(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-05-12) Ochoa Vega, Patty Esther; Jáuregui Montero, José Antonio
The main objective of this research work was to evaluate the procedure for the removal of the corpse at the crime scene by the forensic doctors of Apurímac during the year 2022", the method used in this investigation was hermeneutic, with a qualitative approach, design phenomenological, having as a sample the population of 4 medical examiners. The instrument was applied to them, this being an interview. For data analysis, the Atlas TiVersion 9 program was used. Once the analysis has been carried out as results, it can be seen that for the category evaluating the procedure for removing the corpse, 6 important axes can be identified: which are detailed below: 1.- The determination of the cause of death, which has various difficulties and the which the interviewees also give alternatives for improvement. 2.- The post mortem interval, which has its own difficulties and which also has recommendations for improvement. 3.- The examination of the area related to where the body was found, which may or may not be completed.4.- Adverse factors that make it difficult to remove the body from the crime scene.5.- The support provided by the institution for their staff to be trained, which in some cases is absent and, finally, 6.- The level of specialization that forensic experts have, which may be linked to the development of courses, second specialties or international internships. Likewise, we come to the conclusion that the process of removing the corpse will support in verifying the death, estimating the post mortem interval and likewise to determine the mechanism and way in which that death occurred, in the same way, during the procedure they will present adverse factors that will make the work a little heavier, but what with the experience of forensic doctors and respecting the appropriate protocols will contribute to providing relevant information regarding external, internal examinations, but it should be noted that the aforementioned will be achieved thanks to the training, new techniques, international internships and time of service that legal medical personnel must receive and carry out in order to carry out said functions for the benefit of the population that needs their work.

(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-09-08) Vega Cáceres, Cesar Augusto; Orellano Benancio, Lizbardo
The purpose of the study was to establish the relationship between the academic training of the experts and the quality of the expert opinion, in the judicial district of Huánuco, 2021. For this study of hypothetical deductive, quantitative, applied research, cross-sectional, correlational, of a non-experimental design, it considered 10 criminal experts in the area of ballistics, 25 judges, 25 prosecutors and 25 lawyers in criminal matters, the same ones that are related to the cases in which forensic ballistics intervenes, the events that occurred in the district of Huánuco, the same ones that were chosen based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria indicated for the study. It was found that 75% of the judges, prosecutors and lawyers said that practical reinforcement is always essential in the training of the ballistic expert for the development of the expert work; Likewise, 49% of the experts said that practical reinforcement is always essential in the training of the ballistic expert. Also, 73% of the judges, prosecutors and lawyers said that practical reinforcement always affects the improvement of the training of ballistic experts. It is concluded that for the hypothesis test the p-value is 0.000 (Pearson's Chi-square), less than the value of significance 0.05, therefore, the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted; it is inferred that there is an association between the academic training of experts and the quality of the expert opinion in the Judicial District of Huánuco; that is to say, the higher the academic training, the higher the quality of the expert opinion.

(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-06-27) Castillo Sinarahua, Luis Enrique; Puente Saldaña, Rosa Ernestina
The sicariato is a crime of ferocity, because it is killed by order in exchange for money or perks; Either for revenge, for spite, for political reasons or to punish those who have not been allowed to extort. It is a serious social problem that is becoming frequent at any time and place, with an author who proceeds with astonishing coldness in the conviction of his impunity, that the legal system will not reach it, and most worrying is that a large percentage of its executors are minors who have a restricted legal responsibility (Chiabra, 2014). The objective of the present investigation was to evaluate the legal necessity of criminal responsibility restricted to adolescents and its relation to prevention to facilitate the crime of hired killers in Peru. The research is of applied type, evaluative level and non-experimental design. The population was represented by citizens and lawyers of civil specialty and the sample by 100 citizens. The technique used was the survey and the instruments, the questionnaires. In conclusion, the study verified that there is a legal need for criminal liability restricted to adolescents and thus prevent the facilitation of the crime of hired killers in Peru.

La pericia contable y el lavado de activos en las agencias de viajes y turismo en la ciudad de Lima – 2023
(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-05-31) Cárdenas Torres, Pamela Patricia; Orellano Benancio, Lizbardo
The objective of the research was to determine how accounting expertise is related to money laundering control in travel and tourism agencies in the city of Lima, in the period 2023. The methodological design is deductive. It presents a quantitative approach, the study is applied, a "non-experimental"-transversal correlational research design. The population consisted of 107 chartered accountants of the REPEJ of the Superior Court of Justice of Lima, with knowledge of tourism companies, of which eighty-three chartered accountants were taken as a sample. The instrument used was the questionnaire. The result obtained with Sphearman's Rho correlation coefficient is 0.525 and a highly significant probability value (p) of 0.000, which reveals a direct and moderate relationship between accounting expertise and money laundering in travel and tourism agencies in Lima during the period studied. This indicates that the association between accounting expertise and money laundering is not random; on the contrary, there is a statistically significant correlation. The research showed that accounting expertise plays a relevant role as solid evidence in cases of asset imbalance and unjustified asset growth, and its importance and strength can determine acquittals or convictions for money laundering. These results provide valuable information for travel and tourism agencies, as well as for judicial and fiscal processes; at the same time, the importance of the elaboration of the accounting expertise as evidence during the evidentiary and trial stage is highlighted.

(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-07-26) Alvites Baca, Elizabeth; Casana Jara, Kelly Milagritos
The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between specialized expertise and the crime scene in homicides in the Lima District Attorney's Office - 2022. The method used was hypothetical and deductive, the approach was quantitative, crosssectional, correlational, applied and non-experimental design. The population consisted of 81 experts from the Directorate of Criminalistics who participate during the expert examination, the inspection of the crime scene and the chain of custody of evidence in the public prosecutor's district of Lima. The descriptive statistical results revealed that, while 25.9% of the time the variable Crime Scene in homicides was perceived as "Not very appropriate for the expert examination", 22.2% of the time the variable was perceived as regular. Likewise, with respect to the inferential statistical results, it was observed that the degree of significance was 0.000 and the degree of correlation was 0.808. Finally, it was concluded that there is sufficient statistical evidence to accept the general hypothesis, which holds that there is a high relationship between specialized expertise and the crime scene in homicides in the Lima district attorney - 2022.

Procesamiento de la escena del crimen y las inspecciones del tráfico ilícito de drogas en Kimbiri–Cusco 2019-2020
(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-09-29) Rondinel Escajadillo, Kledi; Montellanos Cabrera, Henry Sam
Illicit drug trafficking is a scourge for societies around the world. Peru, Colombia and Bolivia are the only countries with geography and climate conducive to the cultivation of the coca plant, where PBC and CC are clandestinely produced, which is illicitly trafficked to all countries. In Peru, the coca growing areas where PBC and CC are clandestinely produced are located in the high jungle, among them is the VRAEM, where the PNP has specialized units to prevent and combat drug trafficking, but despite This exceeds the operational capacity of the PNP, taking advantage of the rugged jungle and the violent actions of narcoterrorism, to evade police control; Given this situation, the PNP constantly carries out police operations in clandestine rural laboratories, without including, in most cases, a forensic expert, losing clues and evidence that would allow the identification of alleged perpetrators of TID. The objective of this thesis is to establish the relationship that exists between the variables under study. The research had a non-experimental cross-sectional design, correlational scope, quantitative approach and a population of 49 forensic experts from the Criminalistics Office, Kimbiri-Cusco. The result and conclusion of the research coincide in determining that there is a weak positive significant correlation between the variables under study, with a Spearman Rho degree of .385, due to the deficient processing of the DID crime scene.
