El trasplante renal es una de las mejores alternativas en relacion a la terapia sustitutiva del riñon, cabe resaltar que los pacientes trasplantados tienen que generar una adherencia al tratamiento responsable, trayendo como consecuencia una mejora en su calidad de vida y así evitar las complicaciones, por ello, se ha planteado en este estudio un Objetivo general: Determinar la relación entre la calidad de vida y la adherencia al tratamiento del paciente trasplantado renal de un hospital de Lima, 2025. Materiales y Métodos: Se usará el método hipotético-deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, transversal, no experimental y de alcance correlacional, dicho método de investigación va a permitir conseguir los resultados que se esperan para cada uno de los objetivos establecidos. La población se conformará por pacientes trasplantados renales. Para evaluar las variables, se usará la técnica encuesta a través de dos cuestionarios como instrumentos, estos instrumentos serán validados, su confiabilidad se realizó por medio de la prueba alfa de Cronbach, se obtuvo para la variable 1 el valor de 0.863 y para la variable 2 el valor de 0.854. Los datos se procesarán usando Excel y el software estadístico (SPSS) para analizar y relacionar las variables, se usará la prueba Rho de Spearman.
Resumen
Kidney transplant is one of the best alternatives in relation to kidney replacement therapy, it should be noted that transplant patients have to generate responsible adherence to treatment, resulting in an improvement in their quality of life and thus avoiding complications, therefore, it has been proposed in this study whose General Objective: To determine the relationship between quality of life and adherence to treatment of kidney transplant patients in a hospital in Lima, 2025.Materials and Methods: the hypothetical-deductive method will be used, a quantitative, transversal approach, not experimental and of correlational scope, this method of investigation will allow achieving the results that are expected for each of the established objectives. The population will consist of kidney transplant patients. To evaluate the variables, the survey technique will be used using questionnaires as instruments, these instruments will be validated, their reliability will be achieved by measuring the Cronbach's alpha test, obtaining for variable 1 a value of 0.863 and for variable 2 a value of 0.854. The data will be processed using Excel and statistical software (SPSS) and to analyze the variables, the Spearman Rho test will be used.
