Cuidados de enfermería en cateterismo vesical y gestión de riesgo clínico en pacientes adultos del hospital Daniel Alcides Carrión, Callao 2023

The present investigation was carried out with the objective of "Determining how nursing care in bladder catheterization is related to clinical risk management in adult patients, at the Daniel Alcides Carrión Hospital, Callao 2023". Study with a quantitative, correlational approach of a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The population is made up of 80 nursing graduates who work in the services of the Intensive Care Unit, Intermediate Care Unit, Medicine and emergency, the technique used for data collection was the survey, the instrument used was a questionnaire about Nursing care in bladder catheterization consisting of 43 questions and a data collection sheet on clinical risk management. Among the results, it was found that the professionals who present inadequate clinical risk management, 87.3% present a deficient level of nursing care in bladder catheterization and 12.7% present a good level of nursing care in bladder catheterization. while the professionals who present an adequate clinical risk management, 17.6% present a deficient level in nursing care in bladder catheterization and 82.4% present a good level in nursing care in bladder catheterization, reaching the conclusion that there is a relationship between nursing care in bladder catheterization with clinical risk management in adult patients of the Carrion hospital, Callao 2023.

Cultura de seguridad y gestión de riesgos en profesionales de la salud en el primer nivel de atención, Ayacucho – Perú, 2023

Objective: Determine the relationship between safety culture and risk management in health professionals of first leve of care facilities of the Ayacucho Norte Health Network, Ayacucho Perú,2023. Materials and methods: Quantitative approach, non-experimental design, correlational-cross sectional, with a population of 186 health professionals and a final sample of 130 participants. Two questionnaires were used for data collection. To test the hypotheses, the data were analyzed using Spearman's coefficient. Results: it was evidente that safety culture (74.6%) and risk management (74.6%) were negative. Hypothesis tests showed a significant positive correlation between safety culture (p=0.012), teamwork climate (p=0.019), safety climate (p=0.007), management perception (p=0.023) and working conditions (p=0.018) with risk management, while with job satisfaction (p=0.202) and stress recognition (p=0.171) there is no relationship. Conclusion: safety culture has a significant positive relationship with risk management in health professionals of first leve of care facilities in the Ayacucho Norte Health Network, Ayacucho- Perú,2023.

Gestión de riesgo y seguridad del paciente en los servicios de enfermería de un hospital de EsSalud, 2023

El presente estudio tiene como objetivo: Determinar la relación entre gestión de riesgo y seguridad del paciente en los servicios de Enfermería de un Hospital de EsSalud, 2023. La investigación será cuantitativa y empleará el método hipotético deductivo, el tipo de investigación será aplicada, el diseño será no experimental, el corte será transversal y el nivel será correlacional. En cuanto a la población, se tomará en cuenta a 300 personas que forman parte del personal de salud entre enfermeras de las áreas de medicina, cirugía, ambulatorio y madre niño de un hospital de EsSalud de la ciudad de Lima, Perú. Con respecto a la técnica a utilizar será la encuesta y en cuanto al instrumento se emplearán el cuestionario y la escala de Likert. Los instrumentos fueron previamente validados y son cuestionarios que medirán las variables, a saber: que cuenta con un coeficiente de confiabilidad de 0,857 de Alpha de Cronbach ambos instrumentos cuyo valor fue 0,817 para el cuestionario evaluación de riesgos y 0,876 para seguridad del paciente; los resultados se tabularán para elaborar las estadísticas necesarias y, en caso necesario, se interpretarán mediante tablas y gráficos. Finalmente, se evaluará el grado de relación entre ambas variables mediante el coeficiente de Spearman y la prueba de Chi Cuadrado, que dará respuesta al objetivo planteado.
