(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-02-17) Calderón Huaranca, Lourdes Verónica; Vásquez Martínez, Alfredo; Borda Izquierdo, Alejandro
In the final selection, 10 articles were chosen, we found that 10% are from the country of Spain, 10% Germany, 40% USA, 10% Japan, 20% Italy and 10% from Slovakia. Where, of the total number of articles analyzed, 60% are systematic reviews, 30% are cohort studies, and 10% are case-control studies, in both there is scientific evidence that in the face of cumulative occupational exposure to hours worked in workers exposed to chromium VI in the industrial sector there are risk factors for suffering from occupational cancer.

Perception of health risk in front of COVID-19 in Antamina mining workers 2021
(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-08-29) Cacha Rojas, Violeta Rebeca; Fernández Rengifo, Werther Fernando
Since the Covid-19 pandemic was declared on March 11, 2020 by the World Health Organization, due to its rapid spread in more than 100 countries, it caused a crisis in health systems, which is why it was declared at the national level. the state of emergency; Due to the restrictions and measures implemented such as social isolation, traffic restrictions, more rigorous biosafety protocols in mining operations, and dismissal of workers, it is estimated that approximately 250 mining companies were paralyzed in about 33 countries, including Peru. In this context, the national government on May 2, 2020, through the issuance of Supreme Decree No. 080-2020-PCM, adopted the measure to prevent the economy from being affected, excepting the mining sector from prohibited activities. Thus, in July 2020, it was officially reported that workers had tested positive for COVID-19 in the mining sector, evidencing inadequate levels of health risk perception, since biosafety protocols were not well implemented or turned out to be insufficient. Objective: Determine the perception of health risk against COVID-19 in the workers of the Mota Engil Antamina 2021 company. Material and Method: This research has a quantitative approach, descriptive type, its design is cross-sectional observational, it will be carried out at the Antamina mining company. The sample will be 100 workers. A previously validated questionnaire on health risk perception will be applied.

Risk of alcohol consumption for treatment adherence in adults with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis
(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-09-02) Ccasani Barrios, Carmen Rosa; Cruz Luna, Esther Cecilia; Borda Izquierdo, Alejandro
Objective: To evaluate the evidence on the implications of alcohol consumption for treatment adherence in adults with Multidrug-Resistant Tuberculosis (MDR-TB). Materials and Methods: The systematic review synthesizes the results of multiple primary studies. It is an essential component of Evidence-Based Nursing, involving a systematic investigation of findings in the research. Scientific articles selected to support this objective were analyzed using the GRADE method, an instrument that evaluates the effectiveness of evidence. Results: The final selection included 10 articles, which found that alcohol consumption affects MDR-TB treatment in the following countries: Belarus (37.8%), South Africa (64%), Kerala-India (87.5%), Western India (22%), Karnataka-India (52.2%), South Africa (26.8%), Ethiopia (29.6%), Peru (23.6%), Baltic countries (70%), and the Philippines (75%). Most of the studies were case-control or cohort studies (100%). All 10 articles reviewed found that alcohol consumption leads to non-adherence to MDR-TB treatment. Conclusions: All the articles analyzed (100%) confirm that alcohol consumption negatively impacts treatment adherence in adults with Multidrug-Resistant Tuberculosis.

Objectives: To analyze the risks associated with the inhalation of surgical smoke in operating room healthcare personnel. Methodology: A systematic review of 10 articles was conducted. We found that 30% (3) of the studies were from Mexico, 20% (2) from the United States, and 10% (1) from Turkey, Spain, Brazil, Australia, and Poland, respectively. The majority of studies were systematic reviews, making up 50%, primarily from the United States, Brazil, Spain, and Australia. A further 20% consisted of cross-sectional descriptive studies from Turkey and Mexico, while 10% were cohort, correlational, and cross-sectional studies from Mexico, Poland, and Mexico, respectively. Results: According to the results of the systematic review, 100% (n=10/10) of the articles reviewed show that surgical smoke poses potential health risks to the personnel working in the surgical center. Conclusions: The studies indicate that inhalation of surgical smoke represents a chemical and biological risk factor for personnel working in the operating room.
