    Appropriation of the decree 1290 /09 around the strategies and daily practices carried out by the teachers of the fifth grade of primary basic education of the Villa Amalia Institution.

    In Colombia, the evaluation is governed by decree 1290 of 2009, which dictates the provisions for educational institutions to develop and execute their own Institutional System of Student Evaluation SIEE. The investigation investigated and analyzed the form of appropriation of decree 1290 around the strategies and daily practices carried out by the teachers of the fifth grade of primary basic education of the Villa Amalia Institution. In the development of the research process, the qualitative paradigm was used, since the purpose is to use action research; To determine the knowledge and appropriation of SIEE by teachers, the techniques and instruments used were in-depth interviews, field observer, and a final questionnaire. With the information obtained, an analysis was made that showed that all the teachers interviewed expressed knowledge of decree 1290 and SIEE, fifth grade teachers prioritized that the evaluation strategies are selected according to the needs and criteria of each area the most used they are: the workshops, the written tests, the qualification of the notebooks, some autonomous activities, the written and oral evaluations, and only one teacher states that he uses the Information and Communication Technologies (Tics) as evaluative strategies. The construction of the SIEE must be based on the principles of tolerance, freedom, clarity and starting from the ends of education, with the participation of teachers, parents and students; from the current social and cultural context.

    Design of a competency-based curriculum planning model as a benchmark for evaluating the training proposal of three faculties in Lima, 2021

    The objective of this study was to design a model of curricular planning by competencies that allows evaluating the coherence of the training proposal of three faculties of Lima, in 2021; The research approach was qualitative, descriptive, under an interpretive paradigm and the design of grounded theory, carrying out the analysis of information contained in the curricular proposals of certain houses of studies and theorists on the subject, representing the very complexity of the processes (Hernández and Mendoza, 2018). Inductive observations were generated that later deductively derived in interpretations and forecasts around the reality studied by comparing data and the explanatory-comprehensive theory that emerged for the better understanding of the phenomenon; interviews with experts in the curriculum were applied and a focus group was carried out with university professors, being the trial sample. The result was the verification of the weak theoretical-methodological management of the competence approach in the construction of the curriculum, the identification of inconsistencies in the development of each of its elements and the gaps between them. It was concluded that the competency-based curriculum planning model, as a benchmark for evaluation, allows information to be made to make decisions that lead to continuous improvement of the training proposal and to ensure the quality of learning to be achieved by studentsdy.

    Evaluation of performance and resistance to technological change of administrative staff in the judiciary of North Lima, 2023

    In this study, the relationship between the evaluation of job performance and the resistance to technological change of the administrative staff of the Judiciary of Northern Lima for the year 2022 was determined. A hypothetical-deductive quantitative approach was used, with a nonexperimental and cross-correlational design. The sample consisted of 80 participants. The results indicated a level of significance according to Kolmogorov-Smirnov of (Sig.= .000 < 0.05), which indicates that the data not present normality and the Rho Spearman no parametric test should be used to contrast the hypothesis; likewise, there is a negative and significant correlation between the variables performance evaluation and resistance to technological change (-0.504). Therefore, when there is a higher performance evaluation, there is less resistance to change. Likewise, there is an inverse and significant relationship between; the continuous learning dimension with resistance to technological change (-0.530), personal relationships with resistance to technological change (0.505) and commitment to public service and resistance to technological change (-0.524). This suggests that the performance evaluation contributes to measure the resistance to technological change of the administrative staff of the Judiciary of North Lima, considering factors such as personal relationships, continuous learning and commitment to public service.

    Implementation of the program “Teachers Forging Technology” as a pathway for applying pedagogy utilizing ICT at the Juan XXIII de Padua Educational Institution, Herveo, Tolima—2013

    This research was conducted at Juan XXIII de Padua Educational Institution in Herveo, Tolima, a school that, despite having limited economic, physical, and technological resources, has maintained a high academic level over the past decade. The purpose of the study was to analyze the degree of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) implementation by teachers and its relationship with the program “Teachers Forging Technology,” aimed at training educators in the use of technological resources such as computers, interactive whiteboards, video projectors, recorders, televisions, blogs, the internet, websites, and mobile phones. The study followed a quantitative, non-experimental, and correlational design, involving 34 teachers with different academic backgrounds. It sought to establish the relationship between ICT training and its pedagogical application in the classroom. The findings revealed that although some teachers had access to technological tools, their use was limited due to insufficient skills. After the program’s implementation, greater confidence and appropriation of ICT in teaching practice were observed. It is concluded that continuous institutional training is essential to strengthen technological integration and meet current educational demands.

    Incidence of a semantic correlation model of socioformative data in the evaluation of the curricular planning of a face-to-face classroom subject, 2019

    This paper presents a computer proposal called "Semantic correlation model of socioformative data" (SCM), which is designed to support the evaluation of curricular planning (ECP). The ECP is developed from indicators derived from the components of the curriculum such as graduation profile, study plan, area plan and subject plan. The SCM, for its part, processes the data obtained from a questionnaire on socio-formative perception previously applied to a significant sample of parents, students and teachers and, based on the results, projects information that will be the comparative criterion for the ECP indicators. The operating mechanism of the SCM is based on semantic correlations, a method used by natural language processing (NLP) to calculate relations of denotative meaning between groups of concepts-words. An applied research of quasiexperimental design is proposed, supported by a sample of 10 students who attend a face-to-face subject in an educational institution. In the first moment, the students evaluate the curricular planning of the subject under study from a Likert questionnaire composed of the indicators derived from the ECP. In a second moment, the students answer the same questionnaire again, but after participating in an observation session with the SCM. At the end, the results of both questionnaires are contrasted and a Wilcoxon test of related samples is carried out that allows identifying the degree of incidence of the SCM on the ECP.

