Breastfeeding techniques and their relationship with mother-child behavioral attachment at the Piedra Liza Maternal and Child Center - 2018

Objective: Determine the relationship between breastfeeding techniques and mother-child behavioral attachment at the Piedra Liza Maternal and Child Center - 2018. Materials and methods: Quantitative, non-experimental, correlational and cross-sectional study. 278 mothers who attended the growth and development control service of the Piedra Liza Maternal and Child Health Center during the period October - December, 2018 were included. Results: 92.1% presented adequate breastfeeding techniques; Regarding the position dimension it was 83.5%; grip, 94.2% and suction, 95%. 41.4% of the children showed secure behavioral attachment to the mother and 41% of the mothers showed secure behavioral attachment to the child. The behavioral attachment of the child and mother was secure in 41.4% and 41%, respectively; regarding the look, 41.4% and 41.7%; in vocalization, 54% and 56.5%; in search touch, 72% and 82.7%; in avoidance touch, 68.4% and 75.2%; regarding support, 57.9% and 56.5%; in affection, 57.9% and 53.2%; and in proximity, 61.9% and 61.5%. Breastfeeding techniques were significantly related to the behavioral attachment of the child to the mother (p<0.001) and of the mother to the child (p<0.001). Conclusion: Children with adequate breastfeeding tend to develop secure behavioral attachment to their mother; and mothers with adequate breastfeeding tend to develop secure behavioral attachment to the child.

FUNCIONALIDAD FAMILIAR Y ADHERENCIA A LOS MICRONUTRIENTES EN LOS NIÑOS CON ANEMIA DE 6 A 35 MESES EN EL CENTRO DE SALUD GUSTAVO LANATTA LUJAN PERIODO, FEBRERO- MARZO 2018

Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre la funcionalidad familiar y adherencia a los micronutrientes en los niños con anemia de 6 a 35 meses en el Centro de Salud Gustavo Lanatta Lujan del Distrito de San Martin de Porres periodo, febrero- marzo del 2018. Material y Métodos: El estudio tiene enfoque cuantitativo, correlacional, de corte transversal, observacional y retrospectivo. La población fue 56 niños con anemia de 6 a 35 meses, atendidos en el servicio de Crecimiento y Desarrollo del Centro de Salud Gustavo Lanatta Lujan. El instrumento empleado fue el APGAR familiar. Resultados: El 51.8% de las familias presenta disfunción familiar leve, mientras que el 30.3 % buena función familiar y un 17.9 % disfunción familiar moderada. Para la variable adherencia a los micronutrientes en los niños de 6 a 35 meses con problemas de anemia se encontró un alto porcentaje de 60.7 % que mostraron baja adherencia y un 39.3% que mostró una alta adherencia a los micronutrientes. Conclusión: No existe relación entre la funcionalidad familiar y adherencia a los micronutrientes en los niños con anemia de 6 a 35 meses, ya que de acuerdo a la prueba del Chi-cuadrado tuvo un valor de p = 0,361.

Legitimidad para obrar en la demanda de alimentos contra los progenitores en representación del menor Lima, 2022: Plenario Jurisdiccional 2017

Introducción: Vivimos en una sociedad de padres irresponsables, donde el abuelo es el que toma la función de padre alimentista, por lo que para poder criar a su nieto tiene que tomar acciones legales a los progenitores del niño. Objetivo: Analizar los impactos de la legitimidad para obrar en la demanda de alimentos contra los progenitores en representación del menor. Metodología: Se realizó un trabajo de enfoque cualitativo, de diseño de investigación de estudio de caso, usando la técnica de recojo de información, análisis documental, con un nivel de investigación exploratoria, descriptiva de método inductivo, paradigma naturalista, del pleno jurisdiccional Lima este 2017. Resultado: Si el menor vivió más tiempo con el abuelo tendrá la tenencia. De esta manera podrá reclamar los alimentos en representación del menor, viendo el interés superior del niño, Conclusión: Se determinó que,si existe impacto en la legitimidad para obrar en la demanda ya que, en dicha legitimación, existe la legitimidad extraordinaria, esta ampara a una persona ajena en el derecho de demandar por otra y donde el juez decidirá en el fondo de la demanda. Así mismo se prioriza el interés superior del niño, el abuelo tiene legítimo interés moral y económico para demandar

Quality of nursing care and level of maternal satisfaction in the intermediate unit of the neonatology service of a hospital in Lima, 2023

The general objective of this research is to determine the relationship between the quality of nursing care and the mother's level of satisfaction in the Neonatology Service of a Lima Hospital, 2023. Materials and Methods: this research has a quantitative approach, nonexperimental design, correlational and cross-sectional level, respectively. Population The population will be 300 mothers with newborns and the sample will be 169 mothers with newborns in the Joint Accommodation area. Two questionnaires will be applied. For both instruments, the work of Carranza (2022) will be taken into account which was validated by three expert judgments and reached a validity level of 0.97% for the first variable and an "r de Person" value > 0.20 per item for the second variable. As for reliability, for both instruments, the work of Carranza (2022) will also be taken into account by means of a "Crobanch's alpha" test for both variables, with a value of 0.973 for the first variable and with a value of 0.72 for the second variable, resulting in both instruments being valid and reliable for the research. In tables and statistical graphs, the findings will be shown for the interpretation and discussion of data, finally, the statistical analysis will be performed through the inferential test by means of Spearman's Rho statistical test.
