Publicación Acceso abierto Clima laboral y desempeño del usuario interno del hospital municipal Los Olivos, Lima – Perú, 2020(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-02-17) Herrera Ucañan, Diana Lizeth; Maguiña Palma, Misael EriksonThe study carried out on "Work climate and performance of the internal user of the Los Olivos Municipal Hospital, Lima - Peru, 2020", was designed to determine the relationship between the work environment and the performance of the internal user of the Los Olivos Municipal Hospital. The research has a quantitative approach, an applicative type of correlational scope, without an experimental and cross-sectional design. The population consisted of 121 internal users of the institution. Likert-type questionnaires will be applied, the first from Litwin Stringer and the second from the Ministry of Health. Results: It was found that there is a relationship between the work environment and the performance of the internal user, which shows a high positive correlation, with a value of 0.821. In addition, in this research it was concluded that there is a relationship between both variables, although the variable work environment and its dimension structure, responsibility, relationships, conflicts and identity, have shown correlation values of 0.581,0.641,0.562, 0.664 and 0.522 respectively with performance, which shows a moderate positive correlation.Publicación Acceso abierto Conflictos laborales y las relaciones interpersonales en enfermeras y personal técnico del Hospital Aurelio Díaz Ufano y Peral - 2020(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-11-27) Chavez Dávila, Zoila Doris; Maguiña Palma, Misael EriksonThe objective of this research was to determine the relationship between interpersonal relationships and labor conflicts in the technical staff and nurses of the Aurelio Díaz Ufano y Peral 2020 hospital The research was of the Deductive, Cuantitative, descriptive correlational type, for which the data collected were applied the two instruments to the workers of said hospital, according to period and sequence, the study is cross-sectional, since the 2 scales were applied to each worker by only once, with prior informed consent; and according to study and scope of the product found. The research showed that there is a correlation between labor conflict and interpersonal relationships with Kendall's tau = .237. A correlation between interpersonal relationships and the disharmony dimension of labor disputes with Kendall's tau = -.960. A correlation between interpersonal relationships and the incompatibility dimension of labor disputes with Kendall's tau = .329. And a correlation between interpersonal relationships and the conflict dimension of labor disputes with Kendall's tau = .231. A hypothetical-deductive methodology is proposed, with a quantitative, applied approach, with a non-experimental and cross-sectional design and correlational descriptive scope. The sample consisted of 150 nurses. Within the results of the Chi-square Test for Related Factors and Styles of Managing Labor Conflicts in the Nursing Staff of the Santa Rosa de Lima Hospital, we can verify for the Structural Factors Dimension with its indicators of Contract Modality, Age, Sex, Marital Status, Academic Degree, Length of Service, Institutions where they work and Salary. as well as for behavioral and cultural factors, the level of significance was 0.000 for all, which is less than 0.050, therefore we can indicate that they are related to the variable Work Conflict Management Styles. It was also obtained that the Type of Organizational Communication, 73.3% of the sample indicates that their type of Organizational Communication is Average and 14.7% indicate that they have an Adequate Type of Organizational Communication, for the variable style of management of labor conflicts it was obtained that 65.3% indicate that their Style is Committed, while in 28.0% indicate that their Style is Competitive. In conclusion, there is a relationship between Related Factors and Work Conflict Management Styles in the nursing staff of the Santa Rosa Hospital in Lima.Publicación Acceso abierto Riesgo laboral y desempeño laboral en el personal de enfermería, del servicio de emergencia del Hospital Nacional Arzobispo Loayza, Lima – Perú, 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-05-27) Custodio Villar, Pedro Juan; Bonilla Asalde, Cesar AntonioThe present study aimed to determine the relationship between occupational risk and job performance among nursing staff in the Emergency Department of the Arzobispo Loayza National Hospital, Lima–Peru, in 2021. The research was conducted using a quantitative, applied approach, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional, and correlational design. The population consisted of 254 nursing professionals and technicians, from which a sample of 120 participants was selected through non-probabilistic convenience sampling. Data collection was carried out using the survey technique, applying validated and reliable questionnaires to measure the variables occupational risk (biological, chemical, and ergonomic) and job performance (productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency). Statistical analysis was performed using Spearman’s rho correlation coefficient. The results showed a statistically significant relationship between occupational risk and job performance among nursing staff (p<0.05). Likewise, significant relationships were found between biological, chemical, and ergonomic risks and job performance. These findings confirm that exposure to occupational risks directly influences the performance of nursing personnel. It is concluded that strengthening occupational risk prevention strategies and promoting safe working conditions are necessary to improve job performance and the quality of care in emergency services.
