Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of a single-lumen aspiration needle versus a double-lumen aspiration needle in follicular aspiration in patients with high-complexity infertility issues(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-11-04) Guevara Mendoza, Ursula Yulliana; Huiman Cruzado, Rosario del Pilar; Calsin Pacompia, WilmerMaterials and Methods: The research was quantitative, and the study design is a systematic review. The population consists of a literature review of 10 scientific articles published in scientific databases in Spanish and English, with a maximum age of ten years. The databases used were: EBSCO, PubMed, Scielo, Epistemonikos, and the Journal of Assisted Reproduction. A critical and intensive evaluation of each article was conducted using the GRADE method, which provides a systematic and transparent way to summarize the evidence. Results: Of the total, 50% are from the United States, 20% from Turkey, and 10% each from China, Germany, and Egypt, respectively. Regarding study designs, 60% are randomized controlled trials, 10% are meta-analyses, 10% are retrospective studies, 10% are cohort studies, and 10% are systematic reviews and meta-analyses. The studies were quantitative. Conclusions: It was concluded that 50% of the studies demonstrate the effectiveness of a single-lumen needle, 30% indicate that both needles are effective, and 20% show that the double-lumen needle is effective in follicular washing. Así, se concluyó que los resultados del espermograma se relacionan con la infertilidad en los pacientes analizados con p = 0.000.Ítem Acceso abierto Knowledge and practices about the safety process of surgical instruments, nursing professional, Huaral hospital 2020(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020-10-04) Eustaquio Fernández, Carmen; Arevalo Marcos, Rodolfo AmadoPeru has a tendency that 20% of surgical interventions end in infection of the surgical site, this may be due to the fact that a sample of nursing personnel studied, 67% report that there is no specific area to carry out the cleaning process, and that 100% of the staff indicate that the activity is not carried out in an appropriate place, they do not use enzymatic detergent to wash materials, and that 79% do not comply with rinsing medical instruments with running water, and Even worse for the sterilization process, 46% do not place external or internal indicators (4) One of the elements contributing to the transmission of pathogens are the surgical instruments, which are used within the surgical act, which subsequently implies giving the appropriate cleaning and disinfection process to reduce the microbial load, guaranteeing optimal sterility and thus preventing this type. of complications (5) One of the elements contributing to the transmission of pathogens are the surgical instruments, which are used within the surgical act, which subsequently implies giving the appropriate cleaning and disinfection process to reduce the microbial load, guaranteeing optimal sterility and thus preventing this type. of complications (5) In this context, a great challenge arises for the nursing professional who requires knowledge about the care of surgical instruments since this must be meticulous and standardized, carried out in a methodical and precise manner (6).
