Aceptación del programa de formación en valores de la policía nacional por parte de docentes y estudiantes de escuelas públicas del Espinal, Tolima en Colombia en el año 2014

The National Police provides within its Institutional Educational Project the development of the essential role of Social Projection, being one of his actions the implementation of educational programs offered by the institution to the communities, for this project is of particular interest the development of formation around values in schools in the region. The objective is to analyze the level of acceptance of the formation Program in Values of the National Police by students in public schools in El Espinal and police teachers that develop the program. With a descriptive transactional design, 131 students from four schools in the city and 19 teachers responded previously validated instruments for assessing the acceptance of formation programs on values, and their demographic characteristics. We found that the evaluative perception of the program is not significantly different between students and teachers, which allows to conclude that there is a consensus in the rating given to the Formation Program in Values of PONAL with a high level of acceptance. As a general conclusion it can be stated that the Community Formation Program in Values of the National Police has a high level of acceptance by students of public schools in El Espinal in which it develops, as well as by police teachers deployed in the community context.

Alineamiento curricular: experiencias en la formación inicial docente de educación primaria de un Instituto Superior Pedagógico - Lima 2021

The aim of the research is to analyse the process of curricular alignment in the formative proposal of the primary education syllabus of an Institute of Higher Pedagogical Education in Lima. The approach of the study is qualitative with a phenomenological design. The information was collected through the analysis of curricular documents and semistructured interviews applied to managers and teachers of the primary education curriculum involved in the processes of curriculum management, which allowed the description and interpretation of the experiences of the participants on the phenomenon of study. The discussion describes the meaning and specific nature of the curriculum alignment processes related to achieving coherence in the incorporation and approach of the National Basic Curriculum Design (DCBN) of Initial Teacher Education (ITE) in the institutional training proposal, as well as the implications of assuming the transversality of research and preprofessional practice, and its alignment in the syllabuses of the courses and modules of the curriculum. The conclusions show the starting point of the process of curriculum alignment from the experience of the training institution, the importance of the consistency of the messages for constructive alignment, the relevance of integrative projects in the articulation of the curriculum and for the development of research skills and reflective pedagogical practice.

Análisis de la doctrina para la educación E-Learning en los programas académicos de la Policía Nacional de Colombia 2022

The master's thesis "analysis of the doctrine for e-learning education in the academic programs of the National Police of Colombia 2022", focused on a phenomenological research with a qualitative approach, seeking to respond to the training needs developed in the Directorate of Police Education, which had as general objective to analyze how the doctrine contributes to e-learning education in the academic programs of the National Police of Colombia. This work allowed the participation of thematic experts to identify the categories required in the development of the research process and it was possible to prioritize the categories with the greatest need for research. The results obtained indicate that e-learning contributes substantially to the doctrinal training processes in the Colombian National Police. However, it is necessary to establish and unify clear guidelines on E-learning training and police doctrine that allow not only teachers but also students to have clarity on how to carry out this training modality and also to have clear aspects on doctrine by the academic community in order to be transmitted from generation to generation.

El control previo y su relación con la toma de decisiones en la gerencia de administración y finanzas de la municipalidad de Santiago de Surco 2023

El presente informe tiene por objetivo principal, analizar el vínculo entre el control previo y su relación con la toma de decisiones en la Gerencia de Administración y Finanzas del municipio de Santiago de Surco en el año 2023, para aplicar medidas eficientes y eficaces en el control previo, haciendo énfasis en la selección de elecciones que precisen optimizar la gestión y lograr obtener los resultados planificados considerando la eficacia y eficiencia en los factores a indagar. Las diferentes alternativas aplicadas para solucionar las deficiencias encontradas, ayudaron a mejorar de manera considerable las mismas, como un desempeño más claro, eficaz y en menor tiempo. Asimismo, la capacitación constante de personal responsable del control previo en la actualización de normas y coordinaciones constantes entre áreas usuarias involucradas, lograron un resultado más eficaz y eficiente en la selección de elecciones en pro de la administración y la institución. Finalmente, el control previo y la toma de decisiones dentro del municipio en cuestión están relacionados, asimismo, la instauración de utensilios idóneos optimizó la eficacia burocrática y la diafanidad en la administración de haberes estatales.

