Aplicación de secuencia didáctica de resolución de conflictos para mejorar el clima social de aula en estudiantes, Colombia-2019

The research entitled “application of a didactic conflict resolution sequence to improve the social climate of the classroom in students, Colombia- 2019” aimed to determine the extent to which the application of a didactic conflict resolution sequence from the subject of Chair de la Paz improves the social climate of the classroom in EI group 7-1 Pío Alberto Ferro Peña de Chiquinquirá Technique -2019. It is a quantitative research, of an applied type, with an experimental design, of a quasi-experimental level. We worked with a population of 500 students and a sample of 80 students, 40 in the control group and 40 in the experimental group. The degree of reliability of the instruments was established through Cronbach's alpha is 0.885 and validation through expert judgment. With loan and poles to the two groups. The conclusion is that the application of the intervention significantly improves the classroom climate in group 7-1 of the I.E. In mention, with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 so the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted.

Eficacia del programa de mediación de conflictos, como forma de convivencia pacífica, para mitigar la violencia escolar en las instituciones educativas públicas de secundaria en Girardot, Cundinamarca – Colombia, 2015

In this research, the main objective is to determine the efficacy of conflict mediation program as a form of peaceful coexistence to mitigate school violence in public secondary educational institutions in Girardot, Cundinamarca - Colombia, 2015. Starting applied to a sample of 359 students of the official educational institutions questionnaire Girardot - Cundinamarca (Colombia), which allowed to generate levels of reflection and change that would facilitate the mobilization of behavioral patterns and both graduate program effectiveness. By the rate applied research design quasi-experimental, considering that in school behaviors are not limited and they are not restricted and can not be manipulated, so research allowed to have a greater understanding of the dynamics of relationship that there emerge; equally from the quantitative and statistical approach T-Student, it was extended from a statistical analysis using SPSS version 2.2 software Statics. It was observed that the value of reliability assessment tool research, obtained through the statistical program Alfa Cronbach, is in the range of 0.8 to 1, indicating that the instrument is reliable for the collection of information. Problem solving has been covered in several studies and theories of authors who have allowed to have a holistic understanding of the phenomenon, which led to consider the need to set up a program of conflict mediation in educational institutions, which is a priority generate actions of educational, training and reflective type, to reduce violence, bullying and other situations affecting coexistence in the educational context, where the main actors are students and their peers.

La incidencia de la recaudación de ingresos no identificados en la gestión de cuentas corrientes de la administración central del MINSA, 2023

El objetivo principal de esta investigación fue investigar la influencia de la recaudación de ingresos no identificados en la administración de las cuentas corrientes de la Administración Central del Ministerio de Salud (MINSA) para el año 2023. Desde el punto de vista metodológico, se empleó el método analítico hipotético deductivo, bajo un enfoque cuantitativo de nivel correlacional descriptivo, de tipo básico, empleando la técnica de la encuesta y el cuestionario como instrumento, el cual se compuso por un total de 20 preguntas, las cuales fueron validadas por tres expertos en la materia y posteriormente aplicadas a una muestra conformada por 20 servidores públicos y/o funcionarios de la Oficina de Tesorería del MINSA. Esta investigación encontró una correlación media y positiva, según un valor de correlación de Pearson de 0,463, junto con un valor p de 0,040, verificando una relación significativa entre la recaudación de ingresos, los gastos no identificados y la administración de las cuentas corrientes. Se puede afirmar, como conclusión de la investigación, que las entradas de ingresos no identificadas influye negativamente en los fondos públicos, lo que provoca retrasos en los pagos, conciliaciones bancarias y saldos no conciliados en las cuentas corrientes del MINSA.

