The population was made up of 150 mothers, in the growth and development office, a validated and reliable questionnaire was applied to measure the care process before and after implementing the electronic nursing registry, subsequently its effectiveness was evaluated. Results: before the implementation of the electronic nursing registry, 51.3% of the mothers considered the care process as regular and only 18% good, after the electronic nursing registry, 60% of the mothers considered it good and 0% deficient; According to the values, the Wilcoxon signed range test has a significance level of 0.000. Conclusions: The implementation of an electronic nursing registry is effective in the process of attention to the mothers of the children of the growth and development clinic. Publicación Acceso abierto Reducción del tiempo de analisis del excipiente farmacéutico lactosa monohidrato en laboratorios AC Farma S.A., distrito de Ate, 2019–2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-02-28) Pacora Astorga, Monica Pamela; Pinedo Panduro, Lauro SócratesObjective: To establish whether it is feasible to implement a reduction in the analysis time of the pharmaceutical excipient lactose monohydrate in a pharmaceutical laboratory during the period 2019–2022. Method: Inductive method through data collection, descriptive level, quantitative approach, basic type, non-experimental design, cross-sectional. The variable corresponds to the pharmaceutical excipient lactose monohydrate, whose dimensions were validated by three specialists. The population consisted of 34 batches of the excipient entered between 2019 and 2022. The applied techniques were survey and documentary analysis, using a questionnaire and a data capture sheet as instruments. Documentary evaluation was carried out to verify compliance with technical standards, personnel qualification, and the existence of an implemented quality system. Results: The documentary evaluation verified that both manufacturer and supplier complied with international standards, with results of 91.3% and 81.11%, respectively. Evaluation and monitoring of manufacturer and supplier performance yielded an average of 98.5% across the four years assessed, meeting the established parameters of 80% to 100%. Analytical results from both the laboratory and the supplier were within specifications, with approved outcomes. Conclusion: It was concluded that the analysis time of the pharmaceutical excipient lactose monohydrate can be reduced from five days to one day, since seven out of the nine tests established by the international USP standard can be omitted by relying on the manufacturer’s results. Lima, 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-09-30) Quispe Mori, Thalia Mirella; Benites Castillo, Santiago MoisesObjective: To determine the relationship between the management model with a processbased approach and the quality of nursing care. Materials and metods: According to the nature of the problem, the present study has a quantitative approach, of an applicative type, in terms of scope, it is of a correlational type, it is observational of a cross-sectional type. With prior informed consent, 2 Likert Scale instruments were applied, the first instrument has 22 questions and the second instrument has 30 questions; both with closed answers. These instruments present significant concordance test, reliability was performed using the Cronbach's Alpha statistical test, instrument No. 1 which measures the management model with a process-based approach (Cronbach's alpha = 0.84) and instrument No. 2 which measures the quality of nursing care (Cronbach's alpha = 0.83). Results: According to the results obtained by Spearman's Rho statistical test, 50% present a low management of the support dimension, 33.4% present a medium management of the support dimension and 16.6% present a low management of the support dimension. In addition, 60% present a medium management of the Management Model with a Process-based Approach. Conclusion: There is a statistically significant relationship between the management model with a process-based approach and the quality of nursing care in a Microgrid, Lima 2022, with a p-value= 0.047.