Diseño de una propuesta curricular para el desarrollo de habilidades investigativas en el área de ciencias naturales en los estudiantes de la media fortalecida del Colegio Toberin 2014

This research was developed in the field of education, specifically curriculum processes that guide the relationship between school knowledge and their own pedagogical practices of teachers into the classroom, many students entering higher education do with major flaws, and even college graduates Toberín, processes or ways of doing research, and a disinterest in their own university life science activities; which does not allow them to continue at this level, the research focused on the design of a proposal that aims for the development of research skills of high school students of the institution. For this reason, the institution welcomed the draft Media Education Strengthened and increased access to higher education, according to the policies of the District Education Department (SED) in agreement with the University of La Salle, which seeks to create a link between students of secondary education (grades 10 and 11) and institutions of higher education. It was developed with the participation of teachers and students of the stronger half, under a methodology developed in the context, qualitative descriptive research, specifically action research, building research scenarios from the perspective of individuals and groups involved and not just direct action who runs the research as data collection techniques analysis of institutional documents, survey, analysis of meeting minutes area of science and the academic council was used. The result was a curriculum that article the research skills and problem-based learning, approaching the characteristics and challenges of both levels because of advances in relevance, quality, access, inclusion; and need to implement research into educational practice.

La educación musical como estrategia en el desarrollo de la formación integral de los estudiantes de la corporación cultural mochila cantora de Bucaramanga-Colombia-2016

The present research called The Musical Education as Strategy in the Development of the Integral Training of the Students of the Cultural Corporation Mochila Cantora of Bucaramanga-Colombia-2016, had like objective to determine the impact generated by the musical education in the integral development of the children taken as a study sample. This study allows us to recognize the importance of musical practices as an instrument for the development and strengthening of communicative, affective and socio-political abilities in children, in order to achieve a better coexistence in the home, school and community. strengthening values that contribute significantly to the consolidation of a more just, tolerant and equitable society that is contextualized in a framework of collaborative work at the nation level, where a history of violence of more than 50 years is ending. For the development of the research, we worked with a sample of 65 children, representing 77.38% of the 100% of the population under study. In addition, the research was of a non-experimental type with a causal correlational transection type design. On the other hand, an instrument was designed for the collection of data type survey, which allowed correlating aspects of music education with comprehensive education. This instrument was applied in a guided way, whose analysis allowed us to conclude that 100% of children (although in a different proportion), have seen in music a means that has allowed them to communicate effectively, develop a sense of belonging to their own culture, and / or increase their level of self-esteem and empathy with others.

Estrategias pedagógicas para evitar que los estudiantes de quinto de primaria del colegio Fátima Cúcuta 2019, sean víctimas de ciberdelitos

Cybercrimes today have been classified as a risk worldwide that does not discriminate age, from children in their early days in the use of social networks, to adults, who are affected, in different ways. From the foregoing, said problem is taken as an opportunity to establish possible solutions from the genesis, that is, to prevent any conduct that may lead to the risk of being victims of cybercrime. Thus, the objective of this research was to propose pedagogical strategies to prevent fifth grade students from the Nuestra Señora de Fátima school in Cúcuta, from being victims of cybercrimes. The approach was qualitative with a basic research design and the technique used is the in-depth interview, implemented in four teachers, eight parents of fifth grade students and eight fifth grade students from the aforementioned educational institution. It was obtained as a result that in the institution pedagogical strategies are carried out by the teachers, however, updating and training is required regarding the different modalities of cybercrimes. The importance and functionality of pedagogical strategies for the prevention of cybercrimes, the accompaniment of adults and educators as an important factor of prevention and the importance of knowledge of the different forms of cybercrime were established.

This thesis aims to determine the influence of Ethnic Education in Identity Formation in students of Professional Technicians Police Service School "Miguel Antonio Caicedo Mena (M.A.C.M)" Yuto - Chocó - 2015. It is framed within the type of basic research it is exploratory, descriptive and explanatory, with the objective to determine the influence of Ethnic Education in the Formation of Identity. For the variable of the influence of ethnic education in the formation of identity, he turned to documentary files School "Miguel Antonio Caicedo Mena" Yuto - Choco institution where the evaluation minutes is about the formative processes cadets and likewise resorted to the application of a survey. Among the results it shows that the variables Ethnoeducation and identity formation of students of Professional Technicians Service Police of "Miguel Antonio Caicedo Mena" Yuto School - Choco, are dependent on one another, as broadly 89% of the population under study is perception that lack of ethnic education projects in the institutional plan of the police school "MLI" is the main factor affecting the formation of the ethnic identity of their students, which turned out to be significant (p <0.05) which implied rejecting the null hypothesis (Ho) so that the association between these variables was held. The statistical test value in the Chi Square distribution table for a significance level of 5% and a degree of freedom of 3 is 7.81

