Material y método: El enfoque fue cuantitativo, el nivel correlacional, diseño no experimental. La población está conformada por 110 enfermeros. Resultados: Se encontró una relación positiva moderada entre el clima organizacional y el desempeño laboral del personal de enfermería, con un (r= 0.652; p < 0.000). De manera específica, el liderazgo mostró una correlación positiva moderada con el desempeño laboral, con un (r= 0.529; p < 0.000). Asimismo, la motivación presentó una relación positiva moderada, con un (r= 0.646; p < 0.000; y la reciprocidad evidenció una correlación positiva moderada con el desempeño laboral, con un (r= 0.645; p < 0.000). Conclusiones: Se concluyó que existe relación significativa entre el clima organizacional y el desempeño laboral en el personal de enfermería en el área de hospitalización de una Institución Hospitalaria de Lima durante el período 2024.Ítem Acceso abierto Effect of nursing leadership styles in patient satisfaction(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-08-04) Baldeón Estares, Maria Elena; Condor Campos, Irma; Pérez Siguas, Rosa EvaObjective: To analyze and systematize the evidence on the effects of nursing leadership styles on patient satisfaction. Material and Methods: Retrospective and observational quantitative systematic review, using the Grade evaluation system to identify the degree of evidence and subjected to critical selection, found in the following databases: PubMed, Cielo, Redalyc, Cocharane, Epistemonikos, Lilacs. Of the 10 systematically reviewed articles, 40% (n= 4/10) are systematic reviews, 30% (n= 3/10) are quantitative studies, 20% (n= 2/10) are cross-sectional studies and 10% (n= 1/10) is a bibliographic review. The results found in the systematic review of the present study, are from the countries of the USA (20%) followed by Portugal (10%), Canada (10%), Spain (10%), Chile (10%), Iran (10%), England (10%), Norway (10%) and the United Kingdom (10%). Results: Similarly, the evidence indicates that 70% (n = 7/10) indicate that the various leadership styles in nursing generate an effect on patient satisfaction and 30% (n = 3/10) show no effect because they do not present statistical significance. Material and Method: The systematic review of the 6 scientific articles found on the effectiveness of educational interventions to improve leadership in nursing professionals were found in the following databases: Pubmed, Lilacs, Cochrane, Lilacs, Scielo, among others. , from the years 2008 to 2018. all of them were analyzed according to the Grade scale to determine their strength and quality of evidence. Results: Of the 6 articles found, 16.6% (1/6) are systematic reviews, 50% (3/6) are mixed articles (qualitative-quantitative), 16.6% (1/6) are quasi-experimental and the 16.6%(1/6) is qualitative. 100% (n=6/6) demonstrate that leadership training is essential for nursing professionals, as well as continuous training being very effective for nurse managers, which leads to the success of teamwork and collaboration. organization. La metodología de enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, corte transversal y alcance correlacional. La muestra 152 enfermeras que trabajan en clínica. Se utilizó dos instrumentos validados: el Cuestionario Multifactorial del Liderazgo (5X) corta de Bass y Avolio y el Cuestionario de Cultura de Seguridad de los Pacientes de la AHRQ. Los resultados evidencian que existe relación positiva y significativa entre estilos de liderazgo y la cultura de seguridad del paciente, de acuerdo con los valores estadísticos (Rho de Spearman 0.339), aceptándose la hipótesis alterna: Existe relación significativa entre estilos de liderazgo y cultura de seguridad del paciente en enfermeras en una clínica de Lima, 2024. Además, la relación entre estilos de liderazgo y la dimensión CSP a nivel de servicio fue positiva (Rho de Spearman 0.376); la relación entre estilos de liderazgo y la dimensión CSP a nivel de toda la clínica fue positiva (Rho de Spearman 0.444); al igual que la relación entre estilos de liderazgo y la dimensión resultados de CSP fue positiva (Rho de Spearman 0.311). The search was restricted to full-text articles, and the selected articles underwent critical reading using the GRADE system to assign the strength of recommendation. It was found that 30% (03) correspond to Chile, 60% (06) to Colombia, Spain, and Brazil respectively, and 10% (01) corresponds to Cuba. Results: In the selection, 10 articles were chosen, of which 40% identified 4 types of leadership: directive, participative, persuasive, and delegative, and their slight impact on job satisfaction. However, 60% of these articles determined the influence of transformational and transactional leadership on the staff being led and demonstrated the effectiveness