The population consists of 90 teachers and administrative staff from the Darío Arrus Educational Institution in Callao – 2022. The instruments used were the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) (short version). Results: The data obtained from the survey will be analyzed in the next stage. The main findings regarding physical activity levels in the teachers and administrative staff of the Darío Arrus Educational Institution in Callao – 2022 are as follows: 26.3% of the sample reported low physical activity, 18.8% had moderate physical activity, and 55% reported high physical activity. Regarding sleep quality, 27.5% of the sample had no sleep problems; 23.8% required medical attention; 47.5% required medical attention and treatment; and 1.3% had severe sleep problems. Conclusions: The study concluded that the teachers and administrative staff engage in good physical activity, but they require medical attention as their sleep quality is not optimal for maintaining good health at this stage of their life.
