The research project aims to: Determine the relationship between the level of ergonomic risk and musculoskeletal disorders in nurses at the regional hospital of Huánuco, 2023. The study population will be made up of nursing staff, which will consist of 60 nursing professionals who work in the intensive care unit. The study method used is hypothetical deductive, applied type of non-experimental cross-sectional design. For data collection, the survey technique will be used and the instrument will be the modified ERGOPAR questionnaire that is validated and reliable. For the statistical analysis, the SPSS program in its latest version will be used and the Microsoft Excel software will be used to present statistical tables and graphs.

Introduction: The majority of musculoskeletal problems as a consequence of exposure to small traumas in the musculoskeletal structures, over time begin to manifest symptoms and physical deterioration. Objective: To determine the relationship between ergonomic risk factors and musculoskeletal disorder in workers of the Aceros Arequipa Corporation; Pisco – 2023. Justification: The study will help reduce risk factors and train employees in the adoption of proper postures and techniques for handling heavy loads. In addition, it is expected to make a significant contribution to the growing scientific knowledge of the employees. Method: applied, quantitative, correlational and cross-sectional study. The sample will be 249 workers, the survey will be used to apply two questionnaires to the target population, they are validated and reliable to measure the variables in question. The collected data will be processed in SPSS 26 and the hypotheses will be tested using the statistical test of Spearman's correlation coefficient given the nature of the variables.

Ergonomic risk in office positions associated with musculoskeletal disorders in workers of the ministry of health, Lima, 2022

The objective of this research study is to determine the relationship between ergonomic risk in office positions associated with musculoskeletal disorders in workers of the Ministry of Health, 2022. Material and method; This study adopts a deductive and observational research method, correlational approach, cross-sectional type, non-experimental design, intentional non-probabilistic sampling, made up of 347 workers from the central administration of the Ministry of Health; The instruments to be used will be the ROSA Observation sheet structured in scoring diagrams of the five elements (chair, monitor, keyboard, mouse and telephone), the partial scores and the final ROSA score whose ordinal scale value is obtained by means of a table scale. , can range from 1 to 10 points, being Negligible Risk (1), Low Risk (2 to 4), High Risk (5), Very High Risk (6 to 8) and Extreme Risk (9 to 10); on the other hand, the Kuorinka Nordic Questionnaire in its Spanish version, structured in 11 dichotomous response questions, about the presence of discomfort in 5 body areas, with a nominal scale value (YES or NO). The data process plans will be entered through the preparation of statistical charts and graphs, using the SPSS statistical program for this. Applying a descriptive analysis and then an inferential analysis with a Chi-square hypothesis test.

The research project will have as objective to determine the relation between the level of ergonomic risk and musculoskeletal disorders in the nursing staff of the sterilization Center at Hospital Level III in Lima 2023. The study population will be integrated for the nursing staff it will be consist of 56 workers that labor in sterilization center. The method of employed study will use hypothetic deductive, type applied of design not experimental cross-section. For the collection of data in the variable level of ergonomic risk will use them the technique the observation and the instrument checklist method fast evaluation of the entire body, which was validated in the year 2017, in Lima for Lic. Silvestre Alvarez Jazmin Danixa through judgment of experts giving a significant concordance of p<0.05 and a reliability of 0.853, for the variable musculoskeletal disorders will used them the technique survey and instrument the questionnaire musculoskeletal disorders, which was validated in the year 2018 in Lima for the Lic. Santamaria Yñonan Rosa Mercedes through judgment of experts giving an applicability in 76.6% and the reliability of Cronbach´s alpha giving 0,981 as a result. For the statistical analysis will use them the program SPSS in their last version and the Software Microsoft Excel for the presentation of statistical and graphic pictures.

Introduction: Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are caused by various factors in the work environment. Objective: Determine the ergonomic risk related to musculoskeletal disorders in the staff of the Sterilization Center, Hospital II-E Banda de Shilcayo - 2023. Methods: applied, quantitative, correlational and cross-sectional study. The census sample will consist of 80 nurses. The survey will be used to apply two Likert-type scale questionnaires adapted by Santa María for the target population, they are validated and reliable to measure the variables in question. The collected data will be processed in SPSS 25 and the hypotheses will be tested using the Spearman correlation coefficient statistical test given the qualitative nature of the variables.