Informe Jurídico sobre Expediente N° 07468-2022

El presente informe analiza el proceso de alimentos relacionados con el expediente 07468-2022, en el cual la madre del menor identificado como CAPZ interpuso una demanda de alimentos contra el padre ante el Quinto Juzgado de Paz Letrado de San Juan de Lurigancho Este. La demanda solicitaba una pensión de S/. 1500.00 para cubrir las necesidades del alimentista. El demandado no contestó la demanda, por lo que se declaró su rebeldía mediante resolución número dos. Posteriormente, el demandado presentó un escrito señalando su carga familiar, acreditando tener una hija menor y declarando ingresos mensuales de S/. 1155.00, respaldados con dos boletas de pago. El juez solicitó la presentación de los documentos originales, y mediante resolución número seis, declaró fundada en parte la demanda, fijando S/. 600 como pensión a favor del alimentista, teniendo en consideración los gastos del menor y la situación económica del demandado. El demandado apeló la decisión argumentando que no se demostró adecuadamente su carga familiar, lo que perjudicaba su subsistencia y la de su familia. Sin embargo, mediante resolución número tres del 11 de diciembre de 2023, el órgano de segunda instancia (AD QUEM) declaró infundado el de apelación, señalando que la pensión asignada representa menos del 60% de sus ingresos y que el demandado no demostró la existencia de otro proceso de alimentos relacionados con su hija menor. Además, se enfatizó la obligatoriedad de asumir los gastos provenientes de los menores como irrenunciable, destacando que el monto de S/. 600.00 (equivalente a S/. 20 diarios) resulta adecuado para contribuir al cuidado del menor en conjunto con la madre. Ante ello, el presente expediente servirá para identificar y analizar los problemas jurídicos que posiblemente vayan contra la normativa peruana, donde no hayan tomado en cuenta la doctrina o no se haya considerado jurisprudencia vinculante.

¿Por qué la mediación es un buen instrumento para resolver conflictos civiles en tiempos de COVID-19 y post-COVID-19?

El colapso generado por la pandemia del COVID-19 en el funcionamiento de la Administración de Justicia por la suspensión de las actuaciones judiciales junto con la previsión de un aumento de la litigiosidad provocada por la situación económica derivada de la misma han propiciado la necesidad de replantear los sistemas actuales de tutela judicial. Desde el ámbito interno se está propiciando por el Consejo General del Poder Judicial la incorporación efectiva de la mediación como cauce de resolución de los conflictos. Situaciones de crisis de la justicia como la actual deben ser determinantes para el impulso efectivo de la mediación como vía idónea para la gestión y solución de conflictos civiles, a la que habría que acudir de forma preferente a la vía judicial en tiempos de COVID-19 y post-COVID-19.

Uso de recursos educativos digitales y resultados en el área de matemáticas de los estudiantes del grado noveno del Centro de Integración Popular en la ciudad de Riohacha, Colombia – 2017

The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between the use of digital educational resources and educational outcomes in the area of mathematics obtained by the ninth graders from the Educational Institution Centro de Integración Popular in 2017. The variable digital educational resources information was obtained through a questionnaire of 30 closed questions, 10 for each dimension, which was validated by experts and subjected to the test of reliability of Cronbach (0,74). Information required for the variable academic results in the area of mathematics is taken from online colombiaevaluadora site e-government for education, which is powered by the teachers. Collected 110 questionnaires representing the total population, and obtained the information on the site online, data were organized in a matrix where normal using the coefficient of Kolmogorov-Smirnov, throwing a study not discussed parametric, which applied the correlation between variables using the statistic of Spearman. At the end of the study we could say that there is relationship practically null and negative between the use of digital educational resources and outcomes in the area of mathematics in the ninth graders from the Educational Institution Centro de Integración Popular, in 2017 (p=-0,194).

El videotutorial como herramienta de mediación en el aprendizaje de la informática de los estudiantes de décimo grado en la Institución Educativa Braulio González, Colombia, 2017

Nowadays Technology has become a fundamental tool in education, with it you have easy access to knowledge and together with the video tutorial used as a mediating tool in the construction of knowledge make the learning of computing more effective. The research design used was quasi-experimental, for which a sample of 135 students was taken. Data collection was done through the survey; analysis procedures were performed using the statistics and the instrument used was the questionnaire, all applied at the Braulio González Educational Institution. In the questions posed in the three dimensions, students trained with traditionalism achieved basic results. While with the use of video tutorial, these improved by 41% in its conceptual dimension to 55% in its procedural dimension and 56% in attitude, concluding that the use of video tutorial significantly improves computer learning and is recommended its use and application in other subjects that present difficulties in learning.
