Ítem Acceso abierto Associated factors and their relationship with the presence of anemia in mothers of children aged 6 – 11 months of the el alamo health center, lima 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-11-29) Espinoza Romero, Rocío Alcira; Mori Castro, Jaime AlbertoObjective: To analyze the relationship of the factors associated with the presence of anemia in mothers of children aged 6-11 months at the El Álamo Health Center in 2022. Methodology: The study will have a quantitative approach, a basic type, and a non-experimental cross-sectional design, descriptive correlational level. The sample will be 92 mothers of children aged 6-11 months from the El Álamo Health Center, 2022. Obtained according to the application of the formula corresponding to finite populations. As a data collection technique, the survey will be applied, executed in a single moment, using the instruments called questionnaires. On the other hand, the data collection will be carried out for a period of 02 months. Once the data is collected, it will be organized in the Excel program for quality control and corresponding organization; later it will be exported to the SPSS software version 25.0. Statistical Analysis: For the descriptive evaluation, frequency tables, measures of central tendency, and dispersion, and graphic representations will be developed; In the case of inferential results, the normality test will be applied to determine which statistical test to use, whether Pearson or Spearman, where the value based on 0.05 will decide which test to use based on normal or non-normal distribution.Ítem Acceso abierto Biopsychosocial factors and depression in older adults in a long-term residential care center in Lima 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-01-04) Tapara Bustamante, Lilia Asunciona; Gonzales Saldaña, Susan HaydeeThe purpose of the study was to determine how biopsychosocial factors are related to depression in older adults in a long-stay residential care center in Lima 2023. Likewise, it had the following methodological characteristics: it was applied, with a quantitative approach, correlational, crosssectional design, as well as non-experimental, with a sample of 184 older adults to whom the survey technique was applied. In addition, the results indicated that the biological factor age was significantly related to depression, where the p value reached was 0.023, likewise, with a p value of 0.015 the social factor poverty condition showed a significant relationship with depression. Similarly, the psychological factors referred to participation in recreational activities, participation in family activities, coexistence, communication with other people, frequency of contact and support were significantly related to depression, with a p value of less than 0.050. Concluding that, the biopsychosocial factors showed a significant relationship with depression in older adults, because a p-value of less than 0.050 was reached. Likewise, descriptive statistics were presented, where frequency tables and percentage values were available, for the association between biopsychosocial factors with depression, the Pearson chisquare test was used.Ítem Acceso abierto Factors associated with the abandonment of exclusive breastfeeding in infants who had childbirth in a maternal and infant center of chorrillos 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-11-21) Valdivia Diaz, Cesar Augusto; Cabrera Espezua, Jeannelly PaolaWith the aim of identifying the factors associated with the abandonment of exclusive breastfeeding in a population of 136 postpartum women from a maternal and child center in Chorrillos from January to July 2021, a non-experimental quantitative design study of a cross-sectional type will be carried out, the method will be hypothetical deductive, while the information collection will be carried out through a survey at home, using a single previously designed instrument, which will allow us to measure the two study variables, with a detailed and understandable questionnaire for mothers who agree to participate in the study through their informed consent, the instrument describes the following dimensions where data will be collected related to the associated factors (sociodemographic, biological, psychological, health system) and the most frequent breastfeeding habits, which are related to the abandonment of exclusive breastfeeding.Ítem Acceso abierto Factors associated with the interruption of exclusive breastfeeding in under 6 months,el centro de salud de Chaclacayo, Lima 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020-11-15) Elguera Llihua, Victoria; Pretell Aguliar, Rosa MaríaObjective: To determine the factors associated with the interruption of exclusive breastfeeding in children under 6 months of age at the Chaclacayo Health Center. Materials and methods: This research will be quantitative in approach because the variables will be measured numerically, it will be correlational, because its purpose is to reveal the relationship that exists between two or more variables, it will be cross-sectional, because the variables will be studied in a certain time with a non-experimental design, the process of abandonment of breastfeeding and the exposure to the factors associated with the long period will be analyzed retrospectively. The study population will be represented by a total of 130 mothers who come with their children older than 6 months to the growth and development clinic, taking into account the exclusion and inclusion criteria. The data will be collected in the growth and development service of the health center by requesting the previously filled out consents from each mother. Once the information is collected, the surveys will be sorted and coded, a database will be created in Microsoft Windows 2016 Excel, and processing will be done using the statistical software statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS). This process will be carried out thoroughly in order to avoid errors and lost values at the time of analysis. The technique that will be used in the research will be a survey and the instrument is validated and has a reliability of 0.83 with Cronbach's alpha.Ítem Acceso abierto Factors that influence in compliance with the antiamarilica vaccine in children under 5 years old in the health center mirones alto, Lima 2019(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-08-27) Villafuerte Cosme, Juliana Nancy; Gonzales Saldaña, Susan HaydeeObjective: To determine the factors influencing compliance with the yellow fever vaccination in children under 5 years of age at the Mirones Alto Health Center, Lima, 2019. Materials and methods: The study followed a quantitative approach with a descriptive level and a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 85 mothers of children under 5 years old who visited the immunization area of the Mirones Alto Health Center in Lima in 2019. The survey technique was applied, using a questionnaire with 14 questions divided into two dimensions: biosocioeconomic and knowledge. For the statistical analysis, a linear regression test was used. Results: There was an influence of the biosocioeconomic dimension on the dependent variable of yellow fever vaccination compliance, with an R value of 0.593, indicating a moderate positive correlation, and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. This suggests that these factors are related to mothers complying with the vaccination. Regarding the knowledge dimension, there was also an influence on the dependent variable of yellow fever vaccination compliance in children under 5 years, with an R value of 0.900, indicating a very strong positive correlation, and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. This suggests that these factors strongly influence mothers' compliance with the vaccination. Conclusion: There is an influence of factors associated with yellow fever vaccination compliance.Ítem Acceso abierto Factors that influence in the desertion of the growth and development controls in children in pre school stage of the peru iv zona health center, Lima 2019(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-08-27) Avila Medrano, Kellin Belén; Gonzales Saldaña, Susan HaydeeObjective: To determine the factors influencing dropout from growth and development monitoring in preschool children at the Peru IV Zone Health Center, Lima, 2019.