The general objective of this research project is to determine the relationship between ergonomic risk and musculoskeletal disorders in the nursing staff working in the sterilization center of a hospital III-1, Chiclayo-2023. The research population consists of all nurses and technicians working in the sterilization center, a total of 80 people. The study design is a hypothetical-deductive, applied, non-experimental cross-sectional design. The survey technique will be used and the questionnaire will be used as an instrument; for variable 1 "Instrument for measuring ergonomic risk", elaborated by Reynoso D. in Huánuco-Peru, and validated by expert judgment in 2019, with a reliability of 0.733 Cronbach's Alpha and for variable 2 "Instrument on musculoskeletal alterations" elaborated by Santamaria R. in Lima-Peru and validated by expert judgment in 2018, with a reliability of 0.981 Cronbach's Alpha. Appropriate statistical tests will be conducted to confirm the hypothesis. The data collected will be processed and analyzed using the SSPS tool.

Nursing professionals are often exposed to ergonomic insecurity that have been developing damage such as musculoskeletal disorders, generating health problems for nursing professionals. This has been taking place during long-term work and service time. This problem does not discriminate age, sex, working conditions, etc. The research project to be presented whose objective is to determine the relationship between ergonomic risks and musculoskeletal disorders in the nursing staff of the Operating Room of a National Hospital, Surquillo - 2023. It will have a quantitative, hypothetical deductive approach, of a non-design experimental, correlational and cross-sectional. The population will be made up of 89 nurses who work in the Operating Room service of a national Hospital in Surquillo. Objective: To analyze how the ergonomic risks and musculoskeletal disorders in the nursing staff in the operating room of the Hospital, 2023. Material and Method: it has a quantitative approach, descriptive type, the population was 80 nursing professionals, 2 instruments were used, for the ergonomic risks variable it was a questionnaire, prepared by the MINSA in 2005 and validated by the Peruvian researcher Lic. Nora Melgar Vilca statistically resulting in DPP, the same one that gave DPP=3.07 and a reliability with Cronbach's Alpha and obtained α=0.99, having 4 dimensions and 16 items with 3 Likert scale alternatives. For the musculoskeletal disorder variable, the questionnaire developed by Bach was used. Rosa Santamaria Ynoñan, with a qualitative validation of acceptable in 80% and reliability through Cronbach's Alpha and obtained α=0.909, having 5 dimensions and 24 items with Likert scale-type alternatives. The results: 2.5% present a low level in terms of ergonomic risks; 46.3% present a moderate level, while 51.2% show a severe level; Regarding the musculoskeletal disorders variable, 16.3% present a low level, 42.5% moderate, while 41.3% show a severe level in sick personnel in the operating room of the Hospital, 2023. Conclusions: there is a statistically significant relationship between ergonomic risks and musculoskeletal disorders, with a Spearman coefficient of 0.710 and a significance of 0.000 < 0. .05, therefore, the null hypothesis is rejected in favor of the alternate hypothesis.

Objective of study: Determine the relationship between ergonomic risk and musculoskeletal alterations in nursing staff who work in the Hospital's Intensive Care Unit. Central Air Force of Peru, 2023. Methodology: quantitative study, correlational approach, non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The sample population is 25 nurses who work in the intensive care unit. The collection of information will use two validated forms, to measure the first variable the questionnaire validated by Chambilla (Tacna 2019) will be applied, obtaining significant reliability 0.733 by Cronbach's Alpha and for the second variable the questionnaire validated by Santamaría (Lima 2018) will be applied.) obtaining significant reliability 0.981 from Cronbach's Alpha. The statistical analysis will be applied using the SPSS version 25 program, the correlation contrast will be used the R Sperman correlation.

Objective: “To determine the relationship between ergonomic risk and musculoskeletal disorders in technical and professional nurses of the Emergency Service of a Public Hospital, Lima-2023”, will be made up of a population of 80 nurses, technicians and professionals who are working in areas Emergency Public Hospital of Lima. Methodological design will be applied, observational, descriptive level, correlational in a prospective time. To collect data, the survey will be used as a data collection technique and two previously validated questionnaires will be used as an instrument: to measure “Ergonomic Risk” a questionnaire adapted from Vargas will be used in 2022 with a reliability according to Cronbach's Alpha = 0.733 and another questionnaire to measure “Musculoskeletal disorders” adapted from Matta in 2022 with a reliability according to Cronbach's Alpha = 0.928. Regarding the statistical processing and analysis of the data, they will be expressed through descriptive values both in percentages and frequencies, in the same way inferential statistics will be used in search of normality and determination of parametric tests such as Pearson.

