Methodology: A quasi-experimental research design. The sample consisted of 82 students from the Dentistry program. Results: The average age of participants was 27.5 ± 4.9 years. Before the intervention, 48.8% of students had a medium level of knowledge, and 42.7%, 61.0%, and 18.3% prescribed corticosteroids, AINES, and opioids, respectively. After the intervention, 53.7% had a high level of knowledge, and the prescription of corticosteroids, AINES, and opioids increased to 81.7%, 84.1%, and 59.8%, respectively. The knowledge level of students under 30 years of age (p<0.001) and those aged 30 years or older (p<0.001) significantly improved after the intervention. Additionally, students under 30 improved their prescription practices for corticosteroids (p<0.001), AINES (p=0.018), and opioids (p<0.001), while students over 30 also showed significant improvements in corticosteroid (p=0.001), AINES (p=0.015), and opioid (p=0.001) prescriptions. The knowledge level significantly improved in both men (p<0.001) and women (p<0.001). Women also significantly improved their practices of prescribing corticosteroids (p<0.001), AINES (p=0.008), and opioids (p<0.001), while men only showed improvements in corticosteroids (p=0.003) and AINES (p=0.046).
