Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of CPR video recording in learning feedback of health personnel(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-09-22) Huamaccto Ochante, Emma Flor; Celestino Calle, Luz Verhonica; Matta Solis, Hernán HugoObjective: Systematize the evidence on the effectiveness of CPR video recording in learning feedback from health personnel Material and methods: A systematic review of international research is carried out, obtained through databases: Epistemonikos, NCBI, PubMed, Elsevier, Google Scholar and Scielo, which have been analyzed using the grade system to locate the degree of evidence. The search has been carried out using the DECS and MESH descriptors for the search in Spanish and English respectively. 40% (4/10) of the reviewed articles correspond to the USA, 20% (2/10) correspond to Australia and 40% (4/10) correspond to Belgium, Italy, China and Malaysia respectively. Results: 100% (10/10) of the evidence indicates that video-recorded CPR is effective in learning feedback from health personnel. The search has been carried out using the DeCS and MeSH descriptors for the search in Spanish and English respectively. 80% (8/10) of the articles reviewed correspond to England, and the remaining 20% (2/10) correspond to Holland and Germany respectively. Material and methods: Systematic review, use of the GRADE evaluation system. Databases: Epistemonikos, NCBI, PubMed, Elsevier, Google Scholar and Scielo. The search has been carried out using the DECS and MESH descriptors for the search in Spanish and English respectively. 30% (3/10) of the articles reviewed correspond to the USA and Australia respectively, and 20% (2/10) correspond to Holland, Canada and England respectively. Results: 70% (07/10) of the evidence indicates that the implementation of strategies is effective in improving adherence to protocols in the emergency service, and 30% (3/10) indicates that there is insufficient information, heterogeneity of data and the need to adequately verify scientific articles to determine the effectiveness of implementation strategies in improving adherence to care protocols in emergency services. Conclusions: 7 out of 10 evidence demonstrate that implementation strategies are effective in improving adherence to protocols in emergency services, and 3 out of 10 evidence demonstrate that there is insufficient information, heterogeneity of data and the need to verify scientific articles in a manner adequate to determine the effectiveness of the topic under study.Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of negative pressure therapy in the healing of chronic foot wounds in patients with diabetes(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020-01-25) Rodríguez Chula, Elsa del Milagro; García Carmona, María Eugenia; Arevalo Marcos, Rodolfo AmadoMaterial and methods: The studies are systematized through a review of international research articles and existing scientific literature. These are subjected to a selection using the Grade evaluation system in order to assign the degree of evidence, using the basis LILACS, DECS, SCIELO, COCHRANE, PUBMED, ELSEVIER AND MESH data; for the search in Spanish and English respectively. The selection of articles was carried out using previously established inclusion and exclusion criteria. Only randomized clinical trials were included in this review. Conclusion: 10/10 of the articles analyzed agree that negative pressure therapy is an effective adjuvant therapeutic modality since it reduces the time of the healing process with a minimum rate of complications, of chronic foot wounds of patients with diabetes. and therefore the decrease in the number and time of hospitalizations and additional surgical interventions, which consequently reduces costs.Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of the challenge test in steam sterilization of surgical material(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020-12-20) Burgos Aguilar, Cecilia; Litano Torres, Magali; Mori Castro, Jaime AlbertoObjective: Systematize the evidence on the effectiveness of the challenge test in steam sterilization of surgical material. Materials and Methods: Systematic review that synthesizes the results of multiple primary investigations. With a population of 10 items. Results: In the data search, the effectiveness of the challenge test in steam sterilization of surgical material was examined. According to the results obtained from the systematic review, they show that, of the total number of articles reviewed, 20% of these correspond to Brazil, 10% correspond to Cuba, 20% correspond to Argentina, 10% correspond to Mexico. According to the search of the different magazines mentioned Google Academic, DECS, SCIELO, LILACS, SOBECC Magazine. etc Conclusion: The systematic review 10 of 10 scientific articles, of the works were effective in the development of the challenge test in Steam Sterilization of Surgical Material, were found from the following databases PubMed, Sciencedirect, Scielo, all of them correspond to the type and design of systematic review studies, prospective randomized clinical trials and cohort studies. The search has been carried out using the DeCS and MeSH descriptors for the search in Spanish and English respectively. The studied population consisted of 89 scientific articles, of which 10 represent the sample. 40% (4/10) of the articles reviewed correspond to the USA, and 60% (6/10) to Germany, France, China, Egypt, England, and Italy respectively. 40% (4/10) correspond to systematic reviews, randomized clinical trials, non-randomized clinical trials, and observational studies respectively and 60% (6/10) to cohort studies. Results: 100% (10/10) of the evidence indicates that the CPSS scale is effective in the prognostic assessment of patients with stroke in emergency services. Proving to be a reliable instrument that allows timely and appropriate decision making. Conclusions: 10 out of 10 evidence demonstrate that the CPSS scale is effective in the prognostic assessment of stroke patients treated in emergency services.Ítem Acceso abierto Efficacy of arteriovenous fistula access compared with indwelling central venous catheter for the prevention of infections in patients with chronic kidney disease(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020-07-26) Quispe Huaman, Luis Fernando; Marquez Jara, Elizabeth Victoria; Arevalo Marcos, Rodolfo AmadoObjective: Systematize the effectiveness of arteriovenous fistula access compared to a permanent central venous catheter for the prevention of infections in patients with chronic kidney disease. Material and methods: Systematic observational and retrospective quantitative review, subjected to critical selection, using the Grade evaluation system to identify the degree of evidence, found in the following databases: Decs, PubMed, Cochrane, Lilacs, Scielo, Elsevier. Of the 10 articles systematically reviewed, 50% (n= 5/10) are meta-analyses, 40% (n= 4/10) are cohort studies and 10% (n= 1/10) are case studies and controls. According to the results obtained from the systematic review carried out in the present study, they come from the countries of Brazil (20%), followed by the USA (20%), Taiwan (20%), Georgia (10%), Switzerland (10%). %), Canada (10%) and Greece (10%). Results: Likewise, of the evidence found, 100% (n=10/10) indicate that the prevention of infections in patients with AVF access is more effective than CVCP in patients with chronic kidney disease. Conclusion: Prevention of infections in patients with AVF access is more effective than CVCP in patients with chronic kidney disease.