    Innovative evaluation proposal for university teaching performance at a public university in Lima in 2021

    The objective of the research was to determine the extent to which an innovative evaluation proposal significantly influences teaching performance at a public University of Lima in 2021. The study was developed under a quantitative approach, experimental design, pre-experimental sub-design. The survey technique was used and the questionnaire was used as an instrument for the pretest and posttest to measure teaching performance. The population consisted of 130 teachers from a public University of Lima and the sample was made up of 45 teachers selected through non-probabilistic convenience sampling. The instruments were validated by expert judgment criteria and reliability with Cronbach's alpha, which yielded a coefficient of 0.801. The statistic used to carry out the hypothesis tests was the Wilcoxon test because the data did not present a normal distribution, according to the results with the Shapiro-Wilk test. It was found as results that there is a significant difference between pretest and posttest regarding teaching performance with a probability lower than the significance value, 0.00<0.05, concluding that the innovative evaluation proposal significantly influences teaching performance in a public University of Lima.

    Learning Based on Problems and its Influence on the Learning of the System of Linear Equations 2x2 in Students from 9-4 of the Educational Institution Nuestra Señora de los Dolores de Manare de Villanueva Casanare 2019-Colombia.

    This research is part of a quantitative study, which searches to generate strategies that allow ninth grade students to solve systems of 2x2 linear equations, and in turn present alternative solutions to situations in their daily lives and to handle application problems that allow working on the different competences in the area of mathematics, strengthening the analysis process in students, the main objective is to determine to what extent problem-based learning influences the learning of the system of equations described, in students of course 9-4 of the Educative Institution Nuestra Señora de los Dolores de Manare de Villanueva Casanare- Colombia. The methodology used was varied according to the interests and needs of the students always searching that they applied 2x2 equations systems, accordingly, a pre-test was applied so that determined the level of understanding of the different mathematical competences, with the intention of contrasting the same test at the end of the process, it was followed by sequential execution of the didactic strategy of problem-based learning framed in a directing question; the results obtained in the research showed that problem-based learning is an effective strategy in the learning process of the 2x2 system of linear equations, allowing the strengthening of mathematics competences in each of them, and creating imaginary of the applicability of the equations system mentioned in the concrete reality in which each one develops, it improved the levels of reading comprehension allowing to convert everyday language into algebraic language as well as the opportunities to obtain good results in external tests and their academic performance.

    Organizational climate and work performance in the collaborators of The administrative area of the norbert wiener private university, 2020 - Lima

    The research called: Organizational climate and work performance in the collaborators of the administrative area of the Norbert Wiener Private University, 2020 - Lima., had as its main objective: Determine the relationship between organizational climate and work performance in the collaborators of the administrative area of the University Private Norbert Wiener, 2020 – Lima. The methodology applied was a hypothetical-deductive method, a quantitative approach, a basic type and a non-experimental correlational design, under a census population of 83 collaborators from the administrative area of the Norbert Wiener Private University. The instruments were cited from the research by Pastor, A. (2018), which met the validity criteria based on the judgment of three experts and statistical reliability of .833 and .723 of Cronbach's Alpha. The questionnaire that measured the organizational climate variable consisted of 22 items and 5 dimensions, which were; personal achievement, job involvement, supervision, communication and working conditions; and, the questionnaire that measured the work performance variable consisted of 28 items and 4 dimensions which were; motivation, responsibility, leadership and teamwork and training and personal development. In the statistical treatment, the interpretation and validation of the hypotheses were generated through Spearman's Rho, according to the correlation coefficient Sig. 0.01 (bilateral). Finally, it was revealed that the organizational climate and work performance are positively and significantly related, through the value (Rho = 0.890**, p-value = 0.000 < 0.05) in the collaborators of the administrative area of the University Private Norbert Wiener, 2020 – Lima.

    Quality pedagogical approach that improves student satisfaction at the Pilot University of Colombia in Girardot, in 2014

    The purpose of this research was to determine the quality pedagogical approach that improves the satisfaction of the students of the pilot university of Colombia in Girardot. Further; it allows us to know the importance, that from the student's satisfaction as a result of the mission based on the work of the substantive principles of the university, achieve the necessary competences that integrate it into the labor world and be relevant in its function as a social subject. Chapter I presents the analysis on how quality has permeated institutions, especially educational ones, however it is clear that it works with the minimum quality criteria but not with the optimum levels. An analysis of the state of education in ICFES and PISSA tests at an international level is also presented. In chapter II, which corresponds to the theoretical framework, the background regarding the problem analyzed is presented where it is observed that the quality of education is reflected in the satisfaction of the students, based on the processes developed in the substantive teaching functions, research and social projection and in the support systems that are generated to strengthen student learning. In chapter III corresponding to the methodological aspect, the scope of the research is presented, taking as reference the independent variable, quality pedagogical approach and the dependent variable corresponding to the satisfaction of the students of the pilot university of Colombia in 2014. The population and It shows research objects. In chapter IV, the analysis and results are presented taking into account the variables and the dimensions of each of them, the hypotheses that result in the significant relationship between the pedagogical approach and student satisfaction are contrasted and emphasis is placed on the improvement that must be made in the dimensions that present average averages but low in their quantification. Chapter V, regarding the conclusions and recommendations, allows to verify that there is qualified student satisfaction at a medium level according to the substantive functions offered by the university and in addition to the support established for the achievement of better learning, but several of them, although with results at the medium level should be put into plans for continuous improvement.
