Ítem Acceso abierto Knowledge about natural disasters (EARTHISMS) and the response capacity of nursing professionals in a private clinic, Lima 2024(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-07-07) Méndez Rodríguez, Alba Celeste; Benavente Sanchez, Yennys KatiuscaOBJECTIVE: "To determine the relationship between the knowledge about natural disasters (earthquakes) and the response capacity of nursing professionals". Methodology: This study will have a quantitative approach, applied type, non-experimental design, correlational level and cross-sectional. It will include 40 nursing professionals as the study population. Data collection will be carried out through the survey technique. To evaluate the variable "Level of knowledge about natural disasters (earthquakes)" a questionnaire adapted by Cuadros in 2019 will be used, with a reliability determined by a Crombach's Alpha of 0.71. For the variable "response capacity of nursing professionals to a natural disaster (earthquake)" a checklist adapted by Barrientos 2019 will be used, reliable by Crombach's Alpha with index of 0.88. Data processing and analysis will be performed using descriptive statistics expressed in percentages. Statistical analysis will be performed according to the distribution of the data using statistical tests such as Pearson's Correlation.Ítem Acceso abierto Knowledge and attitude in the prevention of natural disasters in the inhabitants of Huarochirí - Matucana 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-03-05) Rojas Neyra, Zorayda; Palomino Taquire, RewardsThis research aims to: Determine the relationship of knowledge and attitude in the prevention of natural disasters in the inhabitants of Huarochirí - Matucana 2022. The methodology: hypothetical deductive method, non-experimental design, quantitative approach, descriptive, applied, correlational, cross-sectional; the sample will be constituted by inhabitants of Huarochirí - Matucana 2022, the instruments that will be used two questionnaires, which are already validated and with high reliability, for the collection of information will last approximately 35 minutes, for each participant, for the analysis and interpretation will be used tables, graphs. Likewise, for the contracting of the hypothesis, the Spearman Test will be used as a statistical estimate, with a confidence level of 95%, an error of 5%, which will be reflected in the contingency table of both variablesÍtem Acceso abierto Knowledge and practice in the face of a natural disaster of the nurses’ brigades of the regional hospital of Lima provinces, 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-03-26) Cespedes Flores, Edith Clemencia; Fernández Rengifo, Werther FernandoIntroduction: The inherent risk due to the uncertainty that accompanies natural disasters and the lack of public support in emergency situations has encouraged the nursing community to take measures so that efforts are oriented, through training, for the benefit of of the most prone and high-risk communities. In this way, cooperative practices will have a benefit by having a comprehensive system that knows the tasks in the different stages of possible emergencies before natural disasters. Objective: it will be to determine the relationship between knowledge and practice in the face of a natural disaster of brigade nurses from the regional hospital, Lima provinces – 2023. Methodology: it will be of a basic type, of a quantitative, descriptive - correlational, prospective and cross-sectional design. It will use statistical and analytical methods to process the data collected in the population. In the first chapter the problem was exposed, the formulation of the problems and objectives of the investigation; as well as the justification and limitations. Population: it will be made up of 84 nurses who will be part of the brigade team of the regional hospital through the application of a training where knowledge will be measured with a questionnaire and later the practical part will be measured with a standard form issued by the Pan American Health Organization.Ítem Acceso abierto Level of knowledge about preventive measures against natural disasters and the practice of the people of a community of Lima, San Juan de Lurigancho, 2024(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-03-10) Sánchez Olivos, Marleny Paola; Benavente Sanchez, Yennys KatiuscaOBJECTIVE: Determine how the level of knowledge about preventive measures against natural disasters is related to the practice of the residents of a community in Lima, San Juan de Lurigancho, 2024. METHODOLOGY: Carried out through the quantitative and hypothetical, deductive approach. Likewise, the design is based on observational and correlational, obtaining a sample of 80 residents. A measurement tool developed by Job (2021) is applied to measure knowledge about prevention measures against natural disasters, therefore the method used was the survey, and a questionnaire was used for the instrument, which is very reliable. due to validation by expert evaluators, since it was analyzed using the Hernández-Nieto content validity factor, with an average of 0.8186, but for practice an observation guide will be used, which will be determined by 3 expert judges, reliable With a Kurder Richardson statistical test, it should be noted that the average obtained is 0.81. In data processing and analysis; After collecting the information, the data will be prepared in Excel format, for which the statistical package SPSS version 26.0 will be implemented and the aforementioned results will be reported in the form of a table, with their corresponding graphs, statistical tests will be carried out in which the Pearson Test since this will help us to test the proposed hypotheses and see if there is a significant relationship.Ítem Acceso abierto Level of knowledge and attitude about the actions before natural disasters and earthquakes of the nursing professional in the emergency area of the Luis Negreiros Vega Hospital - 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-03-20) Luna Diaz, Ingrid Del Carmen; Fernández Rengifo, Werther FernandoIntroduction: In the world, the most unexpected situations are natural disasters. They cause significant destruction to physical property and can lead to death, injury, and human suffering. In this context, the well-being and lives of the inhabitants must be in a state of preparedness once the state authorities have declared a state of emergency regarding health issues. Hospital services must require trained professionals and technicians to intervene immediately in the event of a natural disaster or earthquake. Objective: To determine the level of knowledge and attitude of nursing professionals in the emergency area regarding natural and seismic disasters at Luis Negreiros Vega Hospital – 2021. Methods: This study will have a quantitative, descriptive, correlational, and cross-sectional approach, which will help us collect information to address the problem in accordance with the scientific method. The total population consists of forty professional nurses working in the Emergency Service of Luis Negreiros Vega Hospital in the San Martin de Porres District, Province, and Department of Callao, during the year 2021. A probabilistic convenience sampling will be used, as a percentage of the professional nurses working at the hospital will be selected.Ítem Acceso abierto Level of knowledge in the face of a disaster of seismic origin in the health personnel of the imaging area of a clinic, 2020(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020-09-27) Pineda Adrianzen, Carmen Victoria; Pretell Aguilar, Rosa MariaPeru is a highly seismic country and therefore it is necessary to ensure that all health personnel have knowledge of the emergency plan for natural disasters, so that they can function safely in the event of an earthquake, demonstrating their abilities and skills, with the aim of preserving the human life and reduce the damage caused by an earthquake. Objective: Determine the level of knowledge regarding a seismic disaster in the health personnel of a clinic. Methodology: Observational, descriptive, cross-sectional study applying a questionnaire survey applied in Peru that was mediated and developed by Egusquiza Pozo V, In his thesis “Level of knowledge of teachers about safety measures in the event of an earthquake disaster emergency in the 5th grade state schools of Villa María del Triumph-2016”, which was validated through the binomial test applied by 5 expert judgments, the statistical reliability of the instrument was through Kuder Richardson's formula 20, and to measure the variable the staton scale was applied in order to assess low, medium, high knowledge .