Factores sociodemográficos, resilientes y profesional assessment de los internos de medicina de una universidad privada de Lima 2021

The research was titled sociodemographic, resilient and professional assessment factors of the medical interns of a private university in Lima 2021, the objective was to determine the sociodemographic factors associated with the resilience and professional assessment of the medical interns of a private university in Lima 2021. Regarding the methodology, the approach was quantitative, the substantive type of nonexperimental correlational design, the resilience and professional assessment instrument was validated, and the reliability of the instruments was also found. The results were found using the chi-square hypothesis test to establish the associated factors and Spearman's Rho to determine the relationship of the variables. The results were that there are sociodemographic factors associated with the resilience and professional assessment of the medical interns of a private university in Lima 2021; due to resilience and professional assessment and it was found relationed with age, sex and school of origin, p value = 0.000 and p <0.05 and that there is a significant relationship between resilience and professional assessment of medical interns at a private university in Lima 2021.

Formación docente y rendimiento académico en estudiantes de terapia física y rehabilitación en una universidad privada de Lima

This research entitled "Teacher training and academic performance of students of the VI cycle of the School of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation of a university in Lima" during the period corresponding to 2018, was aimed at identifying the relationship between teacher training and the academic performance of the students, the same that constitute the study variables. It is a basic study, since the results speculate in theoretical knowledge, it is also framed in a quantitative approach, of non-experimental, correlational design, with descriptive scope of the indicated variables. There was a sample of 120 students and 22 teachers. An instrument, likert-type scale, was used for teachers, validated by expert judgment. The statistical correlation results showed that the mentioned variables have a moderate and negative association with a Sperman's Rho coefficient equal to -0.043; but that it was not significant, with a p value (0.849) was greater than 0.05. Similarity and differences were also found regarding the disciplinary, pedagogical and personal dimensions of teacher training and the academic performance of students with respect to the reviewed background.

Formación extracurricular en valores en la expectativa de autoeficacia de estudiantes del cuarto al décimo nivel de educación general básica de una escuela fiscal en Quito – Ecuador, 2014- 2015

This study examines the impact of extracurricular formation in ethics and moral values in the self-efficacy of kids from a public school in Quito during the 2014 – 2015 term. To do that we conducted an explanatory study with an ex post facto non experimental design. We applied the Carrasco and Del Barrio (2002) selfefficacy scale modified for Ecuador; its validity was calculated as V>0,80 in every item and its fiability was verified with a Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient of 0,742. The instrument was applied to 25 kids that attend to the extracurricular formation in ethics and moral values, and was applied as well to 110 kid that don’t benefit from this stimulus. From there, we compared the scores obtained in the two groups regarding their general, academic, social, and self-regulatory self-efficacy, in order to determine if there’s such a significative statistic difference between the two groups using the Student t test and Mann Whitney test. The results show that kids attending extracurricular formation in ethics and moral values had better levels of general, academic, social, and auto-regulatory selfefficacy, showing significative statistic difference with those that didn’t benefit from that stimulus. Therefore, we concluded affirming that is necessary to promote this kind of experiences in kids.

Formación integral de los estudiantes y la cultura de envejecimiento en la universidad peruana 2015

The present research called Integral Training of Students and the Culture of Aging at the Universidad Peruana-2015, aimed to establish the relationship that exists between integral formation with the culture of aging in the Peruvian University -2015, since the current educational models still Have not consolidated these issues concerning a culture of aging. We worked with a sample of 70 students of the last year of the faculty of Administration of the University San Ignacio de Loyola. It is a descriptive Investigation of non-experimental design the same one that has as aim to familiarize us with this little-known subject, of great importance and little studied by means of the measurement of its correlative level. An instrument for the collection of data was designed that was a questionnaire the same that met the indicators of the present work. The results obtained is that the student of the San Ignacio de Loyola University of the last year of the administration faculty a high percentage 38.57% of students do not have consolidated their recognition of training their attitude attitude related to values, ethics, Respect, solidarity, adding up the 17.13% who do not recognize it; Making a total of 56%. The constant is repeated when finding in our study that our students are not recognized in the humanist perspective because 50% is indifferent and does not recognize it 14.28%. A positive relationship was found [r = 0.30] between the Integral Formation: attitudinal competence and a positive perception of old age. Conclusion: Even the San Ignacio de Loyola University has not consolidated its educational model related to the strengthening of attitudinal competencies according to the needs of our society, in this case with the stereotypes of aging, which makes it necessary to foster a culture of aging positive.

