-test equivalent to 1.8 corresponding to 12%, thanks to the effects of the application of the workshops, validated by the Z test. To describe the results, the executed plan strengthened the tolerance, increased the ability to recognize emotions by decreasing aggressiveness and the need for greater attention to resolving conflicts within a sequence perspective in decision making.

Aprendizaje basado en problemas (ABP) y el rendimiento académico de estudiantes de tecnología médica de una universidad peruana – 2020

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the Problem-Based Learning Method (PBL) and the academic performance of medical technology students from a Peruvian university - 2020. For this, a correlational quantitative investigation was applied, the Relationships between the influence of the PBL methodology and the academic performance of medical technology students, the technique used for data collection is the survey. According to Chasteauneuf (2009), the questionnaire consists of a set of questions regarding one or more variables to be measured in a sample of 80 students from a Peruvian university. Academic performance was measured from the grades obtained in the 2020 academic period by medical technology students measured through dimensions such as conceptual, procedural and attitudinal knowledge. The results found reveal that there is a correlation between the problem-based learning methodology and its influence on the academic performance of medical technology students. It is highlighted that there is a high correlation between each of the strategies measured on the scale, and between the academic performance of medical technology students. Finally, it is proposed that the Problem-Based Learning methodology can be applied in the different academic areas.

Aprendizaje basado en problemas (ABP) y su relación con el logro del aprendizaje significativo en los estudiantes del quinto año de la carrera de Terapia Física y Rehabilitación

The beginning of a new era of educational training demands competent professors able to solve problems according to the society requirements. Therefore students should learn by doing, allowing a significant learning, where the development of their ability of active work, team work and problem solving is important as part of the Problem Base-Learning (PBL) methodology. This research analyse the possible relation between the PBL as didactic estrategy and a significant learning in Norbert Weiner University fifth grade students, who have recived the PBL methodology as a estrategy in the “Physioterapeutic Intervention on Sensitive Sensorial Dysfunctions” course. The population was 53 students from two diferents classrooms, moorning and late shift. The results show that there is no relation between the application of the PBL method and the significant learning, especially when it comes to active learning and team working learning dimensions, nevertheless the relation between the solving problems dimensión and the significant learning show a Spearman correlation coeficient of -0.310 and a probability value of p= 0.026 (< 0.05), meaning there is a significant relation between this two.

Aprendizaje basado en problemas y razonamiento clínico en fisioterapeutas de una institución privada de educación continua en Lima Metropolitana, 2024

The scientific literature supports Problem-Based Learning (PBL) as an effective method for developing clinical reasoning (CR) in healthcare professionals. However, Peru's traditional educational system, focused on memorization, produces professionals with deficiencies in this crucial skill for clinical decision-making. In this context, the present study investigated the relationship between PBL and the development of CR in physical therapists enrolled in a diploma program in Musculoskeletal Physical Therapy at a private continuing education institution in 2024. The main objective was to determine whether there was a relationship between the two variables. To this end, two self-administered questionnaires were used after several sessions of the diploma program that used PBL: o3ne to assess the application of PBL and the Clinical Thinking Inventory to measure CR. The results revealed a direct and positive relationship between PBL and CR in the participating physical therapists. However, this relationship was classified as weak, with the researchers suggesting that this weakness could be attributed to the limited number of teaching sessions in which PBL was applied. In conclusion, this preliminary study suggests that PBL may have a positive impact on the development of CR in physical therapists. However, the need for future research with a larger number of sessions and a more robust study design is emphasized to confirm and deepen these findings.

