Autocuidado y calidad de vida de los pacientes en hemodiálisis en un hospital nacional de Lima en el año 2024

Objetivo: “Determinar la relación que existe entre el autocuidado y calidad de vida de los pacientes en hemodiálisis en un hospital nacional de Lima en el año 2024”, población estará constituida por 80 pacientes del área de consultorios externos de la unidad del servicio de nefrología. Muestra: el total de la población. Diseño Metodológico: El tipo de investigación será aplicada. Diseño será descriptivo, no experimental, correlacional y transversal. Instrumentos: Para evaluar la variable “Autocuidado” se utilizará el cuestionario adaptado por Fernández Chávez en el 2022 confiable mediante Alpha de Cronbach de 0.82 y para evaluar la variable “Calidad de Vida” se aplicará el cuestionario adaptado por Quispe Ortega en el 2019, confiable mediante Alpha de Cronbach con un valor de 0.84. La técnica de recolección de datos será la encuesta. Procesamiento estadístico y análisis de datos: se realizará mediante técnicas descriptivas e inferenciales utilizando el examen no paramétrico del coeficiente de correlación R de Spearman.

Clima organizacional y satisfacción laboral del personal de enfermería en el área de nefrología del hospital nacional, Lima 2024

Introduction: Currently, the country's government entities need to optimize the work environment, since according to the World Health Organization (WHO), the culture of organizations directly impacts job satisfaction and staff preferences when choosing their employer, influencing primary care in patient care regardless of whether they belong to a Clinic or a Hospital, leaving aside their vocation. In this context, these public entities can improve job satisfaction, the result being organizational management. Objective: "To establish the existing correlation between the organizational climate and job satisfaction of nursing staff in the Nephrology area of the National Hospital, Lima 2024." Method: The analysis of the study will be quantitative, applied, cross-sectional, and correlational. For this purpose, the representative sample will consider 116 nursing graduates and 44 technicians, who work in the Nephrology area. The Organizational Climate Questionnaire developed by Salas (Lima, 2020) and the Job Satisfaction Questionnaire adapted by Canevaro (Lima, 2020) will be applied, both being Likert-type instruments. On the other hand, for data processing and generation of graphs and tables, IBM SPSS STATISTICS Version 25 software will be used, and the hypothesis will be tested with Spearman's statistical test.

Competence of home care and burden of the caregiver of patients with chronic kidney disease in a national hospital, Lima - 2021

Home care competence is the capacity, ability and preparation of a chronically ill person to have or offer care at home. It is the preparation to put into practice the work of caring for their health, and that implies being and being well, developing self-esteem, despite the circumstances, acceptance of their condition and satisfaction with the quality of life observed in order to continue with their therapy, having as objective to determine how the competence of home care is related to the overload of the caregiver of a patient with chronic kidney disease, likewise the study will be observational, descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional. A sample of 80 primary caregivers of patients with chronic kidney disease such as peritoneal dialysis or hemodialysis will be intentionally taken. The survey will be applied to them with validated and reliable instruments to estimate the competence of care through a scale called caring for the shortened version for the patient of 20 questions.

Coping strategies and quality of life in patients receiving hemodialysisin a hospital in Huancayo,2024

The nephrological field is a space that requires specialized care, especially in people who need renal replacement therapies such as hemodialysis, since it involves a series of limitations and substantial variations that generate significant physical, emotional and emotional wear. In this sense, it has been possible to detect a series of limitations to apply coping strategies that improve their quality of life, making it necessary to delve deeper into this problem. OBJECTIVE: to determine the relationship between coping strategies and quality of life in patients receiving hemodialysis in a hospital in Huancayo, 2024. MATERIALS AND METHODS: it will be quantitative, applied, transversal - non-experimental and descriptive - correlational. There will be 80 hemodialysis patients. The survey will be used and the Coping Estimation Inventory and the WHOQOL-BREF Questionnaire will be used.