Gobierno electrónico y satisfacción de los usuarios internos del Centro Médico Naval Cirujano Mayor Santiago Távara, Callao, Perú 2023

The general objective of this research was to determine the relationship between e-government and internal user satisfaction at the Santiago Távara Naval Medical Center; for which the hypothetical deductive method was used, under an applied quantitative approach, the research design was non-experimental (observational) at a correlational level. A total population of 245 collaborators, internal users (military personnel, appointed and contracted civilian personnel) was considered for this research, determining a sample of 150 collaborators. At the conclusion of the research, the results revealed that there is an association between the variables E-Government and Internal User Satisfaction, and a moderate positive and low correlation was found; confirming the hypothesis that there is a relationship between E-Government and internal user satisfaction. It should be noted that, although the dimensions Presence, Interaction and Transaction do not have a significant association, the variable Transformation does have a positive and moderate association, especially considering that the age groups between 31 and 50 years old, highlight their level of Excellent. Finally, it can be affirmed that, to the extent that e-government is implemented, a better internal user satisfaction will be achieved.

Habilidades sociales y formación profesional en estudiantes de la facultad de Ingeniería Industrial y de Sistemas de una universidad nacional de Lima, 2021

The study aimed to: Determine the relationship between Social Skills and Professional Training in students of the Faculty of Industrial and Systems Engineering of a National University of Lima, 2021. The method used for the study was the hypothetical deductive, quantitative approach; according to its purpose it was applied, since it sought to solve practical problems of the study; presented a Non-Experimental design, Correlational level, transactional or cross-sectional, since it was able to know the relationship between the study variables: social skills and professional training. In relation to its population, it was made up of 100 students from the Faculty of Industrial and Systems Engineering, of a National University of Lima, 2021; the sample was census type because the entire study population was considered. To collect the various data, two questionnaires were used, which underwent expert judgment for validation, for its reliability the Cronbach's Alpha statistic was used and to infer the data the Kolmogórov-Smirnov statistic test and as the data obtained came out that does not have a normal distribution, a non-parametric test was used to test its hypotheses, such as Spearman's Rho test, which is the one that sees the degree of relationship between the variables. The results obtained indicated that there is a degree of relationship between social skills and professional training in Engineering students, this means that there is a very strong positive correlation, accepting the alternate hypothesis and rejecting the null hypothesis.

Implementación de un plan de capacitación para mejorar la calidad de servicio en la empresa Sinercorp S.A.C, Chorrillos 2024

El presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional tuvo como objetivo principal determinar como el desarrollo de un plan de capacitación impacta en la calidad de servicio de la empresa SINERCORP S.A.C., aplicando una estructura de este plan de aprendizaje para los colaboradores, elaborando manuales de capacitación, material audiovisual y un rol de tareas para cada colaborador. Todo esto se desarrolló durante el segundo semestre del año 2024 a la actualidad, dando como resultado un crecimiento en el área de control y gestión de datos, a través de los informes y el aumento del personal, debido al incremento de la confianza de nuestros clientes y el directorio principalmente. Llegando a la conclusión de que implementar este plan impacta significativamente en el aumento del nivel de servicio ofrecido y sobre todo genera fidelidad en los colaboradores y ganas de crecer dentro de la empresa, debido a que logran darse cuenta que existe la preocupación de que ellos puedan tener un buen progreso y sobre todo cuidando los niveles de estrés y sobrecarga en el trabajo.

Implementación del plan de desarrollo de personas para cerrar brechas de competencias en la Escuela Nacional Superior de Ballet, Lima 2024

El presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional denominado Implementación del Plan de Desarrollo de Personas para cerrar brechas de competencias en la Escuela Nacional Superior de Ballet, Lima 2024 es desarrollado para demostrar al jurado evaluador la capacidad profesional de los servidores públicos, a través de la prestación de servicio de asistencia de Recursos Humanos en la Unidad de Personal de la Escuela Nacional Superior de Ballet (ENSB). La finalidad de la implementación del Plan de Desarrollo de las Personas (PDP) es cerrar brechas de conocimiento de los servidores públicos de dicha institución que les permita adquirir conocimientos técnicos y habilidades personales alineados al logro de los objetivos estratégicos institucionales, con el fin de optimizar los servicios que se ofrecen a los padres de familia, estudiantes y público en general. El proceso se desarrolló de acuerdo a lo establecido en la (Resolución de Presidencia Ejecutiva N° 141-2016-SERVIR-PE, s. f.), la cual establece el marco normativo del proceso de capacitación que consiste en tres etapas: i) Planificación, ii) Ejecución y iii) Evaluación, ccon el objetivo de mejorar el desempeño de los servidores civiles y, en consecuencia, la calidad de los servicios brindados a la ciudadanía.

