Material and methods: Information was collected from different articles according to the level of evidence and degree of recommendation. Thus, descriptive and correlational studies were selected. Results: The factors that intervene in the non-attendance of the CRED control of the boy and girl, the mothers and/or caregivers report that the nursing staff is insufficient and they have difficulties with the hours of care, with the waiting time, diversity of tasks of the home. Conclusions: It is detailed that in the range of 4 to 8%, fathers, mothers, caregivers have difficulties taking their children to the CRED due to work schedules, leaving their children in the care of minors, due to ignorance of the importance of the CRED, generating a significant gap between the children who attend the CRED and those who do not attend, which could be decisive, so that the children do not reach optimal development, causing them to be limited in their cognitive development and school performance, limiting their possibilities to access other levels of education, and with low economic productivity when they reach the adult stage of life. This is why it is essential to generate effective strategies to strengthen the growth and development of children; it is necessary to involve the person, family and community in this context, to preserve family health in the population.Ítem Acceso abierto Factors linked to the abandonment of exclusive breastfeeding (EBF) in mothers from La Clínica María del Socorro, located in the ATE-2020 district(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-07-02) Valenzuela Villajuan, Xiomara Gianina; Gonzales Saldaña, Susan HaydeeObjective To determine the factors linked to the abandonment of Exclusive Breastfeeding in mothers from the María del Socorro Clinic, located in the District of Ate. Specialized adult care services. Edgardo Rebagliati Martins National Hospital, 2016.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2017) Cotrina Vara, Tania Milagros; Mogollón Arámbulo, Jesús Graciela; Krederdt Araujo, Sherin LuzObjective: To determine the relationship between personal, institutional factors, and the decision to pursue postgraduate studies in nurses from specialized adult care services at the Edgardo Rebagliati Martins National Hospital. For data collection, the technique of a directed interview with nurses was used; for this purpose, a questionnaire was used as the instrument, and the collected data were processed in the SPSS statistical program and Spearman's correlation coefficient. Results: The most important personal factor is the financing of studies, with almost the totality (92.20%); in the institutional factors, the work schedule that does not allow or facilitate studying stands out with almost two-thirds (70.59%); regarding the decision to pursue postgraduate studies, more than half (63%) are undecided about starting studies.