Level of self-care and its relationship with quality of life in patients with chronic kidney disease receiving treatment at the dialysis and hemodialysis service of the Alberto Sabogal Sologuren hospital, Callao – 2023

Introduction: Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) who neglect self-care may experience a decrease in their quality of life. Complications, including disease progression, hospitalization and even mortality, are more likely to occur when patients do not receive adequate care. Objective: "To determine how the level of self-care is related to quality of life in patients with chronic kidney disease receiving treatment in the dialysis and hemodialysis service of the Alberto Sabogal Sologuren Hospital, Callao - 2023". Methodology: Hypothetical-deductive method, non-experimental design, quantitative, descriptive method, applied correlation method, cross-sectional method; the census sample will be made up of 125 patients and the tool used for the research work will be the "Marcatoma Self-Care Level Questionnaire-modified" and the "Chávez Quality of Life Questionnaire-abbreviated". Both instruments were validated by the aforementioned researchers and have a high reliability. Data collection takes about 30 minutes for the participants. Spearman's Correlation analysis will be used to test the hypothesis.

Self-care and quality of life of the hemodialysis patient in a nephrology unit in Lima, 2024

Objective: Determine how the level of self-care is related to the quality of life of hemodialysis patients in a nephrology unit. Materials and methods: a quantitative investigation of a correlational and non-experimental level, framed in the applied hypothetical deductive method. The population will consist of 90 patients who make up all the shifts treated in the hemodialysis unit; The entire population will be studied; therefore, it will be a census sample for research in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The technique to be used will be the survey, 2 instruments validated in Peruvian studies will be applied; To collect the information that will respond to the proposed hypotheses, quantitative measurements and statistical analyzes will be made to determine the predictions or behavior of the phenomena or problems raised, through descriptive and inferential statistics, and the hypotheses will be verified with the test. RHO of Spermam, Research conduct in accordance with ethical principles will be maintained throughout the research.

Síndrome de burnout y su relación con la calidad de vida del personal de enfermería de nefrología, en una clínica de hemodiálisis de Lima, 2024

La indagación propondrá como propósito “Determinar como el Síndrome de Burnout se relaciona con la calidad de vida del personal de enfermería de nefrología, en una clínica de hemodiálisis de Lima, 2024”, para el indicado fin, la metodología contemplará el enfoque cuantitativo, no experimental, de nivel correlacional, 80 enfermeras serán parte de la muestra, y se empleará el Test de Maslach como instrumentos, el cual medirá el “Síndrome de burnout” y la Escala de calidad de vida WHOQOL-BREF, el primero será tomado del estudio del autor Lucina Santander del año 2022 y presenta la validez solicitada y una confiabilidad por alfa de Cronbach de 0.97; el segundo se tomará del estudio de Esther Palomino del 2021 su legitimidad fue evaluada mediante el juicio de expertos y la confiabilidad fue 0.723, ambos instrumentos fueron aplicados en Perú; el procesamiento de la información se elaborará mediante el SPSS v 27, para elaborar análisis inferenciales, se comenzará con la evaluación de la normalidad, dado que esta prueba ayudará a establecer el coeficiente de correlación necesario para verificar las hipótesis y obtener los resultados que posibiliten llegar a las conclusiones adecuadas, dando respuesta a la problemática presentada.

Sobrecarga y ansiedad del cuidador de pacientes con insuficiencia renal crónica en Hospital Edgardo Rebagliati Martins - Lima, 2025

Esta investigación tendrá como Objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre la sobrecarga y la ansiedad del cuidador de pacientes con insuficiencia renal crónica Hospital Edgardo Rebagliati Martins - Lima, 2025. La metodología: Se trabajará bajo un método hipotético deductivo, que se enfocará en un nivel correlacional y el diseño será el no experimental, el tipo será aplicada, la muestra serán 90 cuidadores de paciente renales, quienes resolverán dos cuestionarios validados y confiables, el desarrollo en la aplicación de las encuestas tomará en aproximado 25 minutos. Tras la obtención completa de la información necesaria, se construirá un registro de datos utilizando el programa Microsoft Excel 2021. Luego, el contenido reunido será examinado con el software SPSS versión 25.0. Una vez procesados, los datos serán sometidos a tratamiento estadístico para la elaboración de tablas de doble entrada, porcentajes. El análisis inferencial, se utilizará pruebas estadísticas como paramétricas (Rho de Spearman) y no paramétricas (Pearson) para la contratación de hipótesis.
