Calidad de vida laboral y engagement de las enfermeras neonatales de un hospital público, Lima, 2024

Objetivo: “Determinar la relación que existe entre calidad de vida laboral y engagement de las enfermeras neonatales” Materiales y métodos: se utilizará enfoque de investigación cuantitativa, diseño no experimental, la técnica será la encuesta donde se recolectarán datos a una población de 85 enfermeras neonatales aplicando dos instrumentos, se utilizará la escala de calidad de vida laboral en hospitales públicos CVL-HP y la Escala Utrecht de Engagement en el trabajo (UWES 17), se procesarán los datos de manera sistematizada evaluando la correlación entre ambas variables, se analizarán los resultados con paquetes estadísticos SPSS versión 26 y se presentarán los resultados de manera organizada.

Knowledge and practice of nursing for pain management in newborns of the neonatology service of a hospital in Callao, 2021

Objective: To determine the relationship between nursing knowledge and practice for pain management in newborns in the neonatology department of a hospital in Callao, 2021. Materials and methods: The approach to be followed is quantitative, with applied research, descriptive-correlational scope, and non-experimental cross-sectional design. The sample will consist of 40 nurses from a hospital in Callao. The technique will be the survey, and the instruments will be two questionnaires, one to measure the knowledge variable and another for the nursing practice variable for pain management.

Relationship between knowledge and practice of the kangaroo mother method in nurses working in the neonatal intensive care unit of a public hospital in Huancayo, 2021

The care of a premature newborn is very complex due to the demands and vulnerability that occurs in the premature newborn, requiring training of personnel so that they are highly qualified, the kangaroo mother method is considered as a nursing care protocol for the premature newborn. low weight at the time of birth, seeking with this method the interaction of the mother and the premature infant with a very close contact called skin-to-skin, achieving positive results in temperature, breastfeeding and attachment. Objective: To describe how knowledge is related to the practice of nurses on the kangaroo mother method in a public hospital in Huancayo 2021. This research is important to have better strategies in the kangaroo mother method since through education on child care Nursing contributes to the adaptation of the environment and reduces complications. Methodology: A correlational and cross-sectional design study will be carried out with the questionnaire to measure the level of knowledge and the observation guide for practices, applying it in person to the nurses of the NICU service. The population will consist of 25 nurses from the neonatology area of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit service, with the sample consisting of 25 nurses from the NICU service.