Incidencia del liderazgo pedagógico directivo en el fortalecimiento de los procesos curriculares de las comunidades de aprendizaje, Cali, 2015 – 2019

This research examines Principal’s Pedagogical Leadership and its impacts on the improvement of curricular processes of learning communities implemented in Cali, Valle del Cauca, Colombia, on the period 2015-2019. Principal’s Pedagogical Leadership is understood as a realm of school action in which skills, competencies, practices and perceptions regarding the direction, orientation, support and execution of transformative actions of educational dynamics through dialogic principles and successful educational actions. In the Principal’s Pedagogical Leadership tracing methodology, the grounded theory is used as a qualitative research methodological tool that allows the codification, categorization and theoretical saturation based on discursive practices and participant observation granting constant comparison of perceptions permeating the work of the participating subjects. As a result, it has been possible to establish the way in which the teaching directors influence the implementation of successful educational principles and actions characteristic of the Learning Communities, with which they propose the improvement of school performance. The conclusions emphasize the challenges that emerge on the improvement of training in pedagogical leadership of public educational institutions and on the inducting processes of those who aspire to join the school leadership.

Influencia de la práctica deportiva en el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes de la Institución Educativa Vanegas del Municipio de Lebrija, Santander - Colombia

The following study tries to establish the influence of sports practice, understanding this as all activity conducted on schoolchildren, with the academic performance of students in a rural school, in the municipality of Lebrija, Santander, Colombia. Research is methodologically descriptive where specific types of activity are evaluated: recreational, competitive and educational, and the relationship of these to academic performance. Participating in the study 111 students, which was applied an instrument to measure the study variables. The results show a positive correlation ofr =0.583 for students who perform competitive activity, r = 0,624 for students doing recreational activity, and r = 0,502 for those conducting educational activity. We conclude that the more sports, academic performance is better.

Programa de formación lectora para desarrollar la capacidad resiliente en estudiantes de la institución educativa rural Santana, Putumayo – 2019

The research aimed to determine to what extent a reading program can contribute to developing resilience in adolescents in grade eleven of the Rural Educational Institution Santana. The research was applied, quantitative approach of experimental design, pre experimental sub design. The study was carried out with 67 eleventh grade students, who, for various reasons, had reading deficiencies, a low level of understanding and a certain apathy towards community affairs and higher studies. The instrument was applied to the students before and after the application of the program. The results obtained positively indicated that the application of the reading program contributed significantly to improving aspects related to their reading comprehension and resilience in students. The same result was found in the improvement of personal skills, which provided the necessary security to overcome their weaknesses, in social skills, improved interaction and dialogue, being more assertive the relationship between peers; In the community competitions, the students sought a closer relationship with their community and their participation in community events became evident, as well as their interest in common problems.

La investigación tuvo como objetivo “Proponer estrategias para la mejora de la seguridad y salud ocupacional en una empresa metalmecánica Ayacucho 2022”. La metodología utilizada se basa en el enfoque mixto, de tipo proyectiva con un diseño secuencial explicativo, sintagma holístico, y la aplicación de los métodos analítico, deductivo e inductivo. Los instrumentos y la técnica utilizada corresponden a la entrevista y a las encuestas. Los resultados identificaron las problemáticas a combatir dentro de la empresa, lo que determino los siguientes objetivos: (i) propuesta de mejora del sistema de gestión de formación del trabajador respecto a la seguridad y salud ocupacional aplicando el ciclo De Deming, lo cual mejoraría el conocimiento de los trabajadores respecto a diferentes factores de riesgos que se encuentran dentro de su área laboral, (ii) propuesta de una mejora del plan de mantenimiento preventivo mediante el ciclo de Deming, buscando mejorar el actual plan de mantenimiento preventivo que tiene varias deficiencias y problemas y (iii) propuesta de instauración del artículo 33, de la ley N.º 29783, ley de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, con lo cual se busca que, la empresa haga uso de los registros que se determina por ley.
