Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of outpatient laparoscopic cholecystectomy versus traditional inpatient laparoscopic cholecystectomy(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-02-17) Ayala Vasquez, Giovanna Jessica; Rojas Llanco, Maria Janet; Uturunco Vera, Milagros LizbethMaterial and Methods: Systematic observational and retrospective quantitative review, subjected to critical selection, using the Grade evaluation system to identify the degree of evidence, found in the following databases: Pubmed, Scielo, Cochrane, epistemonikos, Elsevier. Of the 10 articles systematically reviewed, 20% (n= 2/10) are case-control study reviews, 10% (n=1/10) are cohort study reviews, 30% (n=3/ 10) are Meta-analysis study reviews, 30% (n=3/10) are Randomized study reviews, 10% (n=1/10) are observational study reviews. The articles come from the countries of Spain (20%), followed by Brazil (10%), China (10%), United States (10%), Honduras (10%), Colombia (10%), Japan (10% ), United Kingdom (10%) and Malaysia (10%). Results: Of the evidence found, 90% (n=9/10) indicate that outpatient laparoscopic cholecystectomy is as efficient and safe with optimal satisfaction and no complications as laparoscopic cholecystectomy with hospitalization, while only 10% (n= 1/10) of elderly patients indicate that they prefer to be hospitalized.Ítem Acceso abierto Nursing care related to the level of satisfaction of the external user of the day surgery area in a private entity. Additionally, the level of patient satisfaction is an indicator that validates nursing care. Objective: To determine the relationship between nursing care and the level of satisfaction of external users in the day surgery area of a private institution in Lima, 2021. Materials and methods: This study follows a descriptive design, with a quantitative approach, correlational level, and non-experimental nature. The sample consisted of 80 post-operative external users from the day surgery area. Two validated instruments were applied: the first to measure nursing care, which had 24 items, and the second to measure user satisfaction, which had 19 items. The data were analyzed using the SPSS program. Results: The analysis revealed that 45.0% of external users rated nursing care as moderately favorable, while 35.0% rated their satisfaction level as regular. Regarding the dimensions of nursing care: Human dimension: 42.5% rated it as unfavorable. Timeliness dimension: 42.5% rated it as moderately favorable. Continuity dimension: 56.3% rated it as moderately favorable. Safety dimension: 41.3% rated it as favorable. In all four dimensions, the level of satisfaction was rated as regular. To determine the correlation between nursing care and the level of satisfaction, the Pearson Chi-square (X2) test was applied, yielding a p-value of ≤ 0.05, indicating statistical significance. Conclusion: It is concluded that there is a relationship between nursing care and the level of satisfaction of external users in the day surgery area of a private institution in Lima, 2021.Ítem Acceso abierto Therapeutic nurse-patient interaction and its relationship with the sociocultural factors of the pre-operative patient of the day surgery service: Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen National Hospital(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 1905-07-09) Aparcana Loayza, Jhonatan Rick; Marin Camones, Katherin Rocio; Krederdt Araujo, Sherin LuzThe objective is to determine the correlation of the therapeutic interaction between nurse - patient and its relationship with sociocultural factors of the pre-operative patient. Day Surgery Service. Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen National Hospital. The Descriptive – correlational method, with two populations: 18 nurses and 103 patients. Techniques, observation of nurses and patient interviews were used. The Instruments were questionnaire and Ballón rating scale. Results: It is the nurse's perception of the nurse-patient interaction (66.66%), the patients' perception of the nurse-patient interaction (65.04%), the sociocultural factors of the preoperative patient (56.28%). Conclusions: Two thirds (66.66%), the nurse's perception of the nurse-patient interaction was regular, with a tendency to poor, highlighting that in 4 dimensions, except in the Identification dimension. Almost two thirds (65.04%) the patient's perception of the nurse-patient interaction was regular, with a tendency to poor, the sociocultural factors of the preoperative patient have a medium association, with a tendency towards a high association. The majority (87.38%), sociocultural factors of the preoperative patient according to dimensions, the sex predominates male (53.40%). It is concluded that the null hypothesis is accepted and the alternative hypothesis is rejected. (r = 0.0058).