Frecuencia de lesiones musculoesqueléticas en futbolistas de un Club Deportivo, Lima-2024

El estudio tuvo como objetivo general determinar la frecuencia de lesiones musculoesqueléticas en Futbolistas de un club deportivo Lima-2024. Se empleó el método deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, aplicado, no experimental, observacional y corte transversal. Lo cual participaron 73 de un club deportivo de 18 a 23 años. Asimismo, se utilizó el “Cuestionario Nórdico” para evaluar las lesiones musculoesquelético de futbolistas de un club deportivo. La frecuencia de lesiones musculoesqueléticas en futbolistas de un club deportivo, Lima-2024. Está determinada por el grado de gravedad, duración, auto calificación, consecuente cambio de actividades y la incidencia de la lesión, la frecuencia de lesiones es de 19 jugadores con lesión de tobillo izquierdo, 19 de tobillo derecho, 13 de rodilla izquierda, 18 de rodilla derecha, 11 en cadera izquierda, 15 en cadera derecha, 14 en la zona de la columna dorsal o lumbar, 11 muñeca o mano izquierda, 12 en muñeca o mano derecha, 7 en el codo o antebrazo izquierdo, 14 en el codo o antebrazo derecho, 7 en el hombro izquierdo, 8 en el hombro derecho y 3 en el cuello respectivamente.

The research has as general objective: To determine the level of knowledge about body mechanics is related to musculoskeletal injuries of the nursing staff of the Surgical Center. Materials and Methods: it is an applied type of research, non-experimental design, correlational level and cross section. Population: The population will be made up of the total nursing staff that works in the surgical center of the Public Hospital of Ica, made up of 85; For the investigation, the total population will be taken, transforming it into a census sample. To measure the variables, 2 questionnaires will be applied with validity and reliability of the data to ensure the transferability of the data. For the analysis of the data, the Excel program will be used for processing and for the descriptive and inferential statistical analysis, the SPSS will be used. To contrast the hara hypotheses with Spearman's RHO, the information will be presented in double-entry tables and bar graphs, among others.

The objective of this research is: To determine the knowledge on ergonomics and its relationship with musculoskeletal disorders in the nursing professional of the surgical center of a hospital in Piura, 2023. The methodology: hypothetical deductive method, nonexperimental design, quantitative approach, descriptive, applied, correlational, cross-sectional; the sample will be constituted by 41 nursing professionals of the surgical center service of a Piura Hospital, 2023. Two questionnaires will be applied to them, the first one on knowledge about ergonomics previously validated and the second one on the presence of musculoskeletal disorders also validated. The study will have the approval of the institutional ethics committee and the principles of bioethics will be respected at all times.

Material and method: This research used the method quantitative and non-experimental cross-sectional design. The population is made up of 52 collaborators who work in the areas of dispatch, replenishment and sales. Selecting a non-probabilistic convenience sampling type. The information obtained from this research was obtained through two questionnaires where the knowledge about manual handling of load is evaluated and to identify the musculoskeletal disorders that the collaborators have.

The objective of this research is: to determine the relationship between ergonomics knowledge and musculoskeletal diseases in the nursing professional of the Emergency Department of a national hospital in Lima, 2023. The methodology: hypothetical deductive method, nonexperimental design, quantitative approach, descriptive, applied, correlational, cross-sectional; the sample will consist of 80 nursing professionals of the Emergency Department, the instruments that will be used for the research work will be; a questionnaire for ergonomics knowledge of the author Mogollón of 2018 and a checklist for musculoskeletal diseases of the author Epiquien of 2020, which are already validated; both instruments have a high level of reliability, of 0. 957 and 0.940 Cronbach's alpha. Once the information has been obtained, we will work on the data and proceed with the statistical analysis at both the descriptive and inferential levels, where the first to describe the levels of the variables, a matrix in Microsoft Excel 2021, which will then be processed using the SPSS 27.0 statistical package, according to the values obtained, the tables and/or figures will be prepared as appropriate. Likewise, the inferential part will proceed by means of Spearman's statistical test, which will allow to test the study hypotheses with a confidence of 95%, and to be able to establish the corresponding conclusions.

