    Calidad de atención de enfermería y la satisfacción del paciente post operado del servicio de unidad de recuperación post anestésica en una clínica de Lima – 2024

    Esta investigación se basa en reconocer la índole en las que ofrecen sus atenciones los enfermeros profesionales, brindadas al usuario que deberían ser de calidad y como lo percibe el usuario. Objetivo: Determinar la relación de la calidad de atención de enfermería y la satisfacción del paciente post operado del servicio de Unidad Recuperación Post Anestésica en una clínica de Lima en el año 2024. Metodología: Siguiendo el hipotético deductivo, por medio de un enfoque cuantitativo, se plasmará una investigación aplicada nivel correlacional, diseño no experimental, de datos transversales, como muestra 120 licenciados de enfermería. Los instrumentos por utilizar, tienen un Alpha de Cronbach con el valor de 0.756, lo cual lo define como confiabilidad alta - valores que se consideran como aceptables para ser aplicados en la investigación.

    Nursing management of postoperative pain and satisfaction in patients of the post-anesthetic recovery unit of the Barranca hospital Cajatambo, 2023

    Objective: To establish the relationship between nursing management of postoperative pain and satisfaction in patients in the post-anesthesia recovery unit of the Barranca Cajatambo hospital, 2023. Methodology: Study with a quantitative approach, cross-sectional and correlational design. The population will be made up of 1800 postoperative patients, the sample will be made up of 217 patients, through a probabilistic sampling. Data collection techniques and instruments: For both variables, the survey and the questionnaire will be used as instruments; Data collection will take place over a period of 2 months, from February to March 2023, then the data will be processed and analyzed through the SPSS Version 25.0 program. Statistical Analysis: The tables of frequencies or percentages will be used for the descriptive analysis and for the verification of the hypothesis the inferential statistics will be used, according to the analysis of the normality of the data, the nature of the variable and the scale of their measurement, parametric or non-parametric tests will be applied as appropriate.
