Methodology: It is a systematic, observational, retrospective search engine review. Sciencedirect, Pubmed, Elsevier and Scielo, Results: 70% (7/10) of the research reviewed mentions that homogeneous interventions of “provision of educational information plus physical activity” have had relevant results to reduce sedentary lifestyle in office workers . While 20% (2/10) of the studies only provided the “information dimension”, these have had lower results in their implementation. Likewise, 10% (1/10) of the studies only provided “physical activity”, a study that managed to achieve the standard of physical activity required per day. Conclusions: 7/10 scientific evidence concluded that the mixed intervention of “physical activity plus “information” is sustained over time to reduce sedentary lifestyle and illness in office workers. 2/10 evidence concludes that working on a single indicator “information provision” has little relevance to achieving behavioral change. While 1/10 study shows that working on a single indicator “physical activity” is extremely effective, but for the medium time.Ítem Acceso abierto Efficacy of prehospital therapeutic hypothermia in improving survival and neurological outcomes in patients with cardiac arrest(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-08-25) Gamero Usca, Jose Luis; Matta Solis, Hernán HugoObjective: To systematically analyze the evidence regarding the effectiveness of pre-hospital therapeutic hypothermia to improve survival and neurological outcomes in patients with cardiac arrest. Material and methods: The present study is qualitative with a study design of a systematic review of 10 scientific articles on the effectiveness of prehospital therapeutic hypothermia to improve survival and neurological outcomes in patients with cardiac arrest. These articles were analyzed according to the Grade system. to determine their strength and quality of evidence and were found in the following databases: PubMed, Sciencedirect, Scielo, Epistemonikos. Results: Of the 10 articles reviewed, it was concluded that only 20% point out the effectiveness of pre-hospital therapeutic hypothermia in post-cardiac arrest patients, which shows an improvement in survival with good neurological results of patients upon hospital discharge. On the other hand, 80% of the articles reviewed indicate a series of limitations. Conclusion: The articles reviewed point out that the evidence does not support the administration of pre-hospital therapeutic hypothermia to patients with cardiac arrest where optimal temperature was not achieved by pre-hospital hypothermia due to short transport time. and limited cold liquid.Ítem Acceso abierto Factors linked to the abandonment of exclusive breastfeeding (EBF) in mothers from La Clínica María del Socorro, located in the ATE-2020 district(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-07-02) Valenzuela Villajuan, Xiomara Gianina; Gonzales Saldaña, Susan HaydeeObjective To determine the factors linked to the abandonment of Exclusive Breastfeeding in mothers from the María del Socorro Clinic, located in the District of Ate. Among the materials, a review of the bibliographic material was applied. Regarding the method, a quantitative study was carried out on 50 mothers in the postpartum stage, who regularly attend pediatric check-ups at the María del Socorro clinic. The interview was used as a data collection technique and the researcher Carhuas Jem's questionnaire, which has been validated by the Expert Judgment method with 5 Judges and for reliability the Tes-Reset technique has been applied. Data collection took place over a month and the interviews lasted an estimated 35 minutes. Among the relevant results, it was possible to determine several factors, such as socioeconomic ones, where 56% have a marital status of cohabiting and 64% have a higher education level, however, 68% are not working, 50% are dedicated to household chores and 48% of the mothers have an insufficient economic income, the majority (84%) coming from the Sierra and the Coast.
