Ítem Acceso abierto Academic training and its influence in the criminalistic research of the crime scene in cases of parricide, by experts of the close of lima. 2016-2017(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-08-24) Francia Flores, Feliciano; Quiroz Mejía, Jesús MiguelThe objective of this study was to identify the influence of the academic training of the experts in the criminal investigation of the crime scene in cases of parricide, Cercado de Lima, 2016-2017. This study of observational, cross-sectional, relational, retrospective and correlational methodology, analyzed 11 criminalistics experts who participated in the cases of parricide that occurred in the district of Cercado de Lima, selected based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria established for the study. To determine the influence of academic training, we chose the Mann-Whitney U, whose pvalue was less than 0.05, demonstrating significant influence. The results showed that the academic training of the experts was based on a bachelor's degree (81.8%), having received 5 or more trainings (63.6%) and experience in criminalistics greater than or equal to five years (63.6%). The academic degree of the experts does not influence the criminal investigation of the crime scene of the cases of parricide (p = 0.194). In contrast, training (p = 0.004) and experience time (p = 0.004) significantly influence criminal investigation of the crime scene. Concluding that the academic training, referred to the training and experience time of the experts, influences the criminal investigation of the crime scene in cases of parricide.Ítem Acceso abierto Retrospective Analysis of University Careers and Associated Demographic Factors According to Preference of Peruvian University Students, 2018(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-09-23) Díaz Rodríguez, Nancy del Rosario; Vásquez Tomás, Melba RitaThe objective of this research was to determine the relationship between university professional careers and the demographic factors associated with the preferences of Peruvian university students in 2018. It is a retrospective study since the information was obtained prior to its planning. What is intended is to establish an analysis of past events that allow us to understand the present. The method used was hypothetical - deductive, with a quantitative approach of non-experimental design and a correlational level. The population is made up of 17-year-old students from more than both private and state Peruvian universities. The data were collected from the document called Peru: Education Indicators by Departments, 2008- 2018 published by the National Institute of Statistics and Informatics. The technique used was documentary observation. The results found determined a degree of correlation of 0.961 according to Spearman's Rho coefficient, with which it is concluded that there is a significant relationship between university professional careers and associated demographic factors according to the preference of Peruvian university students with a significance of 0.000 <0.05.Publicación Acceso abierto Vocación profesional y competencias docentes en el nivel de educación inicial de Lampa, 2024(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-08-09) Zevallos Canqui, Tania Salomé; Pizarro Arancibia, Lily MarisolLa investigación tuvo como objetivo principal establecer la relación entre la vocación profesional y competencias docentes en el nivel de Educación Inicial de Lampa. Bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental- transversal y de nivel correlacional, se contó con la participación de 100 docentes del departamento de Puno, a quienes se les administró la Escala de Competencias Docentes Organizacionales y Didácticas (ESCOD) y la Encuesta de Evaluación Vocacional de Angulo et al. (2018). Entre los hallazgos más relevantes, se puede indicar que existe relación significativa y positiva entre las dos variables de análisis (r = .638). Asimismo, se establecieron correlaciones directas entre las competencias didácticas (r =. 821) y organizativas (r = .876) con la vocación profesional. De acuerdo a los resultados, se puede concluir que la vocación profesional es un factor clave que permite a los docentes seguir desarrollando los conocimientos, habilidades y actitudes necesarias para mejorar los procesos de aprendizaje de los niños, además de mejorar su desempeño e implicancia con su rol dentro la institución educativa.