Aprendizaje cooperativo y la responsabilidad social universitaria en estudiantes de una universidad privada de Lima Metropolitana, 2022

The study presented as objective "Determine the relationship between cooperative learning and University social responsibility in business administration and management students of a Peruvian university, 2022”, for the indicated objective, the study was developed with a quantitative approach, non-experimental and correlational design. , 80 students from the eighth and ninth cycles were considered as a sample; The instruments used were the Scale on the Degree of Application of CA (CLAS) by Atxurra et al. (2015) for cooperative learning and for University Social Responsibility the questionnaire of Baca et al. (2017), both instruments were subjected to content validity through expert judgment, as well as to the reliability test through Cronbach's Alpha, the result of which was 0.912 for the first instrument and 0.892 for the second, indicating with this assessment that could be applied to the sample, through the survey, as a result it was found according to p=0.000 and Rho =0.552, the existence of a significant and positive relationship between the study variables; concluding taking this finding that the more the teacher promotes meaningful learning among their students, the better the involvement of these academic actors will be with the RSU actions promoted by the universit.

This experimental research initiative is aimed at demonstrating that early English teaching can generate important linguistic bases in students, as they develop a higher level in the management of the discipline and enhance the subsequent experiences of learning a second language. The population to which the research experience was directed is to the preschool students of Lepanto Technical Educational Institution, who have ages ranging from 5 to 6 years, with a sample of 30 students and was carried out from the 21st of January until May 23rd , 2014. Regarding the methodology, the type of research is Applied, with a quantitative approach, which involves instruments such as the T-Students test to determine the variation in linguistic performance. The design of the research is Pre-experimental Pre-test / post-test design with a single group. It should be noted that the communicative approach was vital to feed the theoretical Framework and the deepening of the research project. As instruments of data collection, the questionnaire was used mainly, in this case placement test and assessment, to make an analysis of the disciplinary level that students have before starting the process, and in this way to control as they show results, the advances and setbacks in the research objective, to finally analyze the impact of the strategy implemented.

Asunción de la concreción del proyecto de tesis de posgrado y la asesoría integral en egresados de una universidad nacional de Lima, 2020

The objective of the study was to analyze the perceptions of non-graduate graduates of a national university in Lima, 2020, on the completion of the thesis project and the comprehensive advice to achieve it. Regarding the methodology, the qualitative approach and phenomenological design were adopted, in a group of graduate graduates volunteers who had not elaborated the thesis project, configuring a self-selected sample case in whom the research was undertaken through an in-depth interview in a process of integral counseling, documenting the records observed in the educational meetings by audiovisual means with tools of the virtual scenario. As for the results, the testimonies of the participants, added to the field notes described the category 'concretion of the thesis project' expressing the limitations and barriers perceived by the subjects of study in the construction of the thesis project, they also recognized the importance of academic accompaniment, thematic orientation and methodological guidance in the provision of 'integral advising', second category. The conclusion of the study points out the insecurity and lack of knowledge perceived by the participants regarding the meaning and implication of the contents in the construction of the postgraduate research protocol, admitting that they should reinforce their commitment in the research practice, as well as the benefit of the interaction in the advising process, which highlights the permanent reflection that connotes the tutor's responsibility in the academic, thematic and methodological domains, for the achievement of the accomplishment.

La investigación tuvo como objetivo de determinar la relación entre autoeficacia y procrastinación académica en una muestra de estudiantes de una universidad privada del distrito de Villa El Salvador, Lima 2021. Para tal fin, se optó por una investigación de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básico, nivel descriptivo – correlacional y diseño transversal y no experimental. La muestra se conformó con 79 estudiantes universitarios de la carrera profesional de Ciencias de la Comunicación que pertenece a la Facultad de Ciencias Humanas de una universidad privada del distrito de Villa El Salvador. Los instrumentos fueron la Escala de Autoeficacia General (EAG) de Baessler y Schwarzer (1996), adaptado por Grimaldo (2005) y la Escala de Procrastinación Académica (EPA) de Busko, adaptado por Domínguez-Lara (2016). Los resultados confirmaron que la autoeficacia guardó una correlación estadísticamente muy significativa, de tipo negativa y de grado medio (r = -.345; p = .002 < .05) con la procrastinación académica. Asimismo, se halló correlación en los estudiantes varones, (r = -.414; p = .006); con edades entre 18 y 20 años (r = -.521; p = .004) y que cursan el primer ciclo (r = -.476; p = .003).