of relationship-based leadership on job satisfaction. En el contexto del Frente Policial de Ica, su integración resulta fundamental para mejorar la eficiencia operativa y recuperar la confianza pública. El objetivo principal de esta investigación fue analizar la relación entre el fortalecimiento institucional y el liderazgo en la gestión del Frente Policial de Ica, Perú, en el año 2025. La investigación se desarrolló bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, con diseño no experimental, de tipo básica y nivel correlacional. La muestra estuvo conformada por 343 efectivos policiales seleccionados mediante muestreo probabilístico. Se utilizó un cuestionario estructurado y validado, y los datos fueron analizados con el software SPSS. Los resultados mostraron correlaciones significativas entre el fortalecimiento institucional y el liderazgo, así como entre sus dimensiones: transparencia, integridad, calidad del servicio y marco legal, con las distintas dimensiones del liderazgo organizacional. Todas las hipótesis fueron confirmadas mediante la prueba de Spearman. Se concluye que el fortalecimiento institucional se relaciona positivamente en el desarrollo de un liderazgo efectivo en la gestión policial. Una institución sólida en términos normativos, éticos y operativos crea el entorno adecuado para líderes capaces de promover confianza, cohesión y eficiencia. Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre las habilidades de comunicación y el estilo de liderazgo transformacional de los gerentes de enfermería de un hospital de nivel II, Lima, 2025. Metodología: se basará en la aplicación del método hipotético deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicada, diseño no experimental, corte transversal y alcance correlacional. Población: 100 profesionales de enfermería asistenciales que laboran en un hospital II de Lima. La técnica utilizada será la encuesta, los instrumentos ambos son cuestionarios respectivamente. Dichos instrumentos serán tomados referencialmente desde los estudios de Briceño Sánchez, Dora en el 2020 y Bernard Bass en el 2000, adaptado por Rodríguez en el 2016. La validez del instrumento 1 fue realizada mediante la prueba de r Pearson en un valor de 0.35; igualmente el instrumento 2, mediante validez de contenido a través de juicio de 5 expertos. La confiabilidad del instrumento 1 y 2, se aplicó por medio de prueba piloto y alfa de Cronbach, obteniéndose resultados de alfa de Cronbach de 0,85 y 0,86. También se utilizará el programa SPSS "Statistical Package for the Social Sciences". Para el análisis descriptivo se elaborarán tablas de doble entrada y se expresarán las frecuencias en porcentajes. Cabe mencionar que las variables del presente informe presentan una magnitud directamente proporcionar, ya que al estimular el liderazgo hacia un grupo de personas podrían traer dos caminos, la primera es, al utilizar el liderazgo de una manera incorrecta, traerían consecuencias negativas dentro del grupo de colaboradores internos, sin embargo, al emplear de manera correcta el liderazgo, traería repercusiones positivas dentro del grupo de trabajos, asi como una mejor producción. Methodology: Hypothetical-deductive method, quantitative approach, basic type, correlational, and cross-sectional design. The population consists of 135 nurses, with a sample of 105 nurses from the Guillermo Kaelin De La Fuente Hospital, selected using a known population sample formula. Techniques and Data Collection Instruments: The technique will be a survey, and the instruments used will be the Cuestionario de Estilos de Liderazgo (CELID-S) and the Koopmans Scale, which have a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.75 and 0.70, respectively. Procedures: Data will be collected from the 105 selected nurses according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. Once the data is collected, it will be organized in Excel for quality control and proper organization. Then, to measure the relationship between the two variables, the Spearman Rank Correlation Coefficient will be used. Material and method: quantitative approach and the design is non-experimental, descriptive and cross-sectional. In the study, we worked with the population consisting of 60 nurses who work at the Sisol hospital in San Juan de Lurigancho, who met the exclusion and inclusion criteria. The data collection technique was the survey and the data collection instrument used was a 34-item questionnaire. Results: 42% representing 25 nurses present transformational leadership styles, followed by 32% representing 19 nurses present transactional leadership styles; Finally, 26% representing 16 nurses present avoidant leadership styles Conclusions: the leadership style that predominates in nursing staff is transformational leadership.