The objective of this study is to determine the relationship between knowledge of ergonomics and its relationship with musculoskeletal disorders in the nursing staff of the Surgical Center in a private clinic in Lima, 2023. Methodology: The methodological design outlined for this objective will be based on a type of applied, experimental, cross-sectional and correlational research, which will be considered as a population of 80 professionals working in the surgical center. The validation is based on the work of Cabrera et al. (2021) for the variable "knowledge of ergonomics" and the work of León (2022) for the variable "musculoskeletal disorders". The reliability for variable 1, was performed using Cronbach's Alpha test, whose results gave a reliability value of 0.852 and for variable 2 a pilot test using Cronbach's Alpha which obtained as a result 0.981; which showed that it was applicable and reliable. The data obtained will be coded with the Microsoft Excel 2019 software using a matrix and then in the SPSS version 25 program the data will be exported for statistical analysis using Spearman's R correlational coefficient test.

In recent years, musculoskeletal diseases or disorders have been intensifying in workers and mainly in nurses, mainly due to lack of knowledge about adequate ergonomics and the correct use of preventive measures to carry out their activities in their work environment, it is for this reason that in this research work, the following general objective is proposed: "to determine if the level of knowledge about ergonomic risk is related to musculoskeletal disorders in surgical center nurses." The theories of knowledge of Immanuel Kant and the systems theory of Betty Neuman will be taken as a basis. The following methodology was used: a hypothetical - deductive method, with a quantitative approach, applied type and a non-experimental and cross-sectional design. The population is made up of 40 nursing professionals who work in the surgical center area, and two questionnaires will be used that will measure both variables, which are: Ergonomic Risk Knowledge Questionnaire and the Standardized Nordic Questionnaire to measure musculoskeletal disorders. , which are properly validated and trustworthy and reliable. The SPSS 25 program will be used to process the data and the hypothesis testing will be through the Spearman correlation system, which is the most appropriate due to the characteristics of both variables.

The present study aims to: Determine how the level of knowledge about ergonomic risks is related to musculoskeletal disorders in surgical center nurses. The methodology is hypothetical-deductive, quantitative approach, applied type, nonexperimental design - cross section - correlational level; The sample will consist of a total of 80 nurses from the Surgical Center of the National Institute of Neoplastic Diseases, the instruments that will be applied for the research study will be two questionnaires: Questionnaire to measure the level of knowledge about ergonomic risks of surgical center nurses and the Nordic Standardized Questionnaire, both instruments have a high level of reliability and validity. Data collection will take approximately 40 minutes for each participant. Tables and graphs will be used for analysis and interpretation. Likewise, to affirm or refute the hypothesis, it will be through a statistical analysis, which will be reflected in the contingency table of both variables.

Level of knowledge of body mechanics and musculoskeletal disorders in technical nursing staff of a private clinic, 2022

The objective of the study was "To determine the relationship between the level of knowledge of body mechanics and musculoskeletal disorders in the nursing staff of the hospitalization service of the Maison de Sante clinic, headquarters-Surco, 2022". For this, the hypothetical deductive, applied, correlative method was used, it was made up of 35 nursing technicians from the aforementioned institution. Spearman's correlation coefficient test was used. The results show that the level of knowledge in the dimension: general aspects is low with 2.9%, medium with 40% and high with 57.1%, dimension: elements of body mechanics: low with 11.4%, medium with a 71.4% and high with 17.1%, dimension: body mechanics guidelines: low with 0%, medium with 40% and high with 60%. Regarding musculoskeletal disorders: 45.7% had no pain, 45.7% mild, 8.6% moderate, and 0% severe/intolerant. The significant relationship between the level of knowledge of body mechanics and musculoskeletal disorders was observed with a significance value of 0.000<0.05, therefore the null hypothesis was rejected and the alternate hypothesis was accepted, that is to say that there is a relationship between both variables was also observed, the correlation between knowledge of body mechanics and body disorders according to the value of Spearman's coefficient of -0.601, indicating a positive and negative relationship. In conclusion, both variables are related, the higher the level of knowledge of body mechanics, the fewer musculoskeletal disorders will suffer the nursing technician of the Maison de Sante Sede-Surco Private Clinic, Lima-2022.

The work carried out by workers in various production environments should be performed in such a way as to avoid pain or injury to the workers' bodies. A discipline dedicated to this study is ergonomics, which helps determine the level of risk workers face in developing ailments based on how they perform their tasks. Physiotherapy can use ergonomic tools, as it provides valuable information not only on how injuries occur but also as a preventive measure for musculoskeletal disorders resulting from work. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research on the risks faced by workers, especially those who perform manual labor, due to the clear exposure and risks involved in their daily tasks.
