Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of the Qi Gong technique for reducing stress levels in secondary education students in the I.E.5182 Señor de los Milagros 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-08-23) León Meneses, Estrella Sadith; Lazo Manrique, Jorge ManuelQi Gong proved to be an effective short-term intervention, evidenced through the comparison of pre- and post-intervention questionnaires, using the T-test to determine significant differences. The assessments that showed the greatest decrease in score post-intervention were, first, academic stressors (mean difference of 77.14 points), second, burnout (mean difference of 17.65 points), and third, school bullying (with a difference of 9.31 points between pretest and posttest). The surveys that increased their mean scores were resilience (mean difference of -8.56) and the family Apgar (mean difference of -6.42 points). Conclusion: Significant benefits were found in psychological well-being through Qi Gong intervention, particularly in reducing academic stressors, insomnia, burnout, school bullying, anxiety, and depression, while showing improvements in resilience and family Apgar.
